Star Cabinets has the worst service!! ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service. Upon arrival of $14,000 worth of cabinets for my new home, we found many out of the box with dents and damaged beyond repair. Entire kitchen island and bath vanity with dented drawer fronts and poor molding condition around the shakers faces. A few doors and drawer fronts were completely made improperly they werent symmetrical at all and didnt match the mount above, below or next to them. All of the island and bathrooms were missing stain in the corners on the drawers edges. There is dust and debris trapped underneath the white paint.When we have complaints, the service people basically told us they had better things to do and to call back when all the clearly defective items were all installed - totally unwillingness to even acknowledge any problems.As a last resort their customer service has not helped us in any way. Still with no offer of refund, replace, or remedy for any issues. I write this in hopes that it makes it into the hands of someone who actually cares. All homeowners and builders stay far away Star Cabinets.

They put our kitchen job behind several months because of having to fix their mistakes (which we had to point out to them). The workers were very impolite. It seemed like this was their first job ever and they didnt even know when they were screwing things up and making big mistakes! (crooked cabinets, crown molding that was crooked and not flush where they met at the corners, cabinet boxes and doors with obvious exterior saw burns, completely different lumber used for doors and drawers and they just didnt care about their sub-par work. And wouldnt fix or replace anything. I wouldnt recommend getting work done from them simply because they are they worst cabinets and kitchen remodeling company ever.

I walked in after work. I’m guessing they do treat you depending on how you look. We were barely acknowledged and that’s cause I said good morning first. There was no, “we’ll be with you in a minute”. There was only one customer and two workers. We looked around for a while and when we walked out we weren’t acknowledged either. I guess they’re really selective with their customers. I hate when businesses act as if they are open only as a favor to you, not cause they want business.

They did a very good job of placing my kitchen cabinets, it was a difficult job but I am really happy with their work!

Just getting a cabinet bid from this company was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced. They repeatedly asked me the same questions trying to corner me into buying what they wanted and then spoke to me as if I wasn’t able to make up my mind because I didn’t like their outrageous prices for cheap chinese cabinets. I know cabinets and these are not made in USA. And I told them over and over to let me see the quality cabinets, which they dont have, he refused to help me any longer. Highly unprofessional!! p

I walked in with my wife with a $45K budget for a new kitchen and a bathroom. We weren’t even greeted the entire time we were there. There were persons there but they were glued to their phones and the computer. We walked out of the store mainly because it was obvious they did not care about our safety from covid. They weren’t wearing masks and one girI blew her nose and didn’t go wash her hands. I was a nasty place with zero customer service. I told them as we were walking out that I hope that whatever he was working on was worth at least $45,000.00 and I will take my money elsewhere.

We purchased cabinets from this company and it’s been a terrible experience. We’ve called them over and over again for five months after we ordered our cabinets and they were delivered a lot of them are damaged they were missing doors whole missing cabinets and nothing seemed to fit. The communication is awful with these people. I’ve never seen poor customer service like this! I wish I would never have come here!!!
