Bought the very first dress that my daughter tried on! The store manager, Derek is outstanding! He is attentive, knowledgeable and kind. He knew the dress my daughter wanted by just looking at a random picture and pulled it immediately from the floor for her to try on. He knows his dresses!As for our stylist, she continually told us stories about her family (this day was NOT about her), she was rude when my daughter tried to show her an example of what she was looking for, I had to tell her several times to please give us some privacy so we could communicate about important private details, finally, she boldly told us that dress zippers have a wear and tear life and that since my daughters dress budget wasnt high enough she couldnt try on a certain dress!!! I almost walked out! She doesnt know that if my daughter fell in love with the out of budget dress, we would have bought it! She then tells us that SHE tried on a $35,000 dress and blah, blah, blah...I was done with her! But, Derek saved the day. I shared my concerns with the management and Derek will be working with us from here on out! This place is outstanding so dont let one bad apple keep you from going.

Jazmin was the perfect stylist! She was very helpful and accommodating and found exactly what we needed. She also is very knowledgeable about alterations and dress changes to truly make a dress one of a kind and perfect. We also needed more time to think about the dress before committing to it, and she was very patient and understanding that we needed to try other stores first, but we ended up making another appointment with her and getting the dress! So thankful to her and Impression for their help, and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well! I would absolutely recommend shopping here for your wedding.

Said yes to the dress with Jazmin! She was an amazing stylist to work with. She helped me find a dress that was my style and within my budget. There was no pressure at all and she let me get a feel for every dress I tried on. This place was great, I felt welcomed to browse and there were so many options at reasonable prices. We are so grateful to Impression Bridal! Honestly when we walked in, I had little hope. My daughter didnt really know what she wanted and with all the dresses they have to offer it kind of blurred together. Enter the amazing Jazmin!!! She sat down (which I LOVED because we didnt feel rushed and I felt like she was really having a conversation with us) and asked my daughter all sorts of questions to really get a feel for what she was looking for. Like I said, my daughter had no clue so poor Jazmin had her work cut out for her. After three dresses that my daughter liked but didnt love, THE dress was brought for her to try on. Jazmin & Derek (who is a rock star) explained how the dress could be customized to be exactly what she desired. Because my daughter has to exhaust all resources before making a decision, we went to several other stores but NONE had the experience or expertise of Impression Bridal or their team. We returned the next day to look at bridesmaids dresses and within 10 minutes found TWO perfect options thanks to Ericka. Her knowledge of the fabrics and colors was so helpful. One day later we returned to purchase my daughters dream dress, the most beautiful veil to accompany it, and bridesmaids dresses! Thank you to Impression Bridal, but especially to Jazmin, Derek & Ericka for making this once in a lifetime experience the best possible.

FOUR days before my wedding, I called Impression Bridal with a MAJOR crisis! I needed a new wedding gown and they happily took on the challenge. Tori was very helpful and she went above and beyond to find me to perfect gown. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Tori and Impression Bridal-Galleria . Highly recommend.

We stopped by Impression on a whim while I was indecisive between two other wedding gowns. It was the nearest store to us on Google and thought we would give it a try. We called to check their availability and they were nice enough to squeeze me in last minute.I worked with Ericka who pulled some great options, but the last dress I tried was different. It was a perfect combination of everything I wanted! I made some minor adjustments to the neckline and bust (they were very accommodating). I am so excited to get my dress! Ericka was lovely, so helpful and made the experience memorable.The store has truly a massive selection and something for everyone!

I had such a great experience at Impression Bridal. Lexi worked so well with me, my 3 sisters, and mother. She took time to listen to my preferences, and helped narrow down my options! I did not feel rushed at all, and at other boutiques I felt very rushed- even for VIP appointments I paid for. This was the third bridal boutique I visited, and I wish I came here first to save time. I got my dream dress AND Veil for way under my budget. I cant recommend Impression Bridal enough! Dont wait, schedule an appointment!

I found out about Impression Bridal at the Bridal Extravaganza. I saw one of their dresses and fell in love. Set up an appointment right away. The gals working the show were so sweet and helpful. Went to my appointment today and everyone was so sweet and helpful there as well. My consultant/stylist was Ericka, I cannot remember the other lady that helped me but she was just as sweet. I told Ericka all about my venue and style and she hit it right on the head. She knew her stuff and we had a great time trying on all the dresses. Would highly recommend them. Can’t wait to get my dress in!!

