This is the first year we have used Ignite for our outdoor Christmas lights. We will use them again! Andrew is great and worked to accommodate getting us on the schedule within a couple days of my calling. They lit our very tall tree all the way up and added some lit up globes way out on long limbs as well. The team that was here was very professional and the work is extremely neat. Very happy to recommend Ignite!

A crew completed the lights on our house the following day. They did an impeccable job, not a single wire out of place. The lights look gorgeous. We are so pleased with their service. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service that I have received from this company. Andrew, Josh, and their team go more than above and beyond to ensure all of our wants and needs are met. From the time I contacted them in early November they have been there for my every beck and call. Twice Ive had issues with plugs that weve used in the past and Josh had someone to our house within twenty minutes to fix the issue. Weve used several companies over the last decade and Ive never experienced such customer service from a lighting company. Not to mention their level of expertise in wrapping trees and hiding cords is second to none. It feels good to finally feel like we have a company we can trust that will not only get the job done beautifully, but will do it in a safe manner and at a fair price.

I found Ignite through browsing reviews. I gave them a call after all the great reviews and couldn’t have been more impressed. I was given a quote over the phone after they looked up our house online. It was quick, they came by to get the deposit and had us on the schedule for the following week. Everyone was super professional and did a great job day of install. We had a light pop off and couldn’t get our timer set on the right control. I texted them and they had someone out and the problem fixed by end of day. I was so happy with everything start to finish and will be using Ignite for years to come! We love our lights!

Ive had lights installed by many people in the past. I absolutely love the service here and will continue to use them in the future. I like that they put up and take down year after year. Most people buy their lights and store in attic to find outdated and bad bulbs the following years. Having a package makes this simple as I am not storing anything and dont have to deal with replacing anything the next year.The guys came almost immediately and completed the job very quickly.Andrew works with you amazingly well and in light of Covid, maintains a strict respect to social distancing and good practices.

We moved into a new home in Spring Branch and heard great things about Ignite. They came and did brilliant work. They custom cut the lighting around our house so it fits perfectly on the first and second floor as well as the driveway. Absolutely the best! Ignite built large custom light balls to hang from my huge oak tree in the front yard, wrapped the tree in miniature lights, and strung lights across the house. Very reasonable price. I couldnt be happier!

This company is well worth the cost to have install your Christmas lights and decorations. The crew is very professional from start to finish every year. We went with cheap bid in prior years and just let our landscape company do the job and always had lights going out, no one ever came back to help if something was not right. With Ignite they include the maintenance anytime you have issues during the holidays. They are always prompt to reply and as a bonus they store all the lights/decor every year. It is one less stress to worry about during the holidays! Well worth the extra cost and we are using them every year going forward!

I could not speak more highly of Josh at Ignite Christmas Lighting! We have been looking to buy a large number of LED lights to send out of town, and because LEDs are more expensive than regular lights and last longer, I wanted to learn more about our options so that we bought the right product. Needless to say, I was not getting very far until I stumbled upon Josh. I explained that I had been having trouble figuring out the best lights for our out-of-town project, and Josh immediately offered suggestions on what I should be looking for and where I could find the strings. Before we got off the phone, he had even texted me a link to the exact product! Moreover, Josh offered all this great advice to me even though we were not calling about a job for Ignite Christmas Lighting.
