I have been here a few times and have enjoyed my experience each time. The boy dashiki I would up size by 2. I had to cut open for it to fit. The dresses fit perfectly. Did buy adult male dashiki too small will try to exchange. Will get back on the process.

I was doing a runway show and the owner was very friendly, helpful and supportive. He even stayed open a little later so I could continue trying on clothes. Great selection and I highly recommend them for clothing, accessories, and great wise conversation!

My son had a cultural event in school and didn’t not have any African clothes to showcase his background. This place is the place for everyone. The apparel is for all ages and the prices are reasonable!

Love shopping at African Imports for Phi Beta Sigma merchandise! The store has a great variety of Divine Nine merchandise ranging from polo/t-shirts to cardigan sweaters/jackets. Obi is very personable and helpful (he calls me Blu Phi each time he sees me)! I highly recommend shopping at African Imports!

When I first walked in the place thought I was in the motherland . Everything you wanted from black literature, Beautiful African garments and accessories.what attracted me the most is the beautiful pictures of all our amazing brothers and sisters throughout the world. I literally stayed in their looking at most of his pictures as if I was in a Black museum .Lastly, my brother the owner such a beautiful person any questions you need answered he is very humble, articulate and caring. I think they should get a class on customer service. Walked in looking for art but almost left if it wasnt for my girlfriend walking to the back of the store. Had a piece of art I wouldve grabbed if she wouldve had better customer service! But the prices & selection was on point.
