Ok normally i hate going to foot locker because it so hectic but this time it was actually running really smoothly and the people went out of their way to help me find the shoes i wanted they called at least 6 different stores for me to ensure they had them. When they finally found them they made sure to speak to someone in charge to hold them for me. I really appreciate it for that. Now that customer service to me!!

They Had The Shoes I Wanted...!

I didnt find the exact shoe that I wanted whoever I did find something in place of it. All of the employees were very nice and the young guy that was helping us out did a wonderful job assisting us quickly.

Came today 02/19/2020 with my family to purchase some shoes for my son on his birthday! As we walked in we were greeted by everyone and everyone was very polite and offering to help. We received help from a young man by name of Brandon. This young man was very polite very helpful and extremely professional. He measured my sons foot without having an attitude or making any negative gestures. My family and I were extremely satisfied by his service. His great service showed us that he was happy to be there at his job and loves what he does. Most important thing about this visit was that the actual store was clean and very organized...and everyone was very welcoming and very professional. I recommend this location because of the great service and great prices. If anyone stops by ask for Brandon and you will be amazed by his professionalism and great customer service...but if you cant get him to help you out there are plenty of other employees that are great and will give you top notch service. Thank you to all for your great service and for having such a clean and well organized store.

Salesperson did not know how to give me a gift receipt for a gift card

Was on my way in to buy four pairs of matching shoes, not sure what model yet and a pair of Chuck Taylors. I was talking to my friend out front for no more than 2 minutes before I went inside to make my purchases and a female Hispanic employee (I saw two female Hispanic employees, it was the heavier set lady) came out and very rudely yelled at me that I was trespassing. So I walked across the parking lot and went to footaction instead, service was great there.

Had my size service was very good!

They manager asked for my number at the point of transaction for my online account info. She tells the the receipt will be emailed to me. No receipt, and no points. She stole my points. I drove back to the location for my receipt only to be given the runaround. The lousiest customer service Ive encountered in quite some time. Last time shopping there. They cant be trusted.

Well,,, I was not impressed at all! I was looking for a cool shirt for my baby and I got nothing 👎 Nobody even said hello to me when I walked in and Im the kind of person who has to do this dramatic thing when I enter a store and no pretty shirts no hello just got to see the eyes roll at me, so I say this place really sucks the big one

After looking around I found some great deals on one pair of yellow Filas and another in red. They did not have my size so the staff member assisting me ordered them, had them expedited and they arrived the next day!! Impeccable service and amazing selection. Will be back!!UPDATE: Went back to the same location and now it seems they MAINLY carry Nike and a few high end brands. will NEVER go back!!

I went here to buy my daughter some shoes and was followed all around the store and even witness the manager telling the guard to watch a guy just because he was looking at a shirt. seeing this made me not want to buy anything from there and I walked out. just a word of advice if your doing your job you wouldnt have to worry about people stealing its call customer service go ask the customer can you help them not just standing there and following them around.

ONLY FOOTLOCKER IN HOUSTON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE! Young lady at this Crosstimbers location was very helpful and found the shoe I was looking for at their Woodlands location. Unfortunately could not call and place the shoes on hold because the Woodlands location does not answer their phone....So now Im doing 90 on the freeway.

We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, it was brought to us, it fit we were paying (they matched their own online price) and we were on our way. Fast, efficient, friendly and accommodating...we will be going back...thanks foot locker!!

The staff is okay once they know you’re just looking they watch you like hawks and aren’t then nice until they know you’re interested, their job is to find you shoes and they look upset when they have to keep going to the back. I bought some shoes and they charged be double for the transaction and when i tried calling they never answered i called several times and they never picked up the phone!
