I felt very comfortable in all the dresses not to mention it is by appointment only so I appreciated the one on one attention so that I was able to make the best decision. I never felt rushed in the store either. Highly recommend coming here for your big day!

First dress store I went to and last! Walked in feeling a little nervous as I’m not a small girl and she was incredible. I’ve struggled with my weight for many years so never thought I’d feel good in a wedding dress! How wrong was I! She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. 3rd dress I tried on and I was done. She was so sweet and made me try on 2 more dresses just so I was sure. No rushing, she really wanted me to make sure I was happy with my choice. Couldn’t recommend her any more if I tried. She gave me 30% off and a free pair of beautiful earrings and hair pins. Also keeping in very close contact so I know what’s going on! So happy I found her!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am so glad I came to this place. I had a not so great experience at David’s Bridal a few days prior. After my experience at Kaitlyn’s Bridal...there is no comparison. I read a majority of the reviews and they definitely are all accurate. I would highly recommend this place. Nadira in particular just made everything so easy. Mind you, the day I went it was storming but even with that she still went ahead with my appointment. The best part was after leaving and purchasing my dress, there was a gorgeous rainbow right behind the store it felt like a sign. She made everything so personal and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Thank you Nadira, you are amazing.

I loved Kaitlyns bridal and Mrs. Nadira! This was the first and last bridal store I went wedding dress shopping. I was amazed that I was able to find the perfect dress at the first place we looked. Shopping for me is always difficult, but I had so much fun and felt so confident in my dress. Mrs. Nadira was so kind and helpful! She worked with me and made the experience enjoyable and easy! I truly felt like her goal was to help me find the right right dress that made me the happiest and fit me best rather than just selling me the most expensive dress. 10/10 recommend for a personal, exciting dress shopping experience!

Nadira was awesome!! This was my third and last try at finding a dress. I honestly went in with the mentality that I was not going to find anything. Nadira was very helpful and I never felt rushed. I tried on several dresses and even when my sister would suggest just one more dress, she was totally up for it. She also would make suggestions on changing the underlaying color on certain dresses that I liked to make the dress pop even more. Needless to say, I fell in love with the dress!!

This is the best wedding dress experience I have ever had. I live in Dallas, TX. I went to several dress shops there with poor service and overly expensive dresses. My mom suggested I come to Cypress, TX to look. I had a full list of places to visit and it happened that Kaitlyns Bridal was the first on my list. When I walked into the boutique I had full one-on-one service. I felt welcomed. Nadria is amazing. I never felt pressured and when I told her what I wanted she made sure to show me dresses that fit my needs and wants.When I purchased my dress there were some alterations that were needed. Nadria was on top of it. Anytime I asked her a question she was responsive and pleasant, I told her I got sick and she checked on me to see just how my health was. I mean I have never seen this level of service. I found the dress of my dream. Nadria made me want to give her more money and I did. I bought my accessories and veil from her.She was always ready to take a picture of me and she was welcoming to my guest. I would give her more stars if I could. If you like sparkle she has it and her dress prices can not be beat. My dress looks like something that came from a magazine. I am very pleased with my choice to buy my gown from Kaitlyns Bridal.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I went to several other places to find a dress and had terrible experiences. I was not confident I would find a dress at Kaitlyns Bridal when I went in. I spoke with the owner, Nadira, briefly before going to the store to give her an idea of what I wanted and to inform her of my budget. When I got there, she had already chosen several beautful gowns in my price range and she was very, very kind. She made feel beauiful after so many other failed bridal appointments. I also thought it was AWESOME that she came to the seamstress with me to help tailor the dress to my body type. Again, I highly recommend Kaitlyns Bridal. Great owner.

It’s true when they say save the best for last. The first shop I went to left me feeling like another person walking through the door. Shopping with Nadira at Kaitlyns Bridal has been the best customer service experience. Not only does she have a beautiful selection of dresses, but I found my dress! She has a great eye for what looks best on the bride and the one on one shopping experience is much appreciated. There was consistent communication throughout the ordering and delivery process. My fiancé and I were going to elope but now I’m considering having a ceremony so I can wear my dress longer! I absolutely love my dress and will recommend Kaitlyns Bridal to any future brides I know.

I arrived to Kaitlyns Bridal with low expectations thinking that I wouldnt be able to find anything but I ended up leaving with my dress and veil!!!! Nadira was amazing! Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me different options to choose from and also her honest opinion. I never felt pressured to purchase anything not like other shops.
