10/10 i always recommend this store to friends! The staff is knowledgeable of their inventory and they are very friendly! I’ve been going here for years now! It seems like just yesterday I was new to montrose and apprehensive to get out and find my way around but Hollywood Food & Cigars off of Montrose has been the store that I knew I’d find consistency and quality. They are so nice, if you need anything, tell my friends at Hollywood food & Cigars, I can assure you if your need is something that they can accommodate, they will. They remember their customers and their needs! They are always extremely professional. This has been my go-to store for about a year now. You won’t find better/more friendly service from a corner store anywhere else. if you’re in the area and need some topo chico, white claw, cigars, or even just a friend to talk to, this is the place to go! :)

DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AT THIS STORE!!The store stole $29.22 out of my account.The cashier working, Nasir, asked me to enter my PIN twice. He said it timed out and the transactions would not process and I was not able to make a purchase. BOTH debits were withdrawn from my account. It was 2 charges, same amount on both charges withdrawn from my account. I have since spoken to Nasir several times. At first he said he was going to have it credited back into my account, now he is saying something to the effect that something is not matching my account. I had even given him a copy of my current bank statement that shows the withdraws. My bank said the mistake is on the store side and they should issue a credit. The store has not credited my account to this day. The date/time it occurred was June 17, 2016 at 12:14pm and 12:15pm.
