I started using Gladden Water since 2020 when the pandemic started. The water shortage had me concerned and so I opted for a delivery service. I read great reviews and chose to use this company for my drinking water needs. I have had excellent service from the start. Plus, the water tastes great! I am picky with my water and was so glad I chose the right company. Thanks Gladden Water!

TERRIBLE. This is a scam and I can practically guarantee five-star reviews are fake. We were rebuilding our house and asked them to suspend delivery, like they said we could, but they not only continued to charge us every month, they charged us an incorrect amount. In addition, their boxed water is a frustrating hassle to load in the cooler. The desire to save on bottles which I guess they were losing money on, led them to a system that should have never made it to market. At onset it was already obsolete and a failure as a whole, and definitely a failure in design, testing and implementation. Do yourself a favor and look up other similar boxed systems where the company does not up their own ratings, for the truth of the matter. Youll thank me.

Gladden came through for us after the shutdown. We weren’t scheduled for water service, but we were out. We were asking for sooner and they went above and beyond. They delivered us water in just a few hours. Amazing customer service.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company and the design of these water coolers is perfect. The water comes in boxes so you are able to easily store your water in the smallest places since you can stack them. I would like to add a special note to their customer service, they are truly there to help and take you back to the good ol dad where the customer is right and they are there to help.

As a new customer, I under estimated the amount of water I needed. I called, and Gladden went above and beyond to see that I got delivery of more water earlier than I expected. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Great tasting water! My husband is from Mississippi and he says it tastes like the natural, fresh water he is used to drinking. We love it.

Looking to make your water purchases easier go with gladden. I went from buying about five packs of water a month from the local store to ordering with gladden it’s so much more convenient and the customer service is always wonderful! On top of that the water taste great!

Wow! I’m reading reviews how Gladden delivered water sooner than the delivery date. I order 10-5 gallon disposable water containers, and they deliver every 2 months. I ran out sooner, and not only was the rep that replied via text a little rude, but REFUSED to deliver earlier stating that they simply JUST. CAN’T. DO. IT. Shopping around now.
