DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. I also filed an official complaint with Mountain Valley. I had water delivered twice and for the life of me, I have no idea how their office functions or what type of company they are running. I didn’t do research on them before I enrolled which obviously wasn’t smart in hindsight. It just never occurred to me that I had to do research before signing up for WATER DELIVERY which is a basic service. I just called Mountain Valley and asked how I could have water delivered and they gave me a phone number to this company. I usually buy Mountain Valley products in bulk from Whole Foods but its obviously easier to have it delivered to your door than picking it up yourself. When I spoke to multiple Water Event representatives before I enrolled, they told me they had a BUY 2 GET 2 promotion for new customers but in order to take part, you had to have service with them for a whole year and the BUY 2 GET 2 deal is for your first year only. They sent me their flyer for the promotion BUY 2 GET 2 FREE (attached). You can look at it yourself.After my second delivery, they sent me an invoice for almost $100 for 4 bottles of water. I called the company and the representative said they apologize and are “sorry” nobody informed me of the fact that the pricing or “promotion” is for the first time only and the “actual” price is not what I will be charged. The “actual fee” is more than double. Every single representative I spoke to ‘just failed’ to mention their “promotion” is for the first order. You just “forgot” to mention your “actual” price of service?! I mean are you kidding me? You ALSO “forget” to mention that their “promotion” on applies to your first order ON A MARKETING FLYER?! It makes me sick. Will be switching back to Whole Foods. I hope Mountain Valley terminates their agreement with them and I will be urging them to do so.

They delivered water to my house once a month for over a year.Excellent customer service from both the office staff and the delivery drivers.I deducted one star due to there being a different driver almost every month.
Water Event has been delivering to my business for more than 5 years now. I love the convenience and ease of having the big glass bottles of Mountain Valley Spring water delivered right to my shelves. My new driver even changes out the bottle on receptor if empty.Communication has always been good even on the day of delivery if I need to get a message to the delivery person, the main office has been great to contact for me. Drivers tend to call on the day of delivery as well to confirm.There was a brief period about 2 years ago, where drivers were not up to Water Event standards but Management quickly rectified issue not missing a beat in their consistent customer satisfaction practice. I highly recommend!
Always have had great service from them. Michael the delivery person is super friendly and able to be contacted if I forget to leave out my bottles, or out of town. This is the only place in Houston I found the Glass bottles of Mountain Valley Spring water that is deliverable. Ill never go back to drinking anything else if possible--it is that good.
Fantastic Customer Service - Ive been using Water Event for 4 months. Its a much easier way to get bottled water for my home than buying it from the grocery store. Their customer service is better than Ive seen almost anywhere in past years. Quick email turnaround, rapid and easy phone support if needed, friendly and helpful delivery drivers, reliable process for billing and online account management. STELLAR!
The delivery person, Michael, is great. He is friendly, responsible and makes sure we have what we need. The business side of the Company is a mess. They run out of inventory, over-schedule the drivers and the billing is continually a mess. They are the distributor of Mountain Valley Spring water so you are stuck with them but I really miss the previous Company. They were great to deal with.This sort-of reminds me of the Continental/United merger - just a mess.
Lucky if someone answers the phone. They have been saying I will have water delivered for almost two months. The guy never shows up.
