Great customer service! I love shopping here for Tangled items. This store has dog clothes which I thought was so cool:) This one employee, who’s name I did not get, was extremely friendly and made such an effort to help us find what we were looking for.

I love this store. I love fandom stores. And BoxLunch’s products are surprisingly great quality. They sell Loungefly fandom backpacks and they capture the original idea but they’re actually stylish. There’s a good amount of Disney, anime, and other fandom merch. This store is such a dream for my weeby self.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at in the Galleria, the people who work there are friendly, super helpful and great at suggesting items in the store that you may like. They have a decent selection of items to choose from

Worst experience ever. I had ordered the loungefly Harry Potter purse since around august since it was on back order so I could get it in time for Christmas. It was supposed to be a store pick up, when it finally arrived at the store I was going to go pick it up when I got an email saying someone else picked up my order. They didn’t even check ID like they are supposed to. They however said they would send one to my house because of the inconvenience and when they did, it arrived with the security tag on it. I tried all sorts of wire cutters and tools to take it off and the purse ended up getting damaged and all they could do about it is have me return it, they didn’t even offer to replace that one and they couldn’t guarantee arrival by Christmas. I lost track of how many emails I had to send, it was helpless so I ended up having to go ahead and gift the purse for Christmas in the conditions the handle was in after all the struggle because they couldn’t take the tag off after already messing up once. You would think they would be careful. I used to shop regularly at box lunch and hot topic but now I stopped purchasing here since they clearly don’t care about the customer.

Excellent store! The manager I spoke to was super friendly and informative, one of the best store managers I’ve ever met. Mostly I shop Funko Pops there and they always have items in stock. Would definitely recommend anyone interested in BoxLunch to shop here.

This is an awesome place to get gifts or even to buy yourself something! They have a variety of options such as pet gear and fan gear! I always leave the store with something in hand, its impossible going in and not coming out with anything.

Good prices for nerd culture and purchases benefit the Food Bank. The coupons have a limited range of usable dates but $15 off $30 is a great deal.

Love This Store! Such a fun place to shop for my inner nerd. I will say, sometimes the employees get a little annoying as there are days where they will all ask you multiple times if you need any help. However, I know they are just doing their job.

Great place for fun gifts and fandom stuff, but you have to be prepared to buy when you get there. Nothing is guaranteed to be restocked or in your size when you come back. The app doesnt reflect whats actually in the store, and I find it easier to not know what they have online at all. Keeps me from being bitter. There is a single fitting room in the back that you have to ask the workers to unlock, and theyre quick to let you in. I didnt know they had one until someone saw me carrying a few shirts (they didnt fit). I found the regular clothes to be smaller than expected, but the seasonal sweaters were perfect, if not slightly oversized.

Love this store. You never know what youre going to find. Theres always a variety and they change it up so often its great theres always a selection. I come here everytime I go to the mall.

This place is so cool!! More pop culture focused than ThinkGeek, less angsty than Hot Topic, great merchandise! The staff was super helpful and friendly, too. I didnt buy much (a couple small things) this first trip, but I spent a good 45min just wandering around. Recommend if youre a movie/show nerd!

Wonderful staff, excellent incentive to give back, and a plethora of fandoms to choose from. Nice layout, music at a decent volume.

Staff were friendly really cool finds in the store, only partially down side is the staff hover while shopping and trying to show items more than what was comfortable and that can make you feel rushed.

Every thing i bought was broken....looked nice was packaged like new got it home cup was in 3 pieces pop was in 2 it looked good because the package held it together opened it to put it out for show fell apart
