I have waited my whole life for KENT MOORE cabinets and told my family that one day I would have them in my home. We recently built a home with Coventry Homes in Houston and I finally got my KENT MOORE cabinets. The wine room had too many wine slots so I asked the KENT MOORE staff to please remove one section of the cabinets and replace the wine slots with a cabinet door and room for storage instead of wine bottles. The sales rep came out and gave us a bid to remove the slots for wine and also to add some trim to my kitchen cabinets. We waiting MANY weeks for the trim to arrive but I thought the wait would be worth it. The installer came out, put the trim up and then proceeded to the wine area to remove the wine slots. He found that the slots would not easy slide out so he took a saw, hammer and several power tools to try and remove and then told us that he would need to go back to the shop and find out how to remove them. We then get a call from our sales rep who tells us that we asked for more than the quote/bid was and that he would have to get with a supervisor to resolve. THEN CRICKETS...he left us with shards of our cabinet and no response to phone calls or emails....just left us with a mess! I finally had to hire a cabinet maker to come in and repair the mess. This was what my $900 paid for....about 12 feet of trim and a shattered cabinet. I am so disappointed in the KENT MOORE cabinets that I had waiting my life to enjoy.

GO TO ERIC SCHEUNEMANN!!! He will take care of you!!! My mothers house in Cinco Ranch got flooded during Harvey and she lost everything. My mother is older, lives alone, had to pay out of pocket due to she had no insurance and trusted people a little too much during her hard time. Needless to say, many companies took the opportunity to take advantage of the situation and swindled her (among others) out of money. When it came time to replace the cabinets, she was scared that something was going to go wrong. She was partially right - she brought it to my attention that there had been a problem with her oven cabinet installation. I immediately got in touch with Eric Scheunemann at the Kent Moore Houston location and informed him of the situation. He was VERY concerned and puzzled by everything. He personally apologized, made a trip out to my mothers house to see what the problem was and made sure that it got fixed ASAP. Im beyond grateful for Erics concerns, hard work, generosity, and understanding to get the matter taken care of promptly. Im proud to say that my mothers kitchen looks AMAZING with her new custom, beautiful, solid wood cabinets, and Im happy that mama is happy.
