IPhone 8 screen was replaced and now the touch sensitivity isn’t like it was before and has a blueish tint to it. Takes multiple taps for it to respond.I’m wondering if it wasn’t replaced with a cheaper knockoff. Very frustrating.Today, I barely tapped it, accidentally, with the car keys and cracked it pretty bad. Probably a blessing in disguise so now I’ll try to find a place that will replace it with the real deal.

My iPad screen has a funny glare/pattern after being repaired. It looks like a sun ray pattern. Also, there is a very small black sticker (like the size of a tic tac) that got trapped under the screen. The menu button is also not straight. The price was affordable ($45) but was higher than the price listed on the website ($40), but I was told of the price change before the repair. The person at the store was courteous and friendly.

The guys was so nice and this place was so affordable and he literally replaced the screen in like 10min and it looks like he upgraded it to and HD screen there is no point in ever going to Apple because this place exists

Repair took an hour and he did a great job but they are shady with their prices. *Both quotes were for my Galaxy S8 Plus which he inspected.* When my bf went for me and mentioned my Groupon first he quoted him $215. About a week later when I walked in and asked for the price repair he quoted me $180. Once I mentioned my Groupon he went to his extra charges speech. I told him I would only pay the difference and I did. I really only paid $140 for the repair because I used a discount code for the Groupon. I would not recommend this place because I looked up their website and it has Repairs with Frame and LED for my phone at $150. Yet the guy wanted to charge me $180?? Only explanation to me is that $30 was for the glass screen if thats the case why not just have the $180 total on the website and not mislead customers with surprise repair prices. 🤔🤨

I came 30 mins before closing with a badly damaged phone and there was 2 people ahead of me and someone behind me yet Cesar was very accommodating and promised everyone he would help them and he did. I had to leave my phone overnight but it was ready when promised the next day! He was very courteous and helpful and I recommend this location to anyone needing an electronic repaired!! Kudos for a job well done!!

Stopped by and asked for the rate advertised on the website for glass repair on an Iphone 7. They asked me to show the proof, only took a moment. I asked if I could just pick it up the next day. It was ready and perfect when picked up. Good clean store, very happy with their service.

Great service! I called today regarding an appointment and they told me to come in anytime before 7 and they would have it fixed in 30 minutes. I went in with a groupon to get a phone screen replaced so I could return it to my provider with no damage. I had previously had this screen replaced at another phone repair shop, and they were able to show me where the previous shop had superglued the screen on and taped a piece down. They replaced it properly and assisted me in mailing it back to my provider. Id recommend for sure.

This place is a total ripoff. I bought the screen only on Groupon then got charged an extra 40$ for a “frame for screen”! Then they fixed my screen but broke my home button on my iPhone! The guy said go to the apple & pay them to fix! He was not helpful, rude, unprofessional & didn’t care to help what he broke. Never will go there again! Do not trust them with your phone or money!!!

Called these guys up to see how much a iPhone 6s screen repair would cost. They quoted me at $45 dollars and 30 mins to fix. I was a little hesitant at first because all the bad reviews. Came back in 30 mins and left with a brand new, flawless screen for $45. This price demolishes all others in the area. Even bought a tempered glass screen protector because the service was so good! Total paid $55 and left with brand new screw and tempered glass screen protector. Thanks guys!

Don’t go here. Unreliable people. I came for a change of screen of an iPad. Made me pay more than the coupon, which wasn’t the end of the world. Upon return the home button malfunctioned and the iPad would switch itself off all the time. I went back and after I picked it up again, I noticed the screen had now air bubbles behind it. I didn’t notice it in the store as they tried to hide it with a temporarily plastic protective cover. It also still switches off so it’s pretty useless now. Big scam.

He is a racist. Contacted him about a refund because after he fixed my cracked screen, an hour later, the phone would not come on and I was later told my proxy sensor was damaged. His response to my complaint was to say thats why he doesnt do business with my kind ( I am African- American) so not sure how else I was suppose to interpret that. Very rude and he hung up the phone on me. Do not patronize!

I used a Groupon to fix my teens shattered iphone 6. I called to make sure the tech was available, and when I arrived he examined the phone and we discussed the options. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He texted me when the repair was complete and let me know what all was replaced. The technician is very courteous and helpful.When I picked up the phone, I checked and it looked brand new! I am very pleased and I recommend them!

DO NOT BUY the cell phone repair groupon from the cell phone repair guys. They use it as bait and then up charge you for additional damage when you get there. Its $45 groupon (to repair an iPhone 6) and $29 for additional damage and an upgraded product. FYI non groupon customers, the upgraded product is $65. I feel lied to and baited! This is a dirty way to do business and these guys need/should be exposed for this horrid business practice.Look them up on yelp, Facebook, groupon...youll see I am NOT alone.

They bait you with a groupon. Glass repair and lcd repair are two completely different things. Had it not been for the groupon that i thought would be honored, i wouldnt have driven 30 minutes to get my screen fixed here. Groupon was worthless, luckily i was able to get my refund. Paid 80 dollars to replace my lcd and im back a week later because the phone doesnt work. Horrible experience. While i sat there two other customers came in with complaints. This place shouldnt be open

Not recommend, find the way to make your pay more of the listing price, and keep your broken part said you need to pay more to keep it. What? What I pay $80 dollars for a new screen, and said I need to pay more for my origin one? Doesn’t make any sense. Not a honest business.

When I called they estimated 1 hour to replace the glass on a cell phone, when I arrived they said 2 hours. when I returned top pick up the phone after 2 hours I had to wait over an hour more. Not recommended.