After visiting several bridal shops we had our appointment at Impression Bridal. We were immediately pleased with our experience! We had a private area and felt as though we were the only ones in the shop. Courtney was my daughters stylist. She was absolutely fantastic!!! She made my daughter feel comfortable and as mother of the bride I was able to enjoy the experience as well. She was accommodating and did everything to give my daughter the complete look with accessories etc...She respected our budget and gave us many options! Im so happy I came to Impression Bridal. My stylist was Erica and you can tell she knows what she is doing! She took great care of me and made my experience with my Mom and 3 friends a blast. All I did was give her a few details of what I liked and didnt like and even though I tried on about 10 dresses to be sure, the first dress she picked for me and said I was gonna like was the dress of my dreams. I even had a tear in my eye when it was all said and done. And we stayed in my budget! I had a great experience and Erica is the best!

I have a special review of my new friends at Impression Bridal. When I first called Impression Bridal I talked to Derek (the store manager) and I told him how important it was for me to find my Cinderella Dress for my destination wedding at Disney World. Derek and Alyse (my stylist) managed to find the perfect dress for me. I came in thinking I may not walk out with a wedding dress at all. Alyse was so patient and kind; she’s a hoot and will make you feel like a special bride that you are.Today, I went in for my alterations. Anna was my seamstress and an excellent alteration expert. She is so magical with her work by changing my wedding dress from a caterpillar to a butterfly. I gained confidence once she made that dress for me. As I was leaving and checking out at the front desk Gabby was fantastic at making my next appointment with the same people.If you go to Impression Bridal ask for all of my new friends, they will take care of you.

Impressions Bridal is great! I went there as the MOH for my best friend after going to 4 other stores and not finding the right dress. The stylist, Alyse was awesome! She pulled a dress that was almost perfect and knew all the ways to alter it to make it exactly what my friend wanted. Would definitely recommend it!

Ill just say that Erika is great at her job as a bridal consultant and she delivers good customer service. However, I was underwhelmed with the bridal dresses that were presented being that this store is considered one of the top bridal stores in the city. Also, my mother noticed that the tall male consultant gave us funny looks upon our arrival, while I was filling out the bridal card thats given to each client. Had I known that at the time it happened, I wouldve walked out.

Alyse at Impression Bridal is amazing! She nailed my style to a T and was so much fun to work with. She kept us laughing and smiling the entire time and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. Ill be honest. I walked in skeptical I would find my dress there, especially because I already had a dress in mind I was trying to beat. Little did I know I would fall in love and say yes to the most perfect dress! Let me just say I’m not a Houston fan, but HOLY COW was it worth the 5 hour drive! I came to this shop chasing a dress 9 months ago and it has been the BEST experience using Impression Bridal. Ericka was my stylist and made my first appointment have zero stress. It was such a fun experience!! She also showed up on my last appointment to help and make me feel so perfect in my final dress! Anna was my seamstress and let me say USE HER. She is worth every single penny. My bustle looks like my dress was made to look that way, it blew my mind! Also, shoutout to Alyse. It’s such a nice feeling to feel like you have people on your team. So this was the fourth place I tried on bridal dresses at and my experience was so amazing and special thanks to Tory. Zahriah was amazing. I said Yes to the Dress !!! This was my first and only dress store. Zahriah made the experience easy, fun and exciting. She initially sat us down to talk about me and what I was looking for. Then she asked my family to describe me. My BFF blurts out over the top and extra, it was all business from there. Zahriah went and pulled several dresses. After each try she asked what did I like and what I didnt like about the dress. Based on my feedback and about 5 dress later, she says I think I have the perfect dress. It was the perfect dress !!!! Its a combination of what I liked about a few of the dresses all in one. We all instantly said This is the one. I cant wait until July 2022 and I thank Zariah for being so helpful and patient while having fun with us. Impression Bridal truly made an IMPRESSION!!!!

I bought my wedding dress from Impression Bridal in the Galleria area March of 2020. I had the most amazing experience with the stylist, Jazmin, that helped me pick my gown. As a plus size woman, I was expecting to have a hard time finding a dress, however, Jazmin was able to help me say yes to the dress with the 3rd dress she had waiting for me in the changing room. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to try on several dresses and just through conversation she got exactly who I was and what I was looking for. I was also happy that this location was willing to work with me during COVID to get my dress tailored. I live out of state and the seamstress came in on the weekend (Sunday) to complete my alterations which she normally does during the week. The overall professionalism of the staff and the entire experience I had was fantastic. When shopping for my bridesmaids dresses we also purchased here which they received a discount because I purchased my dress from here. I would highly recommend checking Impression Bridal out as they have many options for people in all shapes/sizes!

