Amazing experience! This was the first shop I went to and I absolutely fell in love with the staff and dresses! My girl Luna ;) was so knowledgeable about all of the gowns. She made me feel like a princess! She was very patient with me I tried the same dress in about 4 times. I’m happy to say I found my wedding dress at Winnie couture! ( and new friends!) I recommend 100% for all future brides!

I am so glad that I came across this amazing bridal shop! This was my first time trying dresses on so of course I was super nervous. As soon as we walked it the staff and atmosphere calmed those nerves. My sweet consultant literally made this experience so amazing. She was more than knowledgeable and made everything so fun!! I came to Winnie Couture after having 2 appointments at other Bridal shops prior on the same day in which I found dresses that were ok, but nothing I was in love with. This was my first day dress shopping and my sister and mom drove in 3 hours to meet me here. My first impression was that the store was gorgeous! Jacqueline and Michelle greeted us with smiles and Michelle sat me down and we talked about what I envisioned for my wedding day. Based on what I told her, she picked out dresses for me to try on. The first dress I tried on, the FIRST dress Michelle picked out for me, ended up being THE ONE! 😍 She actually told me that based on the phone consultation when booking the appointment, she already had this particular dress in mind. I have no idea how she did it, but she must have super powers! Michelle is literally THE SWEETEST, is very personable, and definitely knows what she is doing. Both of these lovely ladies were able to accommodate all my needs in answering questions and customizations to the dress I made. I am so happy I chose Winnie Couture to go dress shopping. I absolutely love this wedding boutique. I had the best express a Bride there. It was the experience I always dreamed about. They treated my guest like Family and we did the same. My Mom flew in From Florida and I Drove in from Louisiana for this experience and this day. Our experience at Winnies was amazing! Both visits Michelle Morales was great and fun! I first visited a few months ago with my friends and fell in love with a few dresses. I visited another store just to try other styles on but came back to Winnies with my mom, my aunts, and my cousins to say yes! The aesthetics of the shop was very modern and bridal. Big mirrors and great lighting! Also champagne!Winnie advertises that they have classic, modern, & vintage style which I felt to be 100% accurate. I would consider my personal style to be chic minimalists and I found the perfect dress that was simple with a touch of lace and bling. I tried on dresses that were more dramatic that I did not favor but they were still beautiful... basically they have various styles that fall within classic, modern, & vintage! I liked that during my first visit Michelle put me in dresses that I said I would not like but ended up liking... I highly suggest trying on multiple styles your first visit because you never know! I always thought I would go with a basic dress (no lace, no bling, just satin material) but once I tried on dresses that had a little touch of bling and lace I fell in love. Once Michelle knew what I liked/disliked, she was able to bring out styles I loved.Michelle was great and never pushed me to say yes to a dress. She provided useful input and helped me decide on the one but was never pushy. She did send me follow-up texts asking if I wanted to make another appointment after my first one which was very helpful. I was finishing up a summer class and working full time so it was nice to have texting as a form of communication... Michelle was able to text me videos of dresses as well!Also, my dress has a cape which I fell in LOVE with.... the other bridal store I went to did not have capes... so if you really want a cape I would check out Winnie Couture!

