So, a couple of days ago I got my phone fixed from here. Its working perfectly fine now. Surprisingly the customer service was quite pleasant and the staff were attentive. Max fixed my phone within the same day which was impressive because other places tend to take longer sometimes. This location also beats out other places in price. Max was AWESOME! I had completely shattered my screen the night before and I had came in first thing in the AM. He checked my phone also for additional problems with no cost. He was super fast and even threw in a screen protector. If you want a great customer service and a speedy process, this is the place to go.

WOW WOW WOW This is the only place which was able to fix Google Account issues on my Galaxy Mega phone. I have visited 5-6 other cell phone stores which turned me down and couldnt resolve issue, Highly recommended.

I was running all around Houston yesterday trying to find someone to unlock my iPhone and I went to one store and they gave me the run around saying he would need the phone over night to work on it and I was just frustrated. I searched up “unlocking services”one more time and I saw this place pop up. I can’t begin to explain how greatful and appreciative I am of this place. I went in and Max unlocked my phone in less than 5 minutes, where as other places wanted to keep the phone or other places took over 2 hours. We always come here for our cell phone and computer needs, friendly staff with quick service, prices are very reasonable, got my laptop fixed only for $40 which at Best Buy was trying to charge me $159 to fix the same issue.
