I order from Omaha Steaks about once every 6 weeks and love the food. We are always pleased with the products. That’s why we keep coming back. The prices cannot be beat for the quality. Best steaks and sides I’ve ever eaten.

I ordered online somethings havent tried everything yet but I did try the stroganoff and the stir fry and well they stroganoff was nasty and the stir fry was okay. Neither one was worth the money no way no how would I ever purchase these items again.

Ordered the bacon wrapped filet mignon in the mail. It came frozen just like it was supposed to. Best steaks I ever had. They were so tender and so juicy. These 1 star reviews are rediculous coming from people that didnt even try the food. If you cant read a menu you are such a baby.

Don’t order if you live in warm weather state!First order and was looking forward to trying Filets and burgers. We accepted directly from delivery driver and opened the shrink wrapped ice chest immediately. Ice was totally melted, product fully thawed, barely cool. I didn’t feel confident it was safe to eat as it was mailed 3 days earlier and no telling how long ice was gone. I called to ask if this was normal and told it’s normal to arrive thawed, would be safe to eat. I then looked at website FAQ’s - said product would arrive frozen. I lost trust for “customer service’ rep’s safe to eat assurances. I didn’t eat so can’t review quality.

I ordered on line the sockeye salmon. I actually ordered 2. When they arrived on time I just threw them in the freezer but noticed they were nothing like the picture. When I opened them a few weeks later to cook they stunk and were mushy. I then tried to call customer service but was put on hold then my phone was disconnected so I emailed customer service about it. I got NO response! Do not buy anything from this company! I also ordered their steak burgers and Kansas City has them beat on that too!

Least helpful staff ever.Me: “What do you have today?”Them: “look at this menu”M: “thing A please”T: “we don’t have thing A”M: “thing B then”T: “no we’re out of that”M: “okay how about thing C”T: “oh we don’t even carry that”M: “well what DO you have, can I walk around on the indicated path and look?”T: “we have what’s on that menu and no you can’t walk around”Least pleasant shopping experience. Horrible woman working who was angrily unhelpful. Not just not being useful, but actively in the way of us trying to spend a bunch of money on stuff.

Nice clean store. Quality meat but pricey. They have some good specials during the holidays.

This company must teach their people to lie to customers who have a problem to get them off the phone line so they can take more orders. If you get put on hold, and stay for one hour, the system hangs up on you.

Sharon and the rest of the staff rocks!! Employees really go out of their way to answer all your questions. I was introduced to this place last Christmas when I received a big cooler from my mom and aunt as a gift!! Everything was delicious!! The filet mignon was superb!! And the hot dogs!! Well they are nothing like ball park hot dogs! The apple tarts are amazing in the oven! The wedge fries and hamburgers are excellent!! Looking forward to trying their chicken kabobs, lobster and jumbo shrimp next!!! I wont compromise on great tasting food!!!!;)

I have been using Omaha Steaks for about 10 years. All purchases did not disappoint.. until now.. Today I called to place an order of several packages... when ready to check out and requested the Free gift they offered on orders over $79... and also a Holiday Gift coupon they had sent me to use, again on an order over $79... and Free Shipping coupon (on orders over $79). .... well they wouldnt let me use any of them because none of the over $300 total order had an individual package $ amt.. over $79.. and they were from different current mailings.. all three of the mailings were received after December 1st.. I was very disappointed.. and frustrated .. why do they give you incentives to purchase and then dont honor them.. I did not order anything and will not order from them in the future... very disappointed..

Good stuff. Spendy, yeah, but good. The lobster bisque, steak seasoning, and strip steaks are why I go.

Dry tasteless. There steaks are not true filet mignon. I dont recommend them to anyone.

Well..I wish I could have felt more satisfied with this companys products...fell waaaay short though. Im sorry..I wanted to like the products..but at every turn..I caught myself saying..was ok..BUT. Would not recommend this..to even an acquaintance. Your days have come and gone..now youre kinda ripping people off...the truth..