Hands down- one of the best bridal experiences I could have asked for. Both Michelle and Alyssa were beyond pleasant. Not like bridal shop pleasant but genuinely nice people pleasant-and fun. From the moment I walked in to the moment I came back to SAY YES! to my dress with Michelle, it was like working with 2 great friends. We laughed together. We joked together. And we created my prefect dress together. I wanted a custom dress and thats ultimately what I got here. I went a little over budget- but I didnt care because Michelle and Alyssa made it completely worth it! This was my first stop and it really could have been my last because I was thinking, not just about the dress, but also the experience my mom and I had there the whole time I was shopping. Michelle didnt provide fake comments (like a few other places I visited), but rather made me feel beeeeauuuutiful in the process. They didnt pressure to me buy, but rather encouraged for me to take my time. I showed this girl a picture of what I looking for and she nailed it! Michelle and Alyssa walked me through the pricing without pressure and helped me make perfect choices. I cant wait to see my gown when it comes in. I made an appointment at Winnie Couture because we would be in Houston for the weekend and I saw they had a generous healthcare worker discount for nurses (which is amazing & I haven’t seen anywhere else) Alyssa already had the 3 dresses I had emailed about pulled and ready for me! I used to work at a bridal shop and I remember I could never pull the small sample sizes over my hips, but Alyssa had the dresses pulled for me in my size, which made me feel very special and like they really listened to me. I felt so beautiful and not self conscious and having to imagine what it would look like if it fit me. I ended up picking the 3rd dress she pulled! This was my very first appointment and it was out of town so I really didn’t expect to find my dress! It was just me & my mom since we were out of town, but Alyssa and Michelle both hyped me up and made me feel beautiful just like my friends! They were so helpful in helping me find accessories too and knew exactly what looked good. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait to see them again when I pick up my dress!

I found an amazing dress at Winnie, but I found a different dress that better fit with my style. And although, I didn’t get my dress here, I wish I had based on customer service alone. My stylist was Michelle and she was the best stylist I had out of 8 different places I went to. I would definitely recommend Winnie to all my friends.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE BY FAR!! This was my 3rd shop when looking for my wedding dress and I wish I would have started there. They made me feel so special and really listened to what I was looking for. Alyssa was so helpful and patient as I went back and forth on multiple dresses. She even had my sisters pick a fun dress for me to try on that I knew wasnt my type. My sisters, mom and I all LOVED how special, fun, and detailed they were. They also offer custom measurements that for me was a HUGE pro! I went to Winnie Couture 8 years after my sister got her dress from their Houston location. We all loved my sister’s dress and her dress shopping experience so much, we decided to go to them again for my dress. And I was not disappointed! My family and I had the entire shop to ourselves and were treated very well.Michelle was perfect in helping me find my gown! She was very patient and accommodating. She listened to what I had in my find for the wedding and suggested a gown she thought I would like. I initially hated it on the hanger lol but I tried it on at Michelle’s request (along with several other gowns). Low and behold I chose Michelle’s first pick! I had to purchase a dress off the rack because of how the stars aligned and my wedding being less Than a month away, but when I say this dress is more beautiful than the first one I ordered 8 months ago you better believe it !! From the moment we stepped into the shop, she made us feel welcome and helped us maneuver through the styles of dresses that fit the theme of my wedding. Like many brides-to-be, I did not know where to start in the process of dress shopping. Winnie was the first I booked an appointment with because I loved the styles shown online (specifically the one I said yes to). I called to make the appointment a little nervous and Michelle was able to answer all of my questions PLUS the ones you dont think to ask for appointment and style planning. Then came the freeze causing me to cancel the appointment and my sisters visit here very last minute. They completely understood and set my mind at ease as I was bummed to say the least. She kept up with communication professionally and honestly like a friend reminding me how exciting this day will be! We FaceTimed options the week of the appointment for ideas. Once the day came, my future sister-in-law brought a microphone just for fun to announce the dresses and Michelle joined in on the fun with us and made the appointment the BEST time! I could not say enough great things!! Oh, and she hand wrote me the sweetest letter after the appointment that made my day when I received it! Definitely made the wedding feel real!

I said yes to the dress, thanks to Michelle who had already picked out the dress upon speaking to me over the phone. She was so patient and gracious while she continued to bring in different dresses for me to try on besides the one she had picked out. At the end I chose the one she had in mind according to my theme. Even tho I fell in love with the top of the mermaid dress I was Not to enthusiastic about the bottom. So she brought out different tails that would fit my style. And give me the long tail I wanted with the same dress. Then when my over thinking kicked in after I had already committed to it, she took a ride on my Rollercoaster of add ons to the dress a different day. She genuinely seemed like she wanted me to be Happy in my dress. So she helped as much as she could for me to just end up with my 1st choice🙄😭❤❤❤. Anxiety is gone now, and Im happy now. Cant wait for my dress to come in and get it altered.

