Im very picky about stores I go to and this one was just on a whim because I needed to do a working quick. When I came in, the woman at the counter spoke only Spanish and mine is horrible :( so a language barrier was there, immediately after that, a woman named Luna came to help me with what I needed and thankfully she spoke English and I was able to communicate what I needed, she was extremely warm and friendly and very patient as I explained my situation, what I loved most is she was very non judgemental and only sought out to help me with gathering a candle plus dressing the candle including instructions on how to use a saint that Ive never worked with before, she had EXCELLENT customer service and Id definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a solution to their issues. Also would like to add Lunas mother was very friendly when she dressed my candle and checked me out!! Their candle variety they had was SO much and they even had Elegua heads at a very good price!! Lunas energy was so welcoming and positive!! If youre in need of some candles and supplies as well as people who understand and wont judge you, give this place a visit!!!

Been to a couple of places in the south west and canal st but all they do is take your money and dont help in nothing scam artists but Luna is different and most important she cares with patience and faith you will make it easy for her to do what she has to do highly recommend her !

Whenever I go to buy my candles ready, I usually always go in the morning and I always have to wait for them to open because the schedule says that they open at 10:00 am, today I was waiting there for more than 1 hour and a half and they never opened. Independent that they have a good assortment and good service.

Searching the internet I found this herb and the reviews that talked about the moon caught my attention, and I decided to go talk to her and I was surprised at the great gift she has, before reading the letters she was already telling me exactly how I felt it was something Awesome. I highly recommend this place