Before my appointment with Impression Bridal, I had already done 2 other appointments at other bridal stores. I thought I had a few options but nothing really wowed me yet. Ericka & her manager went so above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress. While I was trying on a very few options they brought out first following my low budget yet quite several specifications I wanted on the dress, they continued searching and bringing out a lot more options for me. That was a HUGE game changer as there were some styles I didn’t even think they would suit me well until they brought them out for me to try on. They even went a little extra to help me imagine how I would look like as a bride and when I walk down the aisle. When I started my wedding dress shopping journey, I didnt expect it could be so emotional when I found the one. 🥺Ericka, thank you for being so patient with my indecisiveness and so understanding my limited budget. I wouldnt have been able to confirm it without all of your efforts and settings for me to get that feeling.

Impressions Bridal was my second dress stop and I was really hoping to find my dress. Well I did!! Alyse was my stylist and she was so patient and listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t. I came into the store yesterday looking for some specific accessories. The workers there generously helped me in educating me on what they have and dont have. I had told them I was in a very tight budget due to a very small time window because of my fiancé going into the military soon(it was a sudden decision).They had told me some news that made my whole year. They shared with me that they have an event in July and November for military or soon to be military wives. This event is sponsored by Brides Across America who donate wedding dresses for military and first responder wives. All you have to do is pay a 50$ fee to register though the Brides Across America website. They stated that if you dont find a dress that you like you can get any dress in their store for 30% off!Absolutely amazing, so military wives or soon to be, go to Brides Across America and look up the information!

I had very wonderful experience with Impression Bridal. I had Jazmin as my stylist. She was very patient and a good listener to my style that I was going for. She stayed within my budget. I never had to go through the store and help pick my look like the other bridal stores that I did go too. I never once had to assist her with helping her see my vision. She automatically seen my vision from me explaining to her the look I was going for. Every dress she brought out was very nice. Impressions bridal was my 3rd visit to a bridal store and it did not disappoint! Lexie did an amazing job! She took the time to get to know what I wanted and even took the time to find out what my sisters wanted to see me in as well. Lexie was patient, helpful, enthusiastic and a joy to work with. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I needed to (keep in mind we pulled at least 20 dresses before our appointment lol) and before I left, I was able to say yes to two dresses. The best part is both dresses were under my original budget for one dress! Ask for Lexie when you go; you will not be disappointed. She is amazing!

This was my second experience trying on dresses and my first at Impression Bridal. Friendly staff from Receptionist to Stylist. I went on a Sunday afternoon and was quickly greeted and introduced to my Stylist, Zhariah. She congratulated me and walked me though the process, asked what Im looking for, inspo photos and how I want to feel when Im in THE dress. Zhariah was friendly, fun, creative and patient. She took what I told her and ran with it. We ended up totally customizing a dress that was at first simple, to something more my style. Which is what is great about Impression, they only carry their designs so they can completely customize your dress. My experience here was amazing. The shop itself is beautiful and the entire staff was very nice and helpful. However, Jazmin was my stylist and she was EXCEPTIONAL from the beginning to end ! Her personality and talent was top tier honestly ! Her spirit was so warm and welcoming. After talking for a little bit and me telling her a little about myself she was able to pull 3 dresses that fit my description. I found the perfect dress after the first try on! Anna, the seamstress, and Cristina, our sales lady, were both wonderful! I had 3 bridal salon visits booked in one day to find my dress, and Impression was the first one. The others were quickly canceled after finding my dream dress (plus at a genuinely reasonable price). They had a broad selection and we appreciated that they offered 20% military discount. They didnt feel pushy at appointments- more like the right amount of attentive. Once or twice I had to wait a good bit past my appointment/fitting start time, but it was due to other customers, and the Impression employees were good about keeping you updated and welcomed still, so not something to knock them for. They were gracious about storing my gown, veil, and petticoat before the wedding and steamed them all prior to the big day. Overall I had a lovely experience working with them, and would definitely recommend them to other brides trying to find their dress!

Alyse was so helpful in my dress journey! What I envisioned in my head was completely different from what I actually ended up wanting and she did an amazing job in navigating that. I went to the Galleria location after attending the Bridal Extravaganza in July. Jazmine was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! I gave her my idea and she brought out dresses that matched exactly with my personality. There was one dress that I wasn’t sure about until I put it on. OMG, I fell in love with it. I said yes to the dress!! Thanks Jazmine for seeing more than what I thought I wanted.

I had a great experience at Impression- although I didnt find my dress here, my consultant Alyse could not have been more helpful and patient with me! She pulled many different styles for me to choose from within my budget, and she was not pushy or aggressive at all! In fact, she even encouraged me to keep looking elsewhere until I found my dream dress, which I appreciate even more than she knows. I highly recommend her to all brides!

