My daughter is getting married in November and we went to this shop as it was mentioned on a Bridal page. Thelma is beyond wonderful. My daughter had some photos of the style of dress she was looking for, tried one on and wasn’t happy. Thelma suggested she try on one that would look amazing for her shape but still had some of the things that were in the pictures my daughter showed her. The dress was the ONE! My daughter looked stunning. So grateful Thelma helped us. Not to mention the dress was less than $500. Highly recommend!

My wedding is less than 6 weeks away and I was looking all around Houston for my dress which my budget was no more than 500 and thankfully I came across dreams bridal. She picked about 4 options and the last one once I was about to lose hope was the one!!! Had an incredible train and omg was in my budget couldnt freaking believe it! Thank you so much! Definitely would be recommending this place for any dresses especially wedding ones! Fyi she had my dress altered and everything less than 2 weeks

Very nice very helpful even with the manager being gone for an emergency she was still helping me out taking the time out her day all 3 ladies were extremely nice making sure my wedding dress was perfect thank you again I wouldn’t of got through without y’all and my family

Brought both of my daughters in yesterday because they are both getting married. My daughter saw a dress in the window on a mannequin in the style she’d been looking for all day. She asked the lady if she could try it on and the lady said “it’s too big for you, it won’t fit. Look for another dress on the racks”. I was taken aback by it and my daughter was mad at that comment and immediately wanted to leave. You can’t even find a dress in there everything is so packed like sardines. We went to Marry Go Round and they were so polite to us. My daughter found her a dress and bought it and her veil. Too bad she lost out on a good sale. Someone was happy to take our 960.00 elsewhere.

They need better customer service skills

Service was amazing and actually helped find a dress that would flatter my daughter in law. Price was great. We purchased and even the pick up was amazing. She helped us and made suggestions for alterations. I also ended up buying other items for my daughters wedding. We had gone to other stores in the area and none of them were helpful.

Came in today to find a Mother of the Bride dress, and this was our first stop. We had no need to shop anywhere else! The ladies inside were exceptional, they were very helpful and were so nice. Found a beautiful dress and it was such a great price. We will be coming back for all our dress needs!

When I arrived to this place I was heart broken and frustrated. I had been in six other big stores previously and all the pretty dresses I liked were $1000 dollars or more... the ladies at Dream Bridal were extra nice and their dresses are so affordable without sacrificing quality. Dream Bridal saved my wedding!

The “boss” is literally the worst sales person and stated if your wedding is not tomorrow you can not try on our dresses. Worst service of my life wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone

Lady in charge is rude i ordered 13 bridesmaids dresses some took 4 months to come in she did not communicate well my experience with her was a nightmare after the hurricane had to move my date from sept to march a few of my bridesmaids lost everything she was not understanding she kept their deposit returned the dresses. Never were we told she was going to send them back or that they would lose their money if not picked up on a certain date. She was rude rude rude the whole experience

Even my mom found a dress for her. The alterations came to me purely. The ladies who work there are also divine, they helped me so much and took their time. My dress had a price and when I paid they told me that it was worth more and when I told the lady to see the price of the cartoon she had already taken it off and she only said that if she had made the cartoon she was a thief
