If you are a young professional I cannot recommend this store enough!! The collection is absolutely fantastic and the stylists (Precian and Genesis) are so attentive and really know what they are doing. We have been to fancy stores around the world but the stylists are usually indifferent or unhelpful. This was such a welcome change and a great experience. Pleasure to shop here.

Theory in Houston’s River Oaks District is the only place to shop for Theory’s classic yet fashionable well-made clothing. The store is understated with friendly and attentive, but not pushy employees who will know you by name, and even remember to message you when your favorite items go on sale. You’re missing out if you don’t shop here!

Walked in there 11/15/19 around 7:00pm....I could hear someone in the back, didnt even bother coming out to say hi, can I help you or anything, as we were walking out the door, lady finally made it to the floor, at that point, we didnt even acknowledge her, just kept on walking out the door....too late, we were there about 10 mins..... went elsewhere shopping, lost my business. Theory needs to teach their staff how to wait on clients, they dont know how!

This has become one of my favorite places to shop. The first time I walked into the River Oaks store I was greeted by employees who welcomed me smilies. Rema has become my personal shopper! I always have a hard time putting outfits together. Thankfully, Rema was there to relieve my stress! Rema helped me find an entire summers wardrobe on my first visit. To this day she will call me if she comes across something that I might like. Now I have a closet full of clothing from Theory for all four seasons! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a fashionable wardrobe with great customer service.