I had a stress-free, fun time choosing my wedding dress at Winnie Couture Bridal Shop in Houston, TX. Their dresses are finely detailed and unique. Works of art! When I went in for my two appointments I went once with my mother and wedding planner and once on my own. We were the only ones there and it was peaceful and quiet so I could focus on choosing a dress I loved. Not to mention they helped me video call my future sister-in-law so she could see the dress on me. The shop is beautiful, clean and an open space. The women who work there are organized, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on wedding dresses. I learned a lot from them! They also made me feel comfortable and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I appreciate how I am able to custom design much of my dress at Winnie Couture and work with their tailor one-on-one. I am so, so excited for it to arrive and I cant wait to see it and wear it on my wedding day! Thank you, Winnie Couture Bridal Shop in Houston! I definitely recommend this bridal shop! P.S. They adhered well to COVID-19 preventative measures as well.

Amazing experience. During all the craziness of quarantine, Winnie was the only place that saw me ASAP and made sure our experience was safe & pleasant. Lauren was very attentive and patient while I tried on the same dress over and over again. The shop was beautiful and felt elegant and relaxing. Had the best experience. Winnie Couture was the second bridal shop I tried and I thought there was no way I would say yes to any gown, as it is so hard for me to decide on anything. I went with my fiancee and our two little-aged daughters. Kacey and really everyone there made us feel so comfortable and welcomed, they were so sweet with the girls, let them try on dresses and crowns, we had sparkling wine. What a difference from the first renowned bridal shop. Most importantly, the dresses were gorgeous! I had as expected a very hard time, but this time because there were multiple the were stunning. It was exactly what I was looking for: a great cut that makes you look the most beautiful you can look like. We tried on at least 7 dresses and again was not rushed or made felt bad for trying on so many. On the contrary, I was encouraged to try just to see how it looks on me. I tried on several multiple times, and all in all it still didnt more than 1.5 hours because everyone in the store helped and so I did not have to wait on anything from their side. Overall the best experience, could not have asked for a better service and I said yes!

Ryann was great she made everything so personal and fun. Winnie has really nice dresses and allows you to customize your dress to make it your dream dress that no other person will have. I also like that they give you wine. However I would recommend that they have bigger sizes to try on and more discounts as they are a little pricey.I gave four stars because of the price. I would give Ryann 10 stars if I could.

Amber helped me find my perfect wedding dress! It was great that I could pick out the dresses I wanted to try on via their website prior to arriving. She helped me completely customize my dress by adding a different skirt, belt, and straps! I was also shocked by how affordable the price was with all of the changes we decided on. Putting down a deposit, instead of the full amount was an added bonus with all of the wedding planning costs that add up so quickly. I highly recommend making an appointment at Winnie Couture.

She actually knew what was best for me as she suggested I try on a dress that I normally would never have tried on and that ended up being MY dress! I absolutely loved my entire experience with Winnie Couture. They are able to custom fit the entire dress to your measurements... as someone that is 6’3” with an hourglass figure... that was a huge bonus for me. The entire process was so simple. You can add dresses you like to an online portal so the dresses are already pulled when you arrive. Lindsey was such a great help as well! I found my dress and veil in less than an HOUR. Plus the store itself is so beautiful and Lindsey even made sure my guests were comfortable the entire time.

