The owners of this store are truly amazing people and know what they are doing! I scheduled an appointment while wedding dress shopping. After listening to what I was looking for she brought me this dress and when I looked at it I thought no way! She asked me to humor her, and after I put it on…. BAM I found my dress. She has a skill like no other and was a blast to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their store has a great selection and they will go above and beyond to find that you are looking for. My MOAs also purchased their dresses from there, as well our guys rented their Tuxes from them. They had a better selection and color options than the other tux retailers in my opinion. Absolutely loved my dress and experience with them. Great customer service and very attentive to your needs. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Great experience working with Christine. She made us feel welcome and important even during Covid restrictions. Christine shared her expertise on helping the bride find the right style and fit to highlight the brides body. The store is clean and well organized and has the right amount of styles and sizes. The try on area is open and comfortable and an enjoyable space to view the bride as she highlights each dress. Christine encouraged my daughter in law to try all styles but never forced her do anything she didn’t like. Initially the bride was going for the trumpet and mermaid style but ended up with a classic ball gown. Christine was thoughtful in allowing the bride to FaceTime her mother out of state and took photos of her to send to her mother. I would highly recommend the drive up to M2 Milan. Outside appearance of strip mall deceives the the amazing quality and customer care inside. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Owner and Daughter are spectacular made us all feel so comfortable like family. From the moment my cousin (the bride) and I had walked through the door, we felt welcomed! Honestly, I cannot find the words to express how attentive, knowledgeable, & kind Christin is. She had listened to what the bride wanted, pulled the dresses the Bride wanted to try on, & pulled other dresses she thought the Bride would love (which she did). 👰💍 Our entire family lives in the Midwest, but Christin gave us options that would allow my cousins parents to see the top dresses. 💖 The entire experience was fun & exciting. After seeing some other reviews I can see why some people may be put off by her BUT she has been doing this for a long time and seems like she has the best interest for the bride in mind. This business is the perfect example of what a bridal shop should be. Christin was such a breath of fresh air after previous not so great experiences I had in Louisiana, the drive to Houston is well worth it! She is truly talented by putting you in dresses that will look great on you, while not being pushy and listening to your wants and needs. I have not been to a better dress shop EVER. This place is an hour from my house because I couldnt find anything I liked near me or near the galleria or anywhere. I looked EVERYWHERE, and its not like I was looking for anything in particular, just nothing was great. I wanted to purchase a dress for my brothers wedding, and I was looking for something prom-y. The place has the best selection of dresses Ive ever come across. Fantastic service; the lady was always helping and constantly bringing more dresses for me to try on to see if I like them. They work with you and have great knowledge of their dresses. The dresses ALL looked amazing, and the hardest choice was picking which one was the best. The prices are quite reasonable considering these are designer dresses. By far, this has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had dress shopping. Cant wait to wear the dress:)PS: I was told they have a seamstress, but shes a bit expensive, so if you plan on doing alterations, go somewhere else, especially if youre just shortening maybe, or adding something small.

I love this place! After having a great experience purchasing my prom dress from here in 2010 I decided it was top of the list of locations to search for my wedding dress. I had no idea what I was looking for but thsee ladies know what they are doing, they listen to your preferences and encourage you to think out of the box and try on different styles. I just purchased my Justin Alexander fit and flare gown and I could not be happier with my choice or my experience. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Not only did I find the dress of my dreams, but they also went above and beyond to help me. Let me start from the beginning.Giselle was fabulous in helping me select gowns to try on. She was so attentive and friendly. My experience was personalized, fun, and so memorable. I even had a photo-op with their cute chalkboard sign!Due to weather factors that were out of the control of the boutique, my dress arrival was delayed by a month. Due to work and living out of town, I was struggling with how I would be able to pick up my dress and get alterations done in time. The amazing ladies at the boutique intervened for me numerous times! They contacted the designer to determine when my dress would arrive, kept me updated on the progress, and even set me up a same-day alterations appointment with a recommended seamstress for me. I literally drove into town after working 12 hours over night and they already had everything laid out and ready for me! Because of them, I knew exactly when to come pick up my dress, had a last minute alterations appointment, and had such decreased stress due to their interventions for me.I am beyond impressed with the wonderful ladies who work here and this boutique in general. The selection is fabulous and the experience was incredible. Complete with couches and huge mirrors, the experience was great for the family members I brought with me, too!Thank you, M2 Milan Bridal!

I have purchased prom dresses for both of my daughters from Milan (M2). The first experience was average, nothing outstanding. I did not necessarily want to give them repeat business because I did not care for their high pressure sales tactics. Also, I got the impression the first time that our business was not important to them. The second experience was worse than the first. My other daughter found a dress she really liked and we were quoted a certain price and were told that sale price was good for the entire month. We came back 2 weeks later, same month, to buy the dress. The sales clerk we spoke with was there but said that the SALE had been discontinued. In speaking with the owner, he would not honor the price we were given because he changed his mind about that SALE. In fact, he told us that we didnt have to buy the dress from him and quickly cut me off saying good luck finding it somewhere else then he walked away. The owners nonchalant attitude coupled with his refusal to honor a price quote is why I will NEVER buy another item from Milan (M2). I too am a business owner in this community and I would NEVER treat a client that way.

