You cant seem to cancel the service. Ive tried for days at various time and waited up to 20 minutes, you just cannot reach anyone. They also slam you with extra water. Stay away from these folks!

This business has unethical business practices. Beware when you do business with them, especially when they install water softener system. Theyre lack of technical skills, knowledge and professional support. After we installed water softener system, water bills jumped from $50 to $1028, $1666, $1800 because they reset it wrong and put in waste mode instead. Theyll refuse to give you full refund and want you do deal with manufacturer instead. What kind of business is it that after problem happened, even though we did business with them and not with manufacturer, they declined to fix problem and refunded full amount. I will file complaints to government agencies and manufacturers and I do believe in karma. Sooner or later they will pay way more for their negligence and unethical practices.
