I’m not sure about amac but I think this place is owned by water event now and I had a great experience doing business with them.The woman who runs the office and the delivery drivers were always helpful, friendly and courteous.One star deducted for having a different delivery driver almost every month.

Its no longer AMAC to my knowledge and its know as Water Event. Theres a customer service phone number and can begin your account. The Houston warehouse does their best at all times.

Very poor customer service. Never consistent with delivery dates/times. Not convenience at all! Wish there were better options in the Greater Houston area.

DO NOT TRUST this company. I paid for a system to filter fluoride from water. Me and my family have been drinking this water for 7 yrs, thinking it was fluoride-free. Today I found out that either the company lied or made a mistake. Either way, we have been unknowingly consuming fluoride for years because of this companys incompetence. DO NOT TRUST them, including the owner/designer Al.