Where to even start ! I was one of the few brides who waited last minute to find the perfect dress. Ericka was amazing ! in less than 30 mins we found my dream dress ! I couldn’t even believe it myself .Ericka was super helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. They have a huge variety of dresses. My stylist, Ana, Alyse and Jazmin, worked endlessly to find me the right base for my wedding gown. However, Alyse really understood me the MOST! I just LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT HER!!!! If you are seeking a true custom gown, ask for ALYSE!!! You will not be disappointed. As most brides to be, I wanted my dress to fit my personality- perfectly! Did I mention how AMAZING Ana did as the seamstress??? Ana made my dress come to life!!!! Lastly and most importantly, Katie and Gaby was the most knowledgeable front desk crew! P.S. I was not a bridezilla, however, I was extremely particular! Thank all of you ladies and gent for making this process as none stressful as possible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

Jazmin was INCREDIBLE. She took a lot of time to talk through my wedding vision, how I wanted look on my day, and listened to what I wanted. She also would tell me the things we could change customize (which was super extensive) to make the dress exactly what I wanted. Throughout the whole process, she made me feel comfortable and confident. Funny enough, she nailed it and I ended up selecting the first dress I tried on. Jazmin was absolutely incredible!! If 10 stars were available, I would give them all. She is professional, a genius in styling, and made the appointment SO FUN!!I originally came in and chose a dress I THOUGHT I fell in love with... only to change my mind two days later. I came back to Impression Bridal Galleria and had the pleasure of working with Jazmin again! She was so understanding and helpful! She took me with her to look through the selection of gowns (which is very large) and helped me find the PERFECT dress for me! More than that, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was more than in love with my wedding dress choice, including staying over an hour later than she was scheduled to leave!! First impressions are everything and ironically upon entering Impressions Bridal at the Galleria, I was not impressed. Yes, the interior is decorated beautifully but we were not greeted and the staff simply didn’t seem welcoming. I had a 4 o’clock appointment and my mom and best friend (maid of honor) accompanied me. We all felt the same poor energy and I told them we could leave. However, when greeted by my wonderful stylist, Jazmin, that quickly took a complete 180. She made up for the awful first impression we had. She took her time to get to know exactly what I wanted for my big day and came back with the first three dresses to try on. The first dress I tried on made my mom and best friend’s jaws drop. She had an exact vision of what I had described to her and went and got it. She nailed it on the first try and although I tried the other beautiful gowns on, nothing topped her first pick. I said yes to my dress and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jazmin for making me look and feel like the most beautiful bride in the world. I can’t wait until my dress comes in so we can alter and customize it for my special day at the end of this year. She is the bomb!!!

My friend unfortunately had already found her dress at a prior shop however, Jazmin helped us out at this shop and she was incredibly helpful and patient and brought out a lot of amazing and beautiful contenders. Would absolutely recommend her (Jazmin) and this shop for anyone searching for a dress for their perfect day!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and Alyse. I am usually super indecisive and for that reason I had several appointments lined up in the area for the weekend; with Impressions being the first one. I tried on dresses once before this appointment a few months back and had a bad experience, and I wasnt sure how to feel because I was still unsure 100% on what I was looking for. I did know that I liked long sleeves and netting with appliques but other than that I was lost. I told Alyse all of this and she was on her way to shop for the perfect dress. Everything she pulled looked exactly like the dresses I have saved in my pinterest (which I did not even show her beforehand) so I was really excited to try on. The first one she put me in was amazing and I loved it from the moment I saw it, but I still wanted to try on other things and she did not make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. After trying on several others and being unsure, she had me put the first one back on. She then had me close my eyes, put a veil on me and handed me some flowers and had me imagine my wedding and walking down the aisle to my fiance, then told me to open my eyes. Everyone with me was shocked that I cried a bit, but she really helped me find the perfect dress and gave me the bridal moment that they talk about on all the bridal shows. Alyse was also super thorough with the dress sale agreement and alterations process that I did not leave with one worry or second thought (which would be pretty normal for me.) I cannot wait to get married in this dream dress. Thank you so much Impressions, you will be highly recommended by me to anyone I know looking for dresses.

Going in to wedding dress shop I was very nervous cause I was not completely sure of what I wanted. With the patient and flexibility Lexie was able to help me style & fit the perfect wedding dress for me. She let me try on as many dresses as I needed to, to figure out exactly what I was looking for! With the amazing help of Derek to fine tune my dress and understand what all was possible with additional accessories and alterations after my return visit I said yes to my dress! Lexie was able to make my dreams come true!!