I’m from Cincinnati, OH visiting my grandma in the Houston area. I already have my dress but was looking for a veil. I walked in after lunch, was immediately greeted and helped. Lauren led me right to the veils and the first one I picked up, I loved! A walk to the back, a steam, and a quick and seamless transaction: highly recommend! Winnie Torture (I mean Couture?!?!?)I will start this off by saying I am a returning customer and between my sister and I we have spent approximately 14K at this establishment.I made an appointment at Winnie Torture for a Saturday at 1 pm. I had family in from out of town to join in on this special occasion. I arrived 8 minutes late and you would have thought I was standing up on a flight during takeoff because it was like she was announcing it to the whole cabin “Ma’am you are EIGHT minutes late”. She stated that the 8 minutes would be deducted off my appointment time – which I was fine with. I now have 52 minutes to find the perfect dress for my perfect wedding to start my perfect life. This seems doable except for one thing. The party before me must have also been EIGHT minutes late because they were still finding their perfect dress. I asked the flight attendant ( I mean front desk lady) if I could start looking for my dress and she said no – not until the other party was finished.I watched the clock tick down another 15 minutes. Now I only have about 37 minutes to start off my perfect life. Things weren’t looking too good. The dressing room was open and this was now my appointment time. I saw a few dresses and went to the open dressing room where the not – so – nice lady told me I was not allowed to try on dresses and they would call security even though I had an appointment – I was a returning client – and I wanted to spend money. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she went into the store and the retail worker sternly told her “please leave”.Overall I am very disappointed in this establishment. They did not respect my time and did not honor the appointment they set up. I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely loved their dresses. I went to a bridal showcase and was instantly in awe at how beautiful their dresses were. The lovely Ryan was there to assist me and even when I picked out my dress. Very professional and patient with you. Definitely recommend for future brides.

I am so glad I came into Winnie Couture! What was just initially an appointment to look at dresses turned into finding my dress!!!! Ryann was absolutely amazing - she found my dress from listening to my wants and studying my facial reactions with trying on dresses. Absolutely great place!!

Winnie Couture is the definition of the ultimate wedding dress shopping experience! Kacey was my stylist and she really put in the effort to figure out what I was looking for. After spending the morning at other boutiques without finding anything I liked at all, I didnt have high hopes when I arrived. Kacey ended up pulling a dress for me that was the first dress I absolutely LOVED! She was so patient with me and made sure my guests were enjoying themselves as well. Theres a big selection here and the dresses are really beautiful. Thank you Kacey for making it an experience to remember!

I had Ryann to help me and WOW! They have GORGEOUS dresses and with Ryann there I found the dream dress I didnt know I wanted. I stumbled upon the store randomly and ended up leaving with my measurements taken to get the perfect fit as well as feeling I was as gorgeous as my dress. Absolutely recommended going if youre wanting a great experience.

Ryann was a fantastic host for me on my very first wedding dress trip! She offered suggestions and listened to my opinions. She was efficient and considerate! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. Got me very excited to get married :)

Lindsey at Winnie Couture was a dream to work with. I had no idea what I wanted and she was so patient and really listened to what I said and made every effort to accommodate. After finding parts of 3 different dresses I liked I left to keep looking. I went to two other appointments and the whole time wished I was back at Winnie Couture with Lindsey. I came back and Lindsey helped me craft my perfect dress and order it! I should have never tried anyone else.

Amazing experience! After visiting a couple boutiques, I went to Winnie Couture as my final stop. Lindsey was my consultant and she was so helpful and sweet! She was able to pick out dresses that fit what I was searching for but also let me try on other styles I wouldn’t have normally chosen for myself! She was able to answer all of my questions and helped me customize my dress. I was very nervous with my wedding less than 6 months away but Lindsey was able to work things out and have my dress completed at the perfect time. I never felt pressured to make fast decisions I was not comfortable with. I had time to make sure this was what I was searching for in my dress. I am so excited to have found my dream dress with Lindsey! Thank you!

I love my dress I love this store and the prices were perfect not too much i was so nervous that it would be expensive but to my surprise it was affordable! I am so happy I didnt think it would go as smooth as it did but it was in and out roughly 2 hours. This was the first store I looked at and i was lucky enough to have it as my last. Lindsey and Kacey were a dream to work with. Before I even made it to my appointment, Kacey pulled a dress to match a simple description I gave in passing....and the fit in this dress was PERFECT! I found my dress at Winnie couture in Feb! Kacey was my bridal consultant and she was awesome! She was very patient and helped me with my custom dream gown! I had an awesome experience, all the dresses were beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Def would recommend!

I had the best experience at Winnie Couture. From the moment my group and I walked in, Lindsey was extremely kind and attentive. She really listened to my vision for the wedding as a whole and gave great recommendations. If I am not mistaken, the dress I picked out was actually one of her recommendations and not at all what I thought I had wanted for my wedding dress!

