I bought a macbook from them in may and much to my dismay the backlight went out. i called them and asked if they could do anything and they refused. will never buy a macbook from them again.

This purchase was for a laptop, a Dell Precision 7510 i7-6820HQ 2.7GHz. 256GB SSD primary + 1TB spinning secondary. 24GB Ram. Quadro M1000M video. The unit was for local pickup at the Houston metro area location. Over all, a first class experience. I would definitely use RPC Global again.

I had an excellent experience with RPC Global. I bought the HP Z820 and had it delivered next day. They gave me 16GB memory sticks of RAM instead of the usual 8GB. Computer was still wrapped in the original plastic and looked like new.It even came with a USB boot stick and everything was as promised.

Dont get ripped off. I was told it came with a brand new hard drive. Shortly after receiving my computer the hard drive started making a lot of noise. Pulled it out and found out that it was 5 years old. The owner refused to fix the issue. I will never do business with this company again nor would i recommend purchasing anything from them.

Purchased a refurb HP laptop from them on eBay. What do you know, but 34 days into a 30 day warranty, the system started acting up. I emailed them, expecting too bad, so sad you lose but instead: They asked for my laptop back, evaluated it, couldnt find a problem (not unexpected, as it was intermittent), but sent me a replacement unit. The first units battery was less than a year old so I asked them if they could put that one in the replacement. They did. STELLAR SERVICE!!!!

I have deal this company twice but near face trouble dealing with the new sales man. His name is Micheal he is not a professional sales men and he dont complete his commitments. He offered me Dell server at 450$.He email the price. But when i final the deal with him he increase the price to 650$. Thats not the professional approach and its not a way to deal. When i said him i want to talk to your boss he said give him message i will forward him.. means he is also chatting his boss..
