I have been with the company Central Security until the name change to Alert 360, for over 8 to 9 years. I have not had any issues with my alarm system. Someone is always available to answer questions 7 days a week.. I just added the camera doorbell today (11Jan 2021) and very excited about it. My person who installed it also, installed my alarm 2 yrs ago here at my new house... I requested him again,, he is very nice, on-time, dependable and very professional. Choose any other home security provider, they offer a lot of technology and features but if you have any issues with your system and require a technician to come out they charge you $130. Nickel and diming you for every cent. On top of that they require contracts so you will be stuck with them for several years or forced to pay a steep exit fee.

As always, Alert360 did another great job in assessing my needs and exceeding my expectations. Gene was absolutely great in his response and handling everything.

Took care of issues promptly

With purchase of a new home whose previous security system looked to be of a 1990s vintage, i shopped several providers and chose Alert 360. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of equipment involved, and installation was quick. Installer was very knowledgeable and friendly, and it took him about an hour and a half to remove the old systems panel and install all of the new stuff : panel, keyless deadbolt, video doorbell, exterior surveillance, motion detectors... and the total monthly price including equipment and monitoring is close to what others wanted just to monitor a set of self installed smart home devices.

Even though, I had a very easy fix, Greg, automatically knew what the issue was as soon as he walked up to my door. He was very knowledgable & fixed the issue in 5 mins.

Tech was unable to fix problems after 3+ hours and had to reschedule a appointment 1 week from now because they do not have the part.

Had a system in my home which included 2 upgraded panels and 6 cameras. Upon moving the salesman that reached out to me asked me to leave the system in the home and he’ll take care of me for the property I was moving to. I agreed and even left his info with the new owners. I then moved to my new home and unfortunately they didn’t uphold their side of the bargain. The system was fully paid off, early may I add, and they wanted me to purchase the entire system all over again. They would give a discount on activation but nothing on equipment. There was zero benefit for me leaving the system and now I’m out of pocket for a system and I refuse to rebuy. Before this experience I was pleased, but this by far left a bitter taste for me for any future business with Alert 360

Camera was blurry after 2 months of install, called tech and he replaced the camera. They charged a $20 visit fee, but at least theres a 30 day warranty on the visit if something else comes up.

I used their Switch n Save plan which used the existing equipment in the house (we had ADT). Their plan had no installation fee and we are saving about 60% per month compared to the previous security monitoring service. Their technician called me ahead of time and arrived shortly after as agreed to. He was professional, wore mask, gloves, and shoe protection while he was in the house. All of the work was done in about an hour and everything works properly. If anyone asked I would recommend Dave Barker with Alert 360.