WOW! Went to a few places before this that were just terrible, stepped into Milan Bridal and was BLOWN AWAY. Friendly from the door, super knowledgeable and extremely helpful for my unique situation. I found the dress of my dreams at a great price. Book your appointment you wont be disappointed!

I visited M2 Bridal this week and was extremely happy with my experience. I was helped by two separate salesperson (which was everyone in the store since it was a weekday afternoon) who were able to find the perfect dress that I absolutely love. They were upfront and honest about several things I had not heard elsewhere. Although I have had major disappointments in searching for my wedding dress at several other establishments, I went open-minded and was pleasantly surprised to find friendly, helpful sales staff that guided me to the dress of my dreams. I had actually passed by the gown that I ultimately decided on since it was literally 10 sizes too small. They assured me that since it was a corset I would still be able to get it on. Although I was extremely apprehensive I went ahead and took her advise. I am so glad I did, because I found the dress of my dreams.

I went in today in search for my wedding gown! Had the best most amazing experience ever! I got exactly what I wanted, they have the most beautiful gown, I am so happy! & I I cant wait to walk down the aisle with this beautiful gown!!!! After visiting a couple of bridal shops around the Houston area and not finding what I want, my last stop was M2 Milan Bridal.As soon as I came in for my appointment my consultant had already read my notes on what I left of what I thought I was looking for. She took her time and listened to everything I was wanting. Not only did she let me pick out dresses, but she chose some for me too.I ended up finding the one after going through so much trouble. I will later post pictures, but it was a relief and the people there made it so much fun and stress free!If youre looking for that bridal experience and wanting to go to a smaller bridal boutique store, I definitely recommend!

I had almost lost hope on finding my senior prom dress & then I came into M2. Cassandra was the absolute best, she helped me get out of my comfort zone to try on dresses I never thought I would like. I finally found the perfect one, thanks to her & I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend her & this shop!!

So the dresses are beautiful, but thats it. I went in and my Stylist Christin was talking to another lady and didnt really acknowledge me. She had a full on conversation with her for a while. Which is fine if she is wrapping up with another client, but she could of paused, welcomed me and ask me to give her a few minutes. It just wasnt welcoming. We tried on dresses and there was one I really liked and she was willing to lower it to my budget which was nice. I told her right now I was just looking and that I would come back with my maid of honor. Well then she said that shes giving me a good deal (which she was) and that the dress might not be there (which is true). I told her I would be back soon and she said well Im fully booked Saturday and Sunday. So I asked about Monday and she said I could come in, but shes leaving at 2pm. She just wasnt very welcoming. Dress shopping is so stressful, you need someone to take care of you and that just wasnt the place for me.

Ms. Christine is a miracle worker! She knew exactly which dress to pull for my bridesmaid duties. I tried on her suggestion and immediately knew that we were in business. Wonderful atmosphere and great music!

My day started off at an appointment at a different salon in Houston. I had a VERY disappointing experience. I think as newly engaged women we expect our bridal shopping to be straight from an episode of say yes to the dress. (as it should be! ;) Feeling totally discouraged and disappointed I called M2 Bridal to see if they had any appointments that day. (I drove in from Port Arthur) The owner answered and told me she was booked up but had a little window of time. I went there and I finally felt my bridal gown experience begin. They were SO NICE! I couldnt ask for any better service and the salon itself is beautiful. I would strongly recommend that you make M2 Milan Bridal Boutique a destination for you bridal gown search.

I will like to start off by saying, if you are looking for great customer service and people that care about your special day then please stay away from this place.I spent over $4000 at this place only to recieve my order incomplete. I had one of my brides maids pick up my dress for me, when I asked her about to $250 hair clips I purchased, she stated no theres no clips in here. So, I called the place only to be told oh yea we have them. I had to go back there to pick them up and of course no apology.Then, I havent seen my dress but one time since Ive picked it up and of course 28 days before my big day I have my dress brought to me only to find out one of my veils was missing. Now keep in mind that they sold me on 2 veils one that was $1100 and another for $300. When I called to let them know they didnt give me my second veil I was brushed off like oh well I dont know what to tell you. You invoice was sign and picked up my your sister in law so thats all we can say. My sister in law went up there the next day only to find out they had it in the back and then they come out to say oh this must be hers. There was no apology given either.I also think this place is only out for the money because all my bride maids dresses including mine were ordered 3 sizes too big so that we can use their alterations. They didnt care about that either.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I went into the store to pick up my bridesmaids dress that I had already paid for and wanted to try it on before leaving. As I got into the dress and asked the woman to help me zip up I felt that the size of the dress was wrong. When the zipper got tight on my ribs the woman says to me, OH, YOU NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER.After feeling so insulted I see that this dress was not my size and it must have been ordered wrong. The woman than explained to me that they always order a size up, but looking back on the day of the dress fitting I remember that they never actually had me try on the dress in my size. And since that dress fitting I have actually lost weight.It wasnt until later I found out from the other bridesmaids when they left the store they were very kindly given information on where to get their dress altered. I was not given the same information and feel as if I wasnt worth the trouble.

