I love that this place offers free brewed coffee to first responders and healthcare providers. It felt great to be appreciated! I received great service. The staff kindly made me aware that there were fresh muffins just out of the oven! I couldn’t turn it down. The staff member helping me was patient and helpful while I was ordering. Thank you for the free coffee it made my day!

This is an excellent place to hang out with friends, or by yourself to read, chill or get some work done while sipping on some delicious drip coffee or anything from their long selection of drinks.Baked goods are awesome, especially muffins. Worth every penny.Staff is great and friendly, and so is the owner. Absolutely no complaints.Why 4 and not 5 stars? Just 1 reason. It’s 2021 and neither of the 2 locations near me (Westheimer) have Apple Pay. I usually walk to this place and hate carrying a wallet. I think every place in the service industry should have digital payments today, it’s inexcusable. The day they have it, I will change it to 5 stars.I hate giving this place a 4 instead of 5 cause it’s really an awesome place, but this is just my honest opinion at this time.

Visit: 4/11 I was looking for an alternative to Starbucks, but unfortunately the experience is similar with bad coffee. Their espresso is very watery... They have the worst flat white I ever tried! My drink had no foam whatsoever and tasted like gas station coffee. The Shakerato iced caramel latte has a delicious flavor, but the cup was full of ice. Come on even Buccees has better coffee. I was excited trying a new place, but I ended up sad and disappointed.

I went to this location on 6/24/21 @ 1:57 pm to grab a quick cup of coffee, so I opted to get their Coffee of the Day brew. When I asked the barista serving me what the Coffee of the Day was she said, Its just regular coffee. Hilarious. Ive never been to a coffee shop so far that literately said that to me. Of course I know its regular coffee, but you dont know what kind it is. You work at a coffee shop. She couldnt even tell me whether is was light, medium, or dark roast. The brand or origination, such as whether it came from Ethiopia or South America, etc. Nothing. And she said Its just regular coffee to me in a condescending way, as if I asked a stupid question.

Worst service don’t go.. they don’t know what they are doing have the time .. I wish Starbucks never moved!!

Staff are very welcoming and make great suggestions. They let you take your time and explain all the flavours and menu items. We were repeat customers and they recognized this. Plenty of flavours and great Italian coffee that always tastes freshly brewed.

Italian coffee is rich and creamy. I got the coffee of the day and oh my...the flavors were top notch. Not sure what type of roast it was but so delicious. Just wish we had one in San Antonio because Starbucks is so over-rated.

Starbucks who?I would stop at WOW, but that wouldnt do justice to my kind and knowledgeable Barrista from New York City, who gave us excellent, speedy service and even more excellent espresso. Why Vegas doesnt have one of these is beyond me, I almost want to cry. 5 star experience!

I drink a lot of coffee, but will not tolerate excessively bitter acidic coffee and the coffee was too acidic for my taste. However the Baristas are very nice and professional people.

This is the third Minuti that I have visited. Gotta say Im starting to become a fan. Minuti is always a chill coffee shop to hang with friends or get work done. This location is the least crowded compared to the Sugarland and Galleria location.The staff is super friendly. They brought my coffee and pistachio muffin to my table. My favorite drink is the dirty chai latte. Their shakerato coffee series will help you stay awake. Gelato is also served here. About the same menu and selection of baked goods.You can get your drink for free if you transfer $25 when you purchase their Minuti card. Similar to how Starbucks card works. Inform the staff if you want to use the restroom because its locked. Restroom is private and clean.This location is a decent size with small tables, high tables, and outdoor seating. Parking is also doable. I like that soft music is played in the background. Maybe it is just me but it was a bit cold inside. Other than that, this location is probably my favorite so far.Wifi password: fondren1

They started good but they downgraded. They started cheating customers with cheap coffee. Bad desserts and awful service. Over price for the cheap things they serve you. All their doing is giving you a 59 cent coffee for 6 dollars. You ask for other type of milk is automatically $2 extra. You cam try it for your self. The cheese danish looks lime a 1800 sandal with absolutely no flavor for $5.Too bad. I hope they close soon if they do know step it up. They have great locations but awful ull service and quality of coffee.

This place is nice, its a lot more calm than a regular starbucks. Today was my first time being here and I ordered a white chocolate creamicino along with a 🍌 and a sausage egg and cheese English muffin....the food is OK the creamicino is hella good ...I like how thick it is; mcds nor Starbucks cant beat this way of the frappe! 😂 the staff here are nice and make sure your drink is as delicious as you would like it to be. I like how light their menu is for a small breakfast or lunch on the go. I think I will come back here more often.....the only thing is that I have a usual drink I order from Starbucks and Im not sure how to ask them about it. I understand this coffee shop is more about being intuned with the italia culture and starbucks is just a hipster experimental ground but does anyone think if there was a particular flavor of frappe I wanted, minuti might be able to make it? (Green tea frappe)

I LOVE Minuti! BUT the staff was not wearing masks and thats unsettling. Staff is breathing over our drinks. None of the customers were masked, however, I understand that. Please take the health of the customers seriously.

Really enjoyed this little place. I fancy myself quite the coffee drinker and I really have to recommend this place. The cafe is cute with some sandwiches that I did not have but looked good especially for a coffee shop. The espresso was very smooth and served in the proper cups that you might hope for when ordering coffee to stay and chat for a bit.Great spot make sure you check it out if you are driving by. Cappuccinos are recommended!

Horrible customer service from management. (Kia very evil man & owner Artavan Motamedi). Stole my money, wanted to get police involved but they said its a civil matter. Would love to sue them for 3 years of patronage of item that they lied about ingredients.

But I have a few suggestions for better looking and better feeling: more flowers around coffee shop, put pillows on the chairs and put a few parasols.Nice greeting,Daniela

There are lots of reviews about the quality. And I dont drink coffee, so I cant speak to it. They do have tea, which is good.I wanted to share the layout in case youre considering if they have what you need. There are ten tables for two people. Two long and high tables which can seat six each. Then theres a pair of comfy chairs. Outside they have 5-6 tables that can set four people.When I came here on a Saturday morning at 10 it was fairly quiet. People were coming in and out, but it wasnt loud or distracting.Overall a good experience. Id come back.

I am an avid coffee drinker. Drink coffee every day, without missing a beat. Minuti coffee offers me excellent customer service, and amazing tasting drinks. I had no idea what I wanted to order when I first arrived in the store, however both of the employees behind the register worked with me to help me figure out the perfect drink to order. The Diablo. Neither of them got frustrated that I did not know what I wanted, they just seemed like they wanted to help. Ive returned to the location when different employees were working, and it was the same level of customer service. Seems as though awesome customer service is their business model and they really stick by it! I highly and absolutely definitely recommend this place. ESPECIALLY this location.
