After getting quotes at 3 different places we came back here to give Mitch our business. No one met the price or presented the details like Mitch presented us. His recommendations worked out well for us. We very much enjoyed working with him. The installers were also exceptional ( JesΓΊs and his dad JesΓΊs). When coming out to measure, a lot of our concerns about space for taller cabinets and corner cabinet, were answered at that time. A lot of time was spent making sure the cabinets were level which we appreciated after having to have our floors redone because not level. We will definitely recommend Cabinets to Go to anyone looking for cabinets.

I went in on a Saturday and there were two people working. I was looking for kitchen cabinets. When I walked in the female caught my eye and nodded like she would be with me next. I was the only one in the store besides the two parties being helped. I heard her finishing up and she got up and helped a woman who was just coming in the door. I had waited for about 10 minutes I’m not really frustrated me so I left.

Made an appointment for 1pm got there 15 minutes early after a 40 minute drive there, walked in and no one acknowledged me. Stood there for 15 minutes in the middle of the showroom still nothing. 2 people at desks not helping anyone but yet still nothing. 10 minutes past my appointment and still nothing. Guess Im not doing business with them ever again. Horrible customer service!

I had a very unpleasant experience. I spent $16,000, to remodel my entire kitchen. My kitchen was ordered incorrectly and was delayed 3 weeks. My backsplash was also incorrect. It had to be reordered and was delayed an additional week. The store did not receive my complete order of backsplash, and an additional order had to be made to receive the rest of the backsplash. I am currently waiting. I do NOT recommend doing business here; for the price you are paying you would expect things to go through smoothly. It has been extremely stressful and upsetting dealing with this company.

My name is salek, I hate to rate 1 but I promess if it was under 10 I will give it .i had the most horrible experience in my life .I remodeled my whole kitchen (floor,cabinet,backsplash & contertops)1) I ordered 10000$ Worth of cabinets only, with no installation or anything else because I liked other material elsewhere and I paid 100$ for them to measure it so there is no mistakes and they did refund it after my purchase & I told them I wanted to keep the same design so I don’t have to deal with plumbing & electricity,so basically removing old & replacing it with new .I had Ms Aida as a sales lady she was very nice & professional except 1)I received a Sink (450$) and faucet(130$) that I did not order and she said I did so & I had to let it ago because I had no way how to prove it + they want to charge 25 percent restocking fee .2) my order was 26 bocks, I had my contractor picking the order up on a Saturday and after we started the installation we found out we are missing 2 boxes after I called they said Tuesday, on Tuesday they said sorry it’s not until Saturday so 1 week later +They did not send us wood fillers, so that was a new order and anything new took 1 to 2 weeks .Now the contractor had me on sccedulle and already did demolition & finished the flooring & installed the cabinets but had to stop 1 week because there is no cabinets to finish the the contertops or thΓ© backsplash, so of course I had to pay for his waiting time .After we received the 2 boxes we received the new boxes, it was another mistake made by the store manager Ms Crystall, she ordered white color in state of our totally our different color, & she offered me some left over in her stock that I still paid for full price .She extremely nice & helpfull but never offered any discount or anything to make up for this.Now in the middle of all this mess, I called everywhere to collect because I needed to sue them, and nobody in their customer service & store would release the name of the personnel that I should adress in the lawsuit.After 48 hours a gentelemen called me and gave 450$ kind of make up for the sink .But my real damage is1) 600$ extra for hiring a Plummer yo adjust to thesink .2) extra week of eating outside & we are family of 6 if you do just 100$ a day that’s a 600$ .3) I had to pay an extra 1000$ for my contractor g for his one week of lost income that he reserved for me & that’s very low considering he was charging 4000$If he was working+ my wife & kids frustration for a project for a 5 weeks project that was planned for 2 weeks, because I had to wait for the contractor to make a new spots available for me since is was my. Fault not providing the material. On time because of. Cabinets go .I came to this company paying top $ thinking of smooth transaction but as you see it turn out to a nightmare I hope they corporate is aware because small mistakes are costing people a lot .Thank you & I promess every word is true
