I ordered shipping envelopes 3 times from this company. The first time they called me to tell me they didnt have purple in stock stock and if I wanted a different color (white). I agreed that white is fine. The second time I ordered purple, I got what I ordered. This past time I ordered purple 4X6 bubble mailers, but without asking me they sent me the wrong color (hot pink). Hot Pink is a horrible color. Im embarrassed to send my products to customers in these envelopes. Amamax has been impossible to get a hold of and this has not been resolved in the past 2 months. Ive been calling and emailing. If you have money and time to waste...take your chance.

Let me say i would give a zero or a below zero star rating if i could, i ordered a product through Amazon, i returned the product because it was defective, i had to pay return postage, they refused, only partially refunded me and charge a restocking fee of $200. Ridiculous! No where on the return instructions does it say a restocking will be issued. Im still disputing! Bad Product, Bad Service, Bad Company. Stay Away, This company is even trying to make Amazon look bad too.

Customer service is terrible. they sent me the wrong parts initially, then wanted me to pay for return shipping. once that was cleared up they said there was missing product from what I returned and will not refund the rest of my order very terrible customer service from this company I highly recommend not using this company.

Was told (over the phone) that their phones were down due to Covid and could not check on my order, and I would have to wait for a return email. It’s been 3weeks and they still have not shipped my $7.00 5V DC cable. Worst customer service. Please stay away from this company, if you value your time and money.

I have emailed the customer service 4 different times now to cancel my order and get my refund. And I have not received anything back from them. And if you call the number you cant even get the actual customer service. The worst experience I have had with any company

Be extremely cautious. Not a good company for customer service or service in general. Took excess “stocking fee” and shipping fee due to return. Product purchased at over $17 and refunded barely $9. Product wasn’t even opened as it was later determined upon further description on amazon it wouldn’t work. Poor communication and rude communications. Much better products and service out there. I’d move on.

Bought a refurbished cpu from this company via Amazon for a mark up of 275 dollars (including taxes). It broke within three weeks when I tried to reset my computer in attempt to fix it from running slow. I assumed it was running slow at the time because according to many sources a game known as Valorant was causing many issues with peoples computers but ultimately came to the conclusion that the cpu was not refurbished at all, just used & on its last leg. I tried to return it for at least a partial refund but only received one cent. They blamed me for breaking it and even decided to keep the item I paid for anyways. This was very fishy because almost any company wouldve either gave you a full refund, a partial refund or not accept the return and give you back the item. I contacted amazon and they were more than happy to reimburse me but that doesnt change the potential scam that is refurbished items from this company. Buy used & refurbished products from these guys at your own risk. This was my only & last experience I wish to have with this company. Grade A++ bulls**t return & refund policy they must have.

My package was shipped but never delivered so I asked for a refund. It took the company almost 6 months to get me my money back and they charged me a 15 dollar restocking fee. Simply put dont ever buy from this company for anything.

After ordering a case fan from Amamax I got an email 11days after the original purchase canceling the order. Then went to the page and they marked up the original item by 200% and stating that it was still in stock. Pretty crooked business practice if you ask me

This company should be investigated for unfair and unethical business practices! The refund and return shipping issues they practice are not compatible with the customer satisfaction policy of Amazon. They are a third party seller and difficult to contact directly. Avoid at all costs!

Purchased some thermal paste online that took a little over a month to receive. Customer service was not very helpful and actually ignored two of my emails.I strongly suggest that you do not purchase items from Amamax. They are unreliable and have awful customer service.

Purchased a DVD drive they advertised on Amazon as compatible for MacBooks. Determined to be incompatible and defective, they refused the refund and attempted to charge me to ship it back to them. Rude and disrespectful people.

The UPC label was cut off the box of the Canon Pro100 printer I purchased. The UPC was needed to receive the manufacturers rebate on the printer. Essentially I was robbed of the rebate by Amamax.BEWARE when ordering online from anyone that uses Amamax for full fillment. I now need to waste time and energy to return the printer and wait up to 30 days for a refund...If I Get One!!!
