It’s a well-lit, clean location. Parking kinda sucks here, but otherwise this store is decent. I mostly use the UO app to shop, but I come here to make returns and browse occasionally. The service is always good. The Galleria location might be slightly neater though.

This urban outfitters is huge I loved it. The dressing rooms are open which is a big plus. Employees were friendly and didn’t ask me if I was okay 1000 times so that was cool too lol I felt like I could just do my thing and shop in peace. I came right when they opened at 10am so parking was right in front of the door.

Great store lots of options.

Their customer service can improve. Twice I have gone in near closing and twice I have had to wait 10+ minutes to check out. They only put one person on the register while 3 other people clean up. My suggestion is that you go ahead and service the customers by checking everyone out quickly, then you can all work together to clean the store. Put the customers first. Thank you.

Great trendy clothing selection for adolescents and young adults. Theres lots of inspiration in their clothing and home decorating options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here.

Well organized, very clean, huge space with tons of options. This is a fantastic place for unique/creative gifts.

I prefer this location to the Galleria. I enjoy shopping uninterrupted and using the fitting room without being harassed. I will continue shopping here!

Teen clothing is amazing and beautiful and there is a photo booth that gives you 4 pictures, and 3 copies💕

Why so expensive on clothing

Love urban outfitters, very interesting and eclectic pieces.

First time visiting this stores location. After browsing the store I found a hat on sale. Upon checking out the employee rung up the item and it showed $0.10. Employee did not honor items price for $0.10 and price adjusted the item for 20x the price. Employee explains that item was not suppose to be on the sales floor and that they have a dime out policy. Well I was upset with them and asked to speak with a manager which was a co-worker and said you either buy it for 20x the price or nothing. Ended up buying the item, and thought about bringing it to the attention of the store manager.I also work in retail and anytime something rings up lower the retailer has to sell for that price.

Love their vintage stussy collection. One of the only places that still get that merch!

They usually have more clothes and varietiey than the any other urban stores. The place is also very clean and organzied.

Very big and spacious UO, the only thing missing would be home goods, but that requires more extra space. The layout is very organized and easy to maneuver around.
