There is also tinting that is done there, which is what I had done.... it was an awesome job that they did, no bubbles on rear defrost that u see so often...Drove from Katy to have it done, well worth it... price was great

They did a great job with my front/rear speakers with amp/dsp and tuning. Install was very clean and it sounds great! Custom Car Stereo on Brittmoore totally botched my installation appointment. On Monday I met with Daniel, the owner, filled out paperwork, and agreed to bring my car back at 9:30 am two days later. He said I could wait in the customer lounge for a job that would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours.When I arrived Wednesday, Daniel was not there, David at the front desk knew nothing about the job, couldnt find my paperwork, but agreed that it would take no more than a couple of hours. I went into the lounge and fell asleep in a recliner.About 11:30, I asked to see how the job was progressing. A different employee came out and said, Your car is behind several others and wont be ready until maybe 5:00. I expressed my dissatisfaction in strong language and told her to return my car to me. She said I could talk to the shop manager who would bring it around. When I asked him how my installation got overlooked, he said, I dont know what youre talking about. I was just told to bring this car out.I have rarely experienced a more disorganized mess.

Daniel and his team did an excellent job helping me get my custom 2021Tacoma some sounds, and a few visual upgrades. System sounds amazing, and the install is clean. Visual upgrades such as lights and grille replacement is spot on. They were also great responding to some of my requests for minor tweaks.

I just purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz GLA 250, and the only hang up I had was that it wasnt equipped with Apple Carplay. I called Custom Car Stereo, and they were able to order the parts they needed for the install with just a 50% deposit over the phone. The parts arrived in just a few days, and I was scheduled to bring my car in 3 days later. I dropped it off at 9:30am on a Friday morning, and it was done in 5 hours. When I came back to pick it up, they also came out to the car to give me a quick tutorial on all of the features. Love the ease of use, and my new interface. Works just as it would in any other car Ive rented in the past. Huge thanks to Daniel and George for all of their help - highly recommend!

Five stars for my initial meeting with Darrel (sorry if I didnt spell your name right) this afternoon. CCS has not done work for me yet, but excited based on the conversation I had with Darrel, given the fact that he understands exactly what im looking for and has extensive experience to meet my needs. He knew immediately what was needed/what I wanted once he listened to my system. UPDATE worked with Darrel to not only upgrade my speakers and amp but also to tune my system. Again, what a pleasant experience. Customer service is not dead! Really appreciate the time Darrel spent with me to discuss my needs and tune my system to my liking. Super knowledgeable as well!

This company moved from their I-69 location, further from me but better location for the rest of Houston. Did not need a stereo but needed some corrections from a previous install that did not go well. Also, updated all of the speakers in my vehicle. It all sounds great and i love what they did. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is had to return to get microphone hooked back up for bluetooth phone connection that slipped. A quick fix and more than happy and apologetic that it happened. I really appreciated the time spent with me to help me understand everything they did and a tutorial on a radio they did not sell me. Great company and folks over their. Daniel should be proud.

Had a paint correction, polish and ceramic coating done on our 2018 Audi A7 ... Daniel and his crew did an amazing job at eliminating swirls, scratches and making the paint look showroom new again. Ive used custom car stereo to replace and upgrade the infotainment in two of my 2006 Porsches. Jonathan and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and talented. Ive seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to upgrading your vehicle and I dont trust anyone elses craftsmanship before Custom Car. Its really simple, when we put our hard earned cash into something all we ask is that its done right- what a crazy concept! Daniel and his team are knowledgeable and wasnt surprised when I found out Ferrari of Houston is one of their clients; the best expects the best. I dont own a ferrari, but this trip meant a lot. I have an 2004 4runner that I wanted to amp up- Sony Surround Sound System (because apple car play is awesome), Tint all around, headlight restoration with a HID upgrade- and lastly a dash cover because in my model Toyota (and older cars subject to Houstons heat) - you may know suffer from cracked dashboards! I had a sub installed in my ML63. CCS did a great job of making it look as factory as possible using quality materials. I feel the price was reasonable as well. I have used CCS for my stereo upgrades over the last 7 years and am always satisfied.

