I used to think that this place was great. But after spending close to $400.00 the amplifier shuts off after about 15 minutes of use. I have to turn off my car and restart it. The brand new back speakers were installed incorrectly and now none of my doors will lock. They said they would fix it but I would be charged to fix their mistake. Dont recommend anymore!!

This place is great!! Owner has the best attitude with very good prices. The installation crew is very knowledgeable and efficient. Wait time is very decent and so are their products!

Upon first walking into the store as soon as they had a lot of inventory to choose from a lot of it being name brand or good quality of some sortbut in all reality everything there is just a display that they cannot sell they have to order everything that you pick out usually they dont even have it in stock and they try to sell you something else the guy at the register was very nice but he had no knowledge of the items he was working with

Walked into this establishment. The owner or manager looked at me and kept on talking to the other person behind the register. I waited over 12 minutes. Still no acknowledgment. A worker came from the back and he was nice enough to help me. To him I give 4 stars. Its sad when the employees are more professional that the person in charge. Another person came in and the same thing happened. No acknowledgment from anyone behind the register. The whole conversation they were having was about relationships. Poor customer service from the person in charge. I cant believe Ive been coming here since 2005.

I was reading some bad reviews about the owner not acknowledging customers that is not true I was there and I was greeted and seated obviously if he has customers you have to wait on your turn no one is over nobody; be a normal person and wait until the cashier is done with the customer. Anyways I took my car here to install a stereo he gave me a really good price and explained the process I was 100% satisfied its been over a year now and the stereo is working fine and since the quarantine got me bored I am making this review.

Went there for an installation, and I thought he had everything there ready to be installed. But I waited for 5 hours, and he didn’t even had the right parts. Then when I wanted to take them off and return them, again 5 hours, and he broke some stuff. I got what I paid for, but the owner did not refund me for the stuff he broke. This is main reason why I don’t trust others with my vehicles.

Was there for 2 hours with my family I already know I am aproved for 2500 with progressive, guy could save him self time if he allowed us to apply online since we are more computer literate,he did application in a paper took a while he kept talking to other people walking in, left us there for 2 hours, after I asked what is going on he tells other guy submit it and we get aproved but still nothing happens so I just ask for my keys and guy ask me you dont have them, I was like no or else wouldnt be asking for them, no big deal was gonna spend over 1000 bucks I would just take my business somewhere else and get it done.

When I first spoke with Julio on the phone he was very nice, etc. I came in because he was the cheapest I found. I told him I wanted to watch as the guys installed an Amp kit(running power cable from battery to trunk, connecting LOC RCA, etc), he said no because if they break something the customer would want them to replace for a brand new part, but if your not there we can fix it like new again. I almost laughed because he was so honest about it and did not realize that was exactly what I was trying to avoid. These guys make mistakes and then cover it up, you then find it at a later time when youre doing another upgrade or whatever. Well long story short, I let them install the amp kit. The second I left the shop I noticed something rattling, the car doesnt have any so I went back, these guys did a horrible job putting the panels and clips back on, then I noticed they left the rear stock sub connected, I asked them to unplug it, then I saw how they did the wiring of the LOC, they didnt even bother to ground it, his response was oh you dont need to ground it, Im like so why is the wire there? lol.... anyways, they just shoved the little LOC box in a pocket inside the metal frame so its banging around making noise, they were supposed to drill it. I will never go back to this place, they did the main thing which was to run the cables, I will go back and clean it up... they also left a bunch of clips in the trunk lining hanging off. Just ghetto.... this was done on a 2007 Acura TL ...thats what I get for trying to save money.... oh by the way while I was there waiting I saw this man come in with a wet car remote, Julio tells the man well....to fix this it will cost you $85 or buy a new remote for $100 or buy a new alarm for $200... the man says I only have $10.... Julio says well, I can maybe do $60....the man says I only have $10... this went on back and forth for a while lol... anyways so Julio says ok this one time I will do it for you... Julio takes the remote to the back dries it with a blow drier and charges him the $10.... just shady.... I saw enough... I dont trust them with my car... What sucks is that after getting this installed I realized they installed it wrong... instead of getting the signal PRE AMP they took the signal from the trunk... so I dont know what Im going to do...Im not going back here thats for sure...

The worst of the worst all very expensive and the one in charge does not pay attention to the customers I do not know if he is the owner but it is not the way to treat the customers he spent his time eating and neither did he make me not buy with them. those people dont respect the customer
