Ohhhhh!!!! Emser you never let us down. This tile installation came out Perfect. The wavy tile looks just right in the upstairs shower we just completed! The Misty Gray countertop was the complementary accent pieces that this shower needed. We used the rest of the slab to finish off the bench, window sill, ninch, edges and we used it as a door Transitions to give it a complete look. Dont listen to the bad reviews. When you get here ask for Tameka, she is soon good. Ive been there 3 times in the last year, and every time she gets things done fast. Im in and out in 30 mins (that includes me selecting tiles)

Their products are high end but the customer service is not. Every time I go there I get ignored by the people at the front desk, or they are rude, until finally, someone from the back have to come and provide the information or samples. Thats the reason this is one of my last resources to buy materials from.

Nice selection of tile. Service here is always terrible. As a designer I source from all locations to keep fresh and on point for clients. It is always with hesitation that I go to this location. Never, ever greeted in a friendly manner. Always feel as though I am waking them from a winter hibernation and disturbing their day. Terrible, disappointing and disinterested sales associates at this store. My encounter has never been different. Last visit was 1 week ago. I will always try and steer my clients to anywhere but this store. To take them here is to expose them to rude service.

Excellent customer service, even for a small project. They didnt hassle me for purchasing materials for my own home, since that was the arrangement I had with my contractor. They had the particular custom poly blend grout I was searching for. They also have a beautiful show room that I will take a closer look at when I move onto the next bathroom remodel.

Bought $236 worth of epoxy grout and decided to change color of all unopened cans, still sealed the next business day . NOPE, NO CAN DO DUE TO SORRY WEAK COMPANY POLICY ON RETURNS.Their receipt says 25% restocking fee which was not a problem but to accept No returns, pretty shameful. Be careful before you buy at this place. Not going to have my business in the future.

I CALLED THEIR CORPOEATE OFFICE THEY WERE VERY SURPRISED OF THE NON CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS RECEIVING OVER A $86 REFUND PLUS 25 % STOCKING FEE DEDUCTIION AND GAVE ME MIKE WEAVERS NAME AND # HES THE REGIONAL MANAGERJUST LEFT THE LOCATION ON HEMPSTEAD AND ASKED JESSIE ABOUT THE REFUND ? HE SAID CORPORATE IS HANDELING IT AND HE DIDNT SAY WHEN OR IF HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME ? NOT EVEN A GREETING WHEN I WSLKED IN? I EVEN ADDRESS HIM WITH GOOD MORNING? NO REDPONSE.