I purchased my wedding dress from Winnie Couture and was very pleased with how everything turned out. I didn’t know exactly what style or design I wanted and had a hard time making a decision. I was a very indecisive bride and needed a lot of help. Lindsey at Winnie made me feel very comfortable and helped me throughout my shopping journey. She helped me figure out a way to create the best of both worlds with a dress and skirt combo. My dress for the ceremony had a skirt that clipped on and was able to be removed for the reception for a more casual/fun look. Guests thought I had two different dresses. I spent more money than I would have liked on my wedding dress but it was very pretty. I would encourage brides to shop early and not feel like you can’t shop around. I was ultimately happy with what I purchased but did have some guilt for the price tag being higher than what I would have wanted. I received tons of comments about how beautiful the dress was. Winnie Couture Houston is a very clean, nice shop so it creates that special atmosphere. I can’t thank Lindsey and her team enough for being so patient and accommodating!

I came to Winnie Couture in May on my second day of looking for my perfect dress. I was greeted by Lindsey who was smiling and so helpful. I had my mom, sister and best friend with me and we were all so pleased with how sweet and professional Lindsey was. I found my dress that day and I picked it up on yesterday!!!! LOVED THIS PLACE!!! From the moment we stepped in we were greeted politely and offered water and champagne. The place is beautiful with so many amazing gowns. Amber helped us find exactly what we wanted while making the atmosphere pleasant and inviting. 10/10 would reccomend this place!

I had the most fantastic experience and Winnie Couture. After visiting a number of other bridal shops and feeling discouraged, I met with Amber and literally loved everything she picked out for me. She understood my style and body type and found me so many options. I ended finding a stunning dress that I loved and I never would have found it without her help.

I had Amber helping me find my wedding dress, and she was so great!! The boutique itself is lined with gorgeous dresses, and each dressing room has its own stage and mirror for you to see yourself. Amber was extremely patient with me (I was a bit overwhelmed at the start) and kept pulling dresses until I loosened up and eventually found the one I loved. She made the process so easy. I made an appointment at 4 different stores, Winnie Couture was the second store I visited once I arrived I was greeted by Amber my consultant she asked me a few questions of what I was looking for and when she brought out the first dress I tried on I fell in love and I knew that had to be my dress!!! She was very helpful sweet and kept in contact with me through out the time until my dress arrived. I picked up my dress Saturday and I still love my dress like the first time! She also helped me pick out my veil. All the staff is sweet and overall I’m very happy!

Found my wedding dress at Winnie Couture! I had an extremely pleasant experience. We were promptly greeted and offered refreshments at check in. My consultant was great and very helpful. The atmosphere of the shop is definitely what you’re looking for as far as the bridal shop experience. All the gowns are made by the same designer, which means you can make changes to the design to your liking. I would definitly refer Brides here!

Lindsey was AMAZING. Out of all of the appointments I had, this was by far my favorite. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. She helped pick dresses that were my style, and I ended up finding the one. Perfect experience.

I found my DREAM dress. Kacey is the BEST, I am so glad I met her. I initially wanted a gown made but I considered looking around first. Prior to the appt, Kacey sent me some pictures of dresses and I was able to tell her what I liked. Everyone in there was the nicest and down to earth. Nothing but laughs and happy tears. The best part is I didnt feel pressured to buy something over my budget and tried on things that looked good on me (Im a size 14). I didnt want to feel like it was an impulse buy so I told Kacey Id be back. Again, no pressure or last pitch to get me to buy the dress. I was back at the end of the month because I couldnt get the dress out of my head and since I was able to customize the dress to my liking I was in heaven. My family lives out of the state and country, Kacey was so patient as I video chatted them. I really appreciated that. I cant wait for it to get here and I walk down the aisle. I think if its in your budget, every bride should come here first. Winnie couture service sets the bar high and so grateful to have such an AMAZINGLY AWESOME shopping experience.
