They bustled the train on my ballgown wedding dress for me for a reasonable price and did a great job. It was fast and I loved every inch! I also bought a petticoat that fit me to the T and added much needed extra flair to my dress. Thanks ladies! Pics of train up, down, and petticoat 😊

If I could rate lower I would. I came here to get my daughters dress and a package that came with everything for her 15. About 1700 dollars. I thought it was a great deal. For over a month the lady that worked there gave me the run around and said that my stuff would be done and never was. I live a hour away so having to drive that far to hear she didnt get around to it was frustrating. Finally I got ther while their boss was there. And told him what was going on. I told him that she lied to us about a few things. I recieved my stuff but it looked terrible. Glue everywhere and her champagne bottle wasnt even her colors. I will never go back here again. I dont complain ever but if you spend a thousand dollars on a package it should look great. I dont recommend to anyone to buy the package its cheap looking. And they didnt even try to fix it. Last but not least, when I went to pick up her jewelry set the lady told me oh we dont have your colors you have to choose one of these. Why would I pay for something that you dont have so I asked if I could exchange for something else 2 ladies there said yes. Once i told them I wanted the money box all was okay she said give her a week. So I go yesterday for all of that stuff and her boss said they dont do that. Plus she never had it ready. I always go to reviews before buying. Like I said I never complain but this is the worst customer service Ive ever had. Dont spend your money here. Fair warning right now. I went here because of the reviews. Im not sure if they are reviews from them or if its old reviews but DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. not worth it.

Great customer service. My first time there. We were looking for a prom dress for my daughter. They ordered it and we received in a timely manner. It needed a little alteration. They did not charge alot to do it.Thank you for the great service

Have been meaning to leave a review but better late than never ! Came to this shop on a whim looking for a gown I could wear for my wedding convalidation ceremony. I let the person helping me know the style I was looking for and the budget I was trying to stay in ... needless to say we found the perfect dress, shoes and was able to get it altered on site ! They were awesome !

Horrible. I MISSED WALKING IN MY BROTHERS WEDDING DUE TO THEYRE MISTAKES.!! DRESS WASNT READY ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING, BUT WAS STILL GIVEN TO ME. HAD TO BRING BACK FOR A RUSH JOB THAT STILL DIDNT WORK. DID NOT COMPENSATE FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MADE. OWNER NEVER THERE.

Had pre ordered a brides maid from Anika Fashion. I am from Louisiana and took a ride to try it on. I really admired the personnel mannerisms. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The whole atmosphere is friendly and helpful.

Place with very sweet associates, did not feel pressured to buy as in other places, dresses reasonably priced. They have a wide selection of styles as well.However, if you are looking for high-end luxury butique experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Went to pick up my daughter 15 dress and the older Hispanic lady was so uptight came across rude. Not sure if she was trying to be that way towards us but it felt like it. I was going to inquire about damas dresses but heck no. I miss the other girls that helped us. I wish I would have asked for her name because I was told two other girls didn’t work there anymore.

Went with my mom to order a dress for her to wear to my wedding. They measured her, suggested a size and we decided to go one size up to be safe. When we got the dress, it did not fit. They suggested that we try to let it out, it was still too tight. Now they are saying that there is nothing that they can do because they let it out. We are out over $300.00 and had to go elsewhere to purchase another dress. Do not waste your time or money here.

BAD Costumer service!!! This asian guy literally just said So what are you doing? Just trying on dresses with no intentions of buying? That seemed very disrespectful to us, but I still tried to be polite and said Well, she (my sister) just wants to find a dress that she actually likes and feels comfortable with before buying it. But before I could even finish the sentence he was already walking away and just completely ignored me. My sister had to go in to work at 5 and we were 30mins away from her job, so we only had time to try on 3 dresses, and wanted to come back tomorrow to look at more, as well as their catalog but this is the very FIRST AND LAST TIME WE STEP INTO THIS BRIDAL SHOP!

I ADVISE YOU DO NOT COME HERE WORST PLACE EVER. The owner is horrible does not know how to run a business.

I couldnt find a dress because of how picky I am but the ladies there were very helpful. If I have time to order a dress, I will definitely go back to Anikas.