Professional and beautiful dresses as soon as I walked in the building. Private dressing room with your own stylist to help you before walking out for viewing. Robe in between if needed. However, Jazmin was amazing. She got to know me in a short period of time and helped me find my perfect dress. It didn’t take long because of her expertise. Once I found the dress, she made me the bride by adding all the accessories, updo and bouquet to finish the touch. She was top notch and made my decision so easy. This was the first place I tried on dresses and to be honest I was nervous! I had Amanda and she was wonderful! She took the time before my appointment to get to know a little bit about me and my fiancé and she was so sweet! She knew exactly what I was looking for and I ended up picking the very first dress I tried on! I was so surprised! Me and my family had a great experience, I definitely recommend!**adding to this review to include the before and after of my dress being altered to get sleeves added. It was absolutely perfect! The seamstress in-house did a remarkable job and it was exactly what I envisioned!

I showed up without an appointment and asked to look around. The receptionist was very nice and said to go ahead and look around and note anything I’d like to try on during my appointment. To my surprise, a stylist happened to be available and squeeze me in. Erica was amazing! Erica talked to me and made me feel quite comfortable. I showed up thinking it was just to look around and left with the perfect dress!!! Thank you Erica for helping me find the dress.

Christina helped me find my perfect dress! I told her what I was looking for and ended up buying the very first dress she put me in. It was within my budget and such a great quality gown. Before I said yes, she had me close my eyes and put a veil on me and gave me flowers. I had chills and tears before I opened my eyes. I knew it was perfect! I can’t wait to go back for the final alterations when my dress comes in. Buying a dress from Impression was so easy and simple. It was the best dress shopping experience I could have asked for.

I had such a great time at Impression Bridal! It was my last stop, last dress, and it was just perfect. Alyse was my stylist, and she was nothing short of a magical unicorn. She was so kind, funny, and so smart with her styling. I love that she got the vibe of my wedding down before picking dresses and also commented on what she was seeing from my reactions to help me narrow it down. I also LOVE that I could one-stop shop and get everything that I needed all in one go, like everything was made to fit together perfectly (still so impressed Alyse found the exactly perfect accessories!). Honestly could not speak more highly of my experience here and would recommend it to any bride.

She listened to what I was looking for and selected dresses that were absolutely stunning and within my budget!The place was very clean, and theres a lot of secluded spaces for multiple parties / appointments. All the dresses were beautiful and unique. Its a much better experience than Davids Bridal.

The place and most of the staff were great. The dresses were beautiful however there were a few issues I did not appreciate from my consultant. It was my first time looking for my wedding dress. I informed them of my budget and did look around and showed Erica the dresses I was interested in within my price range. She brought me completely different dresses because it “wasn’t on my size or my price range”. I saw a dress on a maniquíe and made a comment of how beautiful that dress was and again the Erica said something about “oh honey don’t even look at that one only millionaires can afford that dress “ and mentioned something about JJ Wats wife wearing that dress. I kept trying dresses and she kept pushing me to say yes to the dress to a dress that didn’t fit me so she just pinned it and held it So that I could get an idea of how it would look on me. My 10 bridesmaids Were told they had about 3 weeks to order their dress before it got discontinued and money was non refundable. she stated she wasn’t going to order bridesmaids dresses even though they had already payed until after I ordered my bride dress so that they could get a 10% discount and how she would be sad if the dress did get discontinued even after bridesmaid had payed...my bridesmaids dresses are blue and moh is red Due to personal reasons my MOH and my sister were going to switch dresses which was the same size just different color. Some of the other consultants told me there was no issue since both of the dresses were the ordered with the same size just different color and Erika kept insisting otherwise, called her “manager” and told a semi different story and said no! My MOH and sister couldn’t switch although they had both payed. Did not like my experience with this specific consultant however there were other times I did speak with other consultants there that were super nice.

Jazmin was amazing and I found my dress on the first try the staff overall is so helpful and amazing I also want to mention Alyse was amazing with answering all my questions when called a million times! Brides save yourself the trouble and go to Impressions Bridal Galleria they are totally worth it!

Everything about my experience here was amazing! Christina helped me find my dress and was so helpful! Anna, the seamstress, is truly a master of her craft! My dress needed quite a few alterations and once she was done, it was flawless! Even when I noticed a seam or stitch out of place while trying it on, she got her needle and thread out right there and fixed it. I am so impressed and SO happy with her work! The entire team here has ensured that I look my absolute best on my wedding day and I cannot thank them enough!

Impression Bridal in Bellaire was such a great experience! Jazmin understood exactly what I was looking for. They managed to squeeze us in at the last min and recommend places and had great advice to help me find the dress I was looking for. However just as we were about to give up, Jazmin found just what I wanted in my budget with all the alterations!
