We were in a bind and he really worked it out for us and made sure we were driving off the lot with a car and it didnt take long at all......... Update we have had nothing but problems with this car since purchasing . Even though I still feel like Jerry was great with helping us out . It is a really big inconvenience for it to be something wrong with a car that you got a month ago every other week. The car broke down two weeks after purchasing it .. And now we are having more issues with it

Worse cars ever, everything works till you leave then have you bring the car back so the insurance company has to pay for engine repair etc. They wont give you a loner car, just weeks of no vehicle. This place is the worse. I do not recommend dealing with this company or its 3 locations.

So communication is going to be quite different but a learning experience for us both.I knew it would be to good to be true. Said he had something over the phone and would work with me and Im up for the cochlear implants hopefully restoring my hearing down payment insurance itll be hundred bucks thats nothing compared to the price Ive already paid of losing my hearing and my job of real in real estate but yet theres a car lot full of cars and he didnt have anything for me enough said....UPDATE ONCE I GOT THEIR THE POPULAR SALES REP. CAN FRUSTRATED BY THE WAY THAT I COMMUNICATE I HAVE A VOICE I JUST CANT HEAR ANYMORE I WAS COMPLETELY UTTERLY LET DOWN I SPENT $22 GETTING THERE WITH THE PROMISE THAT THEY WOULD GET ME INTO SOMETHING.POINT BLANK THE REASON WHY I DIDNT GET A CAR IS BECAUSE THE SALES REP FELT $100 IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ME TO SURVIVE ON THATS WRONG JUST WRONG I WAS SO LET DOWN I SAT ON THE SIDE OF THE FEEDER ROAD AND CRIED. I decided to try them after receiving a message from an employee named Daisy whom after I explained my situation too as far as working rideshare and texted them my proof of mail, income in order to make sure and verify that they would be acceptable before making a 40 mile trip to the location without any complications and she assured me they accepted all of my credentials. Lo and behold when I arrive it was an entirely different story and this was an entire waste of money and time. Wouldnt recommend them at all. Dishonest and a waste of time.

The experience I had at this particular location started off negative with an inexperienced salesperson. Upon entering and explaining my appointment details he did not have any solutions for my dilemma.(The vehicle of my choice was not here to actually see and test drive.) His arrogance and unwillingness to solve anything should be a disgrace to your establishment. With that being said, Mr. Ken Patrick(Floor Manager)steps in and begins to professionally handle the problem. His approach to details and commitment to solving problems will keep your dealership in business.

I’ve had so many issues with this location and take back my good review. Their lack of professionalism. I have been very patient but this is the last straw. I was told today to basically drive my vehicle illegally. I received a text that my plates were ready for pickup, when I get to the location; I got told some bs excuse as to why they weren’t. THE MANAGER of the heights location then told me to drive my car, with an expired temporary plate. No regard for safety or the legal process. Then proceeded to tell me, i’d get in trouble for requesting another template. I literally had to be rude, to get another temporary plate. Ridiculous!

This has been an experience but when I tell you Ken Patrick is the man to come and talk to when you come here! This guy came in on his day off to help me get into a vehicle, as difficult as my deal was he made it happen for me! I’ve never and I mean never ran across a person in a dealership that’ll go the extra mile like Ken then, people will drag you in to their dealership waste your time but Ken is straight forward he gonna let you know what it is up front and it’s up to you to be honest and do your part but I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars just for Ken! ✊🏽
