V nice, good food, 10/10 must try again

I normally do not shop here, but I had an issue with some marinated meat, to keep it short it was a little friend that wasn’t supposed to be there. Instead of the owner saying “hey my bad, things happen” he insulted where He thinks I live and told me he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Pretty messed up because I was just trying to give this store a chance. And well as you can guess I’ve never been back.

Its a meat market place but they also have like a super small diner where you can order pupusas and they are just $1.00. The taste quality is great compared to other places that sell their for the same price. They always make them fresh.(>^-^)> Nerd Approved

Ive only bought fajita and a few home goods so thats the 4 stars since i havent tried the cooked food they sell.Other than that the fajita is really the best Ive tried. It has good flavor and is super soft, easy to chew. I recommend it. A lot of products you cant find in big name stores like Wal-Mart, thats a plus for me.

This place isy some food, don’t go ahead and get here because it’s terrible. The full use of a price knowledge that staff just speak Spanish and I like that song speak English that gets on my nerves so all in all

4.13.19 6pmWhen we ordered our food the main lady didn’t seem she wanted to cook or do anything...When she waved at us thinking it was done we went to her & still the pupusas were barely getting made. Instead just called us over to give us the meudo, I was expecting it to come with the pupusas not separated..Through the whole waiting part my friend told me she kept looking at us as if we did something to stare us down like that.. we were not rude to her, she still seemed like she didn’t want to do her job..If she didn’t want to work why come to work, their was no other customer ahead of us & while we’re waiting patiently.. if she gets mad because I interrupted her interesting conversation. This is your job to do your duty & if she wants to converse do that on your break.. her doing that is plain rude

One of those who attends had the idea to tell me to go to the next box with her to get out faster but it occurs to her to answer the phone and it took 5 minutes to take an order, the case is that if I had stayed in the other box I would have left faster, I complained to the lady that I was first and that I should have put the call on hold and she answered me that I could also wait and I told her that that way I better leave everything to them and she answered well, leave it, unfortunately I have to drive more than 30 minutes to get to that place but apparently she is used to treating people badly, I would like to speak with the owner to demand that she leave everything she has, what is not little, I always buy from $ 150.00 to $ 250.00 dollars, if the owner really would like to increase his quality of customer service I would lower her from her position I could be rude but I am not interested in going down to the position of that person. I went to the meat department to ask for the manager of the store and they told me that he was not there but that they could make a complaint. Unfortunately I did not ask the name of the cashier but I am going to go back to talk to the owner and let him know who it was that treated my family and me badly. We are frequent customers for more than 15 years and I do not buy anything to grill anywhere other than my ranchito. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience will force me to look for another place.

When you place an order over the phone, the one who takes the order forgets to give it to the cooks. The cooks are nice. My wife always complains that butchers always try to be kinky.

Today you have the tortillas that have expired. They are from October 4 2018 Be careful with the food you buy here. Check the expiration date. They sold me expired tortillas a month ago was August 20. What a HORRIBLE PLACE ALSO THE AVOCADO SOME NEVER RIPEN AND THE MEAT TO KNOW IF IT IS SOLD EXPIRED TOO.
