I placed an order yesterday. And I asked it to be delivered today this morning because my girlfriend leaves her office at 1pm. Until now 2:37pm, she has not received anything. I tried to call your office on both numbers provided and nothing. I am very disappointed in your service and I should have kept business with the same company I have been ordering from every year. I just wanted to try something new and different. This was supposed to be a surprise and a special moment for her and I, and your bad customer service and services are ruining it for us.At least you could answer your phone calls and reassure your customers.

Worst Experience will not ever use them again or fall for there fake reviews paid for a flower and balloon arrangement to be delivered on valentines day a week in advanced was never delivered didnt even get a email or phone call tried calling them to see what was going on all there locations and numbers went straight to voicemail saying there inbox was full and would hang up on you.