They are overpriced, but we had great help there. Not a large selection for plus sizes, but ok enough to get an idea of what you would want. Great designer dresses and Fitting rooms were spacious.

I went here looking for a wedding dress. I was so excited, seeing as the variety and beauty of the dresses was so much better than the other two places I went located in cypress. The very first time I went I didnt know what style dress I wanted and the younger employee who helped me was great. Anything I wanted she helped me with. Very nice, fast, and efficient. I picked the dress and had doubts that night and SCHEDULED an appointment the very next morning early as soon as they opened. so I wouldnt clash with anyone else wanting to try on dresses again to make sure I was making the right decision. (Which was good because I ended up picking a completely different dress that was more me. Absolutely no one was in the store, the door was actually still locked when it was 15 past opening time. The older lady (the owner) looked pissed off when she realized that I wanted to try on some more dresses (I made it clear to her over the phone thats why I scheduled an appointment.) As soon as I started looking around she came up to me and told me that I could only try on five dresses max. I wasent going to stand for that, being Im a paying customer, and it is my special day Im preparing for. I told her to her face that I scheduled an appointment so I had one hour to try on as many dresses as I wanted to try on at the least ten. She went on (thinking I couldnt hear her) complaining and saying rude things to my grandmother who was paying for my special dress and saying rude comments on how indecisive I was. Anyways, she was crabby the whole time with her arms crossed when I tried on dresses. Continued to say things to me in the dressing room because she was upset. I tried my best to ignore the old hag. I got my beautiful dress and she carried on thinking I would take the say yes to the dress sign she likes to post online to help get people intrested in her store. I did not take any pictures for her. I felt very unwanted and rushed. And Im leaving a review for every women to know that you cant come back twice and be indecisive here. The owner is not nice, she only cares about her time and money.

Beautiful prom gown my granddaughter purchase. The invisible zipper was not sewn in properly towards the bottom of the zipper & the zipper was a heavy duty zipper & stiff so there was a big point sticking out at the bottom, below where the zipper was sewn too far down. Very poor workmanship. My daughter got no satisfaction from the people who worked there. She was told it was due to the shape of her daughters body. By the way her body is perfectly normal. She had to take it to be fixed & after spending $600+ on a gown, she should never have needed to have anything done to this dress except have it hemmed! I am very disappointed with this situation & will not ever recommend this salon to anyone.

My daughter was trying on prom dresses without commit us, and the man who claimed to be the owner, Bob, told her that she couldnt try on dresses because they just dont have time for that. While we were in there, we heard other customers complaining that the alterations were not done when they claimed they were. Dont even bother going in. The dresses are overpriced and the horrible customer service is pushy and aggressive.

I recently purchased my wedding gown at Milan Bridal and was scheduled to pick up my gown after alterations. When I tried on the gown, it was still two inches too big on each side as if alterations had never taken place. The seamtress tried to convince me that it would be just fine to wear that way, but I disagreed since the dress fell down everytime I moved. I was very disapointed as I had driven 3 hours to pick up my gown as planned and it was not done. The seamstress asked me to come back in an hour and when I did, the dress fit properly and I asked to have it steamed so that I could take it with me. I was given a hard time by Hilda about steaming the dress and after it all, I was just eager to get out of the store.When I got home, I tried the gown on again and it was then that I noticed that the tags had been removed and there were major errors in the alterations. When I contacted Christine and Steve (the owners of the store) about the poor workmanship, I was blown off completely and there was no resolution. I am completely unsatisfied with the quality of alterations done on the gown and with my experience with Milan Bridal in general. I had ALL of the alterations redone by another seamstress including my bustle (the seamstress claimed it was not possible to create the bustle I was hoping for, but the final seamstress elsewhere had no problem at all!) If you make the mistake of buying your dress in this store, take your alterations somewhere else!

DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE: I started my wedding gown search by sending several emails to various vendors in the Houston area requesting specific information and possibly an appointment; however, only a few responded with the info I asked for.After visiting a few places, I ended up buying my dress from M2 Milan Bridal in the Willowbrook area. They actually read my email and looked at the example photos of dresses I provided, and they had picked out my PERFECT GOWN before I even arrived... It was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend visiting M2 before saying yes to the dress.PURCHASING EXPERIENCE: When my dress originally arrived, there was a slight flaw on the back of it, and M2 was on top of it! They immediately contacted their designer rep and had a new dress on the way to me within a few weeks. Mom and I were so pleased with their service, we were happy to go back with my bridesmaids and buy their dresses from M2 as well.#aZebraWedding I love my Mori Lee gown from M2!(btw - I have a really hard time believing some of the lower ratings of M2 on here... They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with, even when we had to send my original dress back and rush order another one. I cant help but suspect that perhaps a few of these disgruntled customers may have been asking for more concessions than they should have or were straight up divas... just my two cents.)
