We remodeled our bathroom two years ago, and at the suggestion of our contractor, purchased our tile from Daltile. After consulting with the sales reps (and letting them know that we were shopping for tile that would go in the shower), we settled on marble for the shower floors and walls. They assured us that we would have no problem with discoloration as long as the tile was properly sealed.Three months after installation, the tiles began turning yellow. We called to report the issue and they sent a person out to inspect the tile. He was shocked by the level of discoloration after such a short amount of time and noted that it didnt appear to be due to faulty installation. He indicated that it was most likely due to the natural iron deposits in the stone rusting from exposure to moisture. Well, why on earth didnt Daltiles so called tile experts caution us against using marble in the shower when we consulted with them?!Daltiles solution to our problem was to recommend a tile restoration company that quoted us $3,000 to clean the tile - with no guarantees that it would remove the discoloration. Two years and $20k later, were facing another bathroom remodel to remove the discolored tiles. We will not be using Daltile.

Worked with Lynn Rogers to select tile for bathroom. Our budget isnt huge and she guided me to select a beautiful assortment of shower, floor and accent tiles. I was in and out in 15 minutes and she made something I was dreading enjoyable. Lynn is professional and easy to work with. I cannot thank her enough!

Complete and total incompetence. broken tiles, wrong tiles, total inability to order the right amount, none of the sales staff at any level taking any accountability when mistakes are pointed out or help is requested. Refusal to offer refunds, just a total joke.No sympathy or help when you have to make multiple orders after-the-fact to correct their miscalculations and their misorders

Not so impressed with this place. It was crowded and there is no customer service. DALTILE need to hire people that know what they are doing.

Miserable experience. I will call and share with you how I’m begging Pam to please send me an invoice so I can buy tile. Who has to beg a company to take their money? Every day she gives me some excuse and makes false promises about the next day. Complete incompetence.

My wife and I love this place. We went there for several remodels, and the people were extremely knowledgeable. Please be aware of the need to make appointments to talk with a designer. They had so many ideas, but then they were able to help us zero in on the perfect choice.

What a terrible place! Being the only person in the store you would think the clerk would go out of her way to be helpful...WRONG! Not only did she keep saying I needed an appointment, she seemed like I was interrupting her busy day and could not be bothered. Again, I was the ONLY person in the store!After speaking to my builder, he knows NOT to refer people to Daltile any longer. What a shame for the company to have such a person there hanging out instead of working.

We are working on a condo remodel out of state and went there just to look around. Alison was most helpful and even after we explained what our plan was, she went above and beyond and helped us with everything.

Do not use this company for any tile work. They are a terrible company and do not stand by their work. They installed defective tile in my home and then proceeded to pour acid on the flooring to attempt to fix the defect. Since the acid pouring, it has stripped the top layer of my tile and made them look worse. At this point, nothing can be done but to replace and they refuse to do anything about it. Beware of this company!

What great place to find tile that is reasonably priced! As a designer, I love that they are now open on Saturday too.