I know they sell custom car audio solutions, but I like to call them the Goosebumps Store! Ive used these guys off and on for over 15 years - the fact that theyve been around for so long and still maintain the high-end reputation they have speaks enough for itself. I know my car stereos, and have worked on my own cars for years. But I know my limits too, and when it has to be professional, clean, and absolutely seamless, I simply dont know anyone better.I recently took my sports car in - it had a custom-designed Bose system from the factory that just plain sucked. Jonathan Cozad worked patiently with me over a couple of weeks to plan the right system. I wanted to replace the factory amp and speakers, but keep everything else intact, which meant integrating with probably the most complicated vehicle computer system Ive ever encountered. We worked through a number of options, and Jonathan explained the difference between mid-end and high-end options. He also took the time to gauge my *expectations* - what would I be happy with? We settled on AudioFrog components and coaxs, a JL 5ch amp, and Bit One processor. Id never heard of AudioFrog before, but he explained *why* theyd blow me away. They also suggested I stick with the stock Bose subs, which they researched and found were specifically designed for the car.Robert was the tech that worked on my car. This guys not just a tech - hes a sound engineer! He has an ear for sound, and takes his work so seriously. When CCS delivered my car - they washed it and had it waiting in the showroom for me! - Robert spent over AN HOUR with me reviewing and adjusting the tuning. We played dozens of songs, and he wouldnt unplug until he was sure I was happy. Happy??? He set up TWO DIFFERENT SOUNDSTAGES for each input (Bluetooth and Satellite, which have different compressions). TWO SOUNDSTAGES! I mean, who does that? Robert does, thats who! Ive never been more impressed with an an audio technician. What he does is simply art.The result? GOOSEBUMPS! HOLY SWEET BABY JESUS - GOOSEBUMPS!! Just, all the time! When your music is as much of your driving experience as your car, you know what I mean. I wanted an audio upgrade in my car, and CCS gave me audio Nirvana! I want to invite these guys to Thanksgiving dinner!!

I want to first Thank Jonathan for working with me throughout this whole process of my custom car stereo installation. He was extremely helpful and professional and really helped me out. I had a highly customized stereo system put in on my 370z which included (amp rack enclosed in plexiglass, 2 10 subwoofers enclosed in plexiglass, along with a personalized acrylic piece with my initials). The craftsmanship/creativity of the enclosure is second to none. Along with the car stereo they also put LEDs throughout the car along with an underglow, and installed a Viper alarm system. I cannot Thank Phil enough for all of his hard work and creativity to make this project come together. He spend many many hours of his time with my car and I greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend Custom Car Stereo and plan on working with them again in the future.Troy

Had a new car stereo (Bluetooth-and Apple CarPlay-enabled) installed. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, didnt try to oversell me. Got me in within a couple days to get work done. Waited in the waiting area - very comfortable with wi-fi, theater seats, large screen TV and spacious, clean restrooms. Took about 2 hours to install. Great system. Looks great in the car. They spent time showing me how to connect iPhone and how to use the stereo. Im considering going back in to get steering wheel controls hooked up - wasnt sure Id use them.

We went to the other place that actually recommended this place, I have a friend who own GLK 350 2015, fresh from the door couple days paid cash, then We were downed with this place. Amazing, not too many people, location super super generous big (well yeah texas indeed), Owner very nice, the desk guy very quick and extremely nice given us a great deal, and the key of this business is our tech, ROY, never seen nice person in my life about tech, He given us relax honest guides about the installed dual cam that we have. When i asked his phone number, he honestly said sorry i am not trying to giving but not good for company, ....extremely honest :). I was recommended by extremely honest shop to this extremely honest shop !(see my previous review) . I definitely will going to this place for my subaru 2014. ( note : We were noisy talking because so many nice cars in there :) Sorry owner :) We loved the install ! .... Tint also looks very awsome !

This shop is by far one of the best around!!!! Jonathan acted very professional when we encountered some problems with a radar I had installed and they bent over backwards to make things right. Most shops will laugh and say sorry but they went the extra mile. I have brought 2 of my other vehicles to him since and I am from Conroe but it is worth the drive. Had some Conroe shops work on some of my cars and they do not stand behind their work and just will ignore any complaints. Thanks agains CCS cant wait till my next project.

I was looking to add AUX capabilities on an older Acura (2004 TSX). They quoted me $400 + tax to install a simple AUX, and warned me about cutting into the factory wiring (even though Ive installed a dozen systems when I was younger and had the free time).I searched online and found the GROM HON1N2. Around 100 bucks, and took me about 15 minutes to install, with NO cutting or splicing whatsoever. Just pop out a plastic bin in the console, plug into an existing connector! And I get a USB/Android interface too!Either the store salesman is clueless OR dishonest. Either way, not somewhere I would return.

Unbelievable Shop!!!...When I first walked in I noticed some very high end cars, and thought I dont belong in here...I was immediatly greeted by Jonathan who was extremely professional and knowledgable and made me feel welcome...I wanted to upgrade some stuff on my Benz and he had all the right answers HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for him but if hes out to lunch or unavailable all the guys there are great. I was very pleased with all the work they did and TRUST me when I tell you they do some great work. There was a Lambo in the shop and some AMG model Benzs . The work is priced right and you get what you pay for in the car audio business. This aint no flea market work its PROFESSIONAL CUSTOM WORK. I even got to meet the owner who was very down to earth.
