I came in to MP looking for a specific double din radio that was sold out just about everywhere else. A quick unplanned stop turned out to be a wise choice. They sold me the unit I was looking for and all the necessary things to keep my truck looking and working smoothly. Turns out one of the products was damaged and when I called in to tell him about it, without hesitation told me to bring it in. I also ran into in issue when I installed the unit( operator error) and when he was fixing the harness he also fixed my other issue with no charge. Very helpful and because of his honesty, will be returning for all my other car audio/video needs. Thanks again

After installing my sub and amp and it not turning on, I took it to here to see what I was doing wrong and the man looked at it for (not joking) five seconds and said this is all wrong and that it needs completely rewired and that it would cost $250 and they couldnt guarantee that it would even work after that. I went home and literally just plugged in the RCA cable into a different port and it worked great. I wouldnt trust this place at all. Go to Car Toys instead great people there.

These guys have a new customer for life!! I have a very old Viper alarm system that has been acting up and I recently bought a replacement remote but the security setting it was in wouldnt let me start the car for days, or pair the remote. Somehow I got it started today and took it here since Car Toys said they couldnt help me till possibly Tuesday. Within 10 minutes Sal was able to work magic on the finicky valet switch and got me up and running with my new remote. I was overjoyed! Im so incredibly happy I found MP Custom Audio! Four years ago I went to an audio installation place in College Station (they who shall not be named) because of their reputation... but that turned out to be a disaster. For four years I endured front speakers that would decide to become crackly or sound terrible at their own will. It was awful, and I took it back to them a few times where they fixed it only to have the issue come back after a few months, and usually worse.After so many years, I was fed up and started looking for someone closer to home and with good reviews to see if they could help me out (also, the College Station place stopped answering my messages). I found MP Custom Audio and in a day, they were able to figure out what the issue was and then penciled me in that week to get it done. Problem solved, I can finally listen to my custom audio system the way it was intended to sound, AND MPs tuning sounded MUCH better than the way the other place had tuned my system to sound.Thanks again yall, Ill bring anything else I need in the future to MP!

Went in looking to get just a sub, and amp, but got a great offer on upgrading door speakers with a sub, and 5 ch amp. I brought it back after a week for some adjustments, and they did a great job. The installation is concealed under the bench seat, and hardly noticable until I turn up the volume. Im very happy with the results.

Sal and his guys took amazing care of my audio system tonight. They stayed late because they kept finding problems after a performance shop destroyed my audio controller, amplifiers, and cut all my wires to make their job easier. My normal audio shop guy had just left to head out of town for the weekend, and these guys took care of me last minute. They are phenomenal. I was a bit skeptical just because a lot of the views were about their audio system, but I came for window tinting and they were fast and quick. I drove 45 minutes to them because their price was too good to be true, but it was true. I would recommend them to anyone. Their shop was very comfortable and had The Office playing, so i didn’t mind staying at all! Overall, good work on my windows! They matched my other windows and it is perfect. Also, warranty is unbeatable!

I called a lot of truck accessory stores in the area and none of them had the right size light bar I needed in stock. But this place did. I drove from Houston to Moab to Denver and back. Worked perfect in below freezing temps and on the road in the middle of no where.

This place is a complete rip off. No prices on merch visible. They call prices off the top of their heads. I went two days for the same item and received 2 different prices. I got quoted insane amount for something that was simple I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stay away from this place. They seem knowledgeable but they don’t warranty anything. And make sure you keep all your own records/receipts too. If you have any issues with your equipment, they’ll tell you they don’t keep any records and therefore won’t fix any of their work if it’s faulty. Really? So you have no records for your taxes then? Super shady.

When my stereo broke they were able to get me a new model same day. Unfortunately the new unit was defective ( not their fault, it was right out the box) and they took a look and were able to switch it out for me. Overall great service!

Place would of gotten a 5 Star, but when Im told the Kicker speakers I bought are new 2018 versions but after some research they are nothing, but 2016 versions. I like the speakers and were going to buy them anyways, but why lie? For the price I could of saved $30 and just bought them off Amazon! No need to be dishonest with customers!

Fast service but I ended up having flaws with my wiring on my 4-channel amp. Almost all the speaker wires were barely stripped. They forced the set screws down enough to make contact. My Amp ended up going out.

I took my car to MP Custom Audio because the tint on my car, done by another dealer 4 yrs ago, was coming off. I chose MP Custom Audio because my dad had good experiences with them in the past.Shawn was very friendly and did not try to upsell the job. The car was ready in the same day, and the new tint looks great.The price was very reasonable despite having to remove the old tint.I highly recommend this business.

Window tint was average. Left a screw driver driven into the foot rest next to my brake pedal for no reason. Alarm hole light was sloppily drilled. Said they already turned the sensors all the way up on my alarm before even checking. Prices were decent from what I remember, and customer service was great. Quality of work sucked.

Shawn always treats me well. Answers my questions and helps with any ideas honestly. Helps find resolutions to issues and I can’t complain. If I was to have an issue I know I can count on him to take care of it.Only if I could only get the train horn and the light bars for free then I would give him 10 stars. Great customer service and good job for the installation

I was on a coast to coast 6000 mile ride on my Road Glide. Stereo went out. Called them and Frank did an excellent job putting it together. Sounds great and back on the road. Only problem, I need new pipes. LOL. Or just turn the volume down. Thanks MP, Im very happy.

Tint was average left 2 bubbles on my tint said they would go away part of it I think he worked on my car outside. . I would probly go for some audio work and l.e.d. lights thats about it. Would I recommend this place yes I was their 4 hours waiting and waiting Shawn hooked me up with a discount.

I went all out and spent over $15,000 (after a 5% cash discount) on a very high end stereo system. I bought an Alpine X009-WRA head unit, two JL Audio 12W7AE-3 12 subwoofers in a custom enclosure fabricated to my exacting specifications, two JL Audio HD750/1 750W x 1 subwoofer amps, two pairs of Hertz MLK1650.3 Legend 6.5 midwoofers and tweeters, one JL Audio HD600/4 150W x 4 amp, two Stinger SPV20 300A backup batteries with PAC-200 relay battery isolator, Hushmat on every surface to quiet the road noise from my heavily modified 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and prevent bass-induced vibration, and a fully equipped Viper SmartStart car alarm. Shawn Meghani was very courteous and professional while working with me to generate the quote. I also got a quote from Houston Car Audio and MP Custom Audio was competitively priced. The installation only took four days and Frank did an excellent job overall. Unfortunately, however, I encountered two problems. First, the initial installation of my SuperChips TrailDash2 was rather poor because it was only held in place by a single bolt and nut which kept loosening and was unstable. Second, the right rear channel sounded crackled and there were occasional amplifier pops audible. I called Shawn and he said no problem, bring the Jeep back in and they would fix it for free. Frank installed the TrailDash2 with two screws and it now is firmly secured. Frank also replaced the rear right midwoofer as well as its RCA cable. My system now sounds freaking AMAZING! I highly recommend MP Custom Audio. They do great work for a fair price and theyll make things right if its not perfect. I give them 4.7 out of 5 stars. Bravo!

Took an extra hour to install my radio and when I received my car back, the radio was not hooked in properally and because of that it fell into my cars dashboard. They fixed that problem when I notified them however.
