Thank goodness there is an honest and reputable company off Harwin.I first visited Cellular Port a few years ago. They were able to fix my broken screen on my iPhone while I waited. Sam was amazing. He was friendly, honest and thorough. I left happy.Then about a year later, I cracked another screen. I literally drove up & down Harwin trying to find Sam but since most of the places in the area look exactly alike, I had to finally give up and settle for a “rando” company which ended up being a disaster (never do business with a company called We Fix Crack and never let a guy named Taha touch your phone).Fast forward to today and another cracked screen. I travel back to Harwin and just by chance, I finally found Sam again! I got to meet Anna this time and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s on top of her stuff and she knows exactly what she’s talking about. The customer service there is on point from the beginning to the end plus I was very impressed how Anna made sure she followed-up with me when promised.I 100% recommend Cellular Port . I went over afTer talking with anna she gives me very good service and reliable quotes for ipad 7 service for screen was damaged so they repair in 30 min.

Sam was able to consult the issue within less than half an hour and fixed the issue within an hour. I got both my LCD screen and battery replacement for a reasonable fare and also got discount on the HQ tempered glass. He also gave me advice on battery to prevent similar issues in the future. Updating my Cellular Port review from last year about why these guys rock, and why you should definitely choose them for your cell phone and iPad repair in Houston TX.I came in again one year after the original repair to fix the same cracked screen. Murk was so honest that I had to laugh. The screen wasn’t cracked it all. Just the screen protector was cracked. Instead of charging me for the full repair, which I was prepared to pay, they cleaned up the iPad and gave it back to me no charge. What great business! Updating my review to 3 stars. (Well adding a new review cause I cant find the old one) I took off 2 stars cause after getting my phone fixed for screen issues I received my phone back with those issues fixed, but now it has new issues with the camera. I took my phone back before the 7 days and they fixed it, but then the same issues reoccurring. Im gonna call them and see if they can look at it again, but it may be too late.

Just got my pixel 4xl screen fixed after I shattered it. Reasonable price, quick and good customer service. Only thing is recommend for them is to get familiarized with their phones and the specs because at first they told me that my phone wasnt a pixel 4XL and at first they insinuated that pixel 4 xl uses LCD screen and I had to correct them to let them know it uses OLED.

Went in to fix my phone and now my camera is poor quality yo my iPhone pro max 12 use to take fire pics now it don’t even concentrate right … I’m so disappointed DONT COME HERE

We have been getting our cell phones serviced for quite a few years at Cellur Port. The service has been great. If we come here during lunch time, we can always go for lunch while waiting for repair. The people there go out if their way to keep us operational.

Theyre so nice and it literally took like 15 minutes my phone looks brand-new and only paid $33 dollars. I was almost going to pay $150 for the same service elsewhere 10 out of 10 I DEFINITELY recommend.

I went in recently to have my battery changed and my charging port. I received same day service which was good. When I got my phone back, I realized they replaced my screen, but not my charging port. It was the same dirty one. Also the button on the new screen was SUPER sensitive to where one touch would click like 3 times on the screen and I couldn’t unlock my phone by fingerprint. I didn’t realize until I left and they were already closed. So I returned a day later to inform them that the charging port was not replaced. This time I told them about the issues and they took it back overnight and replaced the charger port, which I could tell it was new this time. They said they couldn’t do anything about the sensitivity on the new home button. I’m pretty sure whoever was working on my phone wasn’t paying attention the first time I came and replaced my screen and not what I paid for. The screen they put in is literally popping out of the phone and has to be constantly pushed back in. Moral of the story, they have great rates for repair and good customer service but the quality of the repair is low. I’m struggling with this phone everyday now and I’m just going to have to get a new one unfortunately.
