Brought in a sewing machine and vaccume and they were ready in 2 days. Reasonably priced and great service.

They are very knowledgeable and very helpful, I took my old trusty sewing machine to get repaired but it wasn’t repairable, they offered a trade in and $100.00 discount on a new one. I didn’t get a new one only because I have 3 other working machines one being a year old. I also got a part I needed for my other machine there at a very reasonable price

This vacuum repair is the best. I could find no one to fix my vacuum, but this little quaint little shop. It reminded me of a country store. The manager was so kind. This is where Ill take all my business and tell others as well.

Went here to get my sewing machine fixes which is very expensive, I took the machine in on a holiday weekend and it was fixed that Monday. It was not too expensive. He was very nice and explained how my machine should work and how to thread it correctly. He did have an accent but I understood him, I dont know why people said he is rude, he was not to me. He fixed my machine for way less than another would have charged.

Try this repair shop!! I took my old Kenmore machine to get it fixed and the job was done perfectly with extras. It brought my Face Mask making to new high. Thanks A B!!

Owner is very rude. I left me sewing machine to get fixed. He called with an estimate and I was a little hesitant about the price, his reaction to that was not acceptable. He raised his voice saying “how about you fix it” and “you think someone else will fix it for cheaper”. He did not allow me to speak I was not rude at all and he hung the phone up on me. Do not do business with this man he has no customer service experience.

The place its the little messy but its close to my house and every time I need some needles or something for my son machin the guy seems to have the answer but like I said the place is a little messy needs really needs to clean up

Older guy, but prices work out well and offers same day turn around at a slightly higher price. Other places offered 3-4 week turnaround time.I will say if you arent used to old school service, you will be disappointed. Owner is straight to the point which may come across rude, but I think its more of a cultural difference.

I think this repairman took my roller brush to repair some elses vacuum and said I did not bring it to him. I know I did. But he didnt get the rest of the vac. I took it back, broken and all.
