The young lady that helped us went above and beyond. We are very indecisive people and she was happy to bring out any size or style that we needed. In the case that management looks at this she is a young slim girl, brown hair with great western style. If she wasnt there we probably would not have bought anything, but we left with 2 pairs!

Worst customer service ever

The girl with red hair was extremely rude with helping. I was trying to purchase a pair of penny boots, but she just kept glaring at me and not helping. I know I was in sweat pants, but it’s cold in Houston and why does that matter with how much money I have? Next time, I’ll make sure to go to Lucchese with how she treated me. Just thought I’d check out the store because I have heard good things. It’s unfortunate how the situation played out with how nice the boots look, but customer service can make or beak a business. You won’t see me here again....

Felt very welcomed at this store. Great selection of boots and they actually had WIDE versions available. Which is quite uncommon without special order. Lucchese is still me go to but these folks are a close 2nd. Needed up with the Zane zipper. They even serve free beer and cider. Very comfortable shopping experience. I’ll be back.

My salesperson was very helpful. She brought out several items. The pair I decided on had a slight imperfection on the boot sleeve. It was the only pair in store and she gave me a mgr discount.

Great staff at all of their locations. I have bought boots both in store and online and both experiences have been second to none. While in store attention to detail and customer service are top notch and they really care and listen. The boot shine and drinks are a huge plus. The recent opening of their store in Houston was great and even though it was new they had people there from other stores to help with a successful launch. I will definitely be growing my Tecovas collection since they are now my go to boots.

Went in for boots over the weekend and Johnny helped me and was phenomenal! Patient and knowledgeable. Helped when I couldn’t decide and gave great input on the boots. Great concept, beautiful open store with tall ceilings. A modest offering, boots are their staple, belts and accessories in that order. Staff was friendly, but it is what you see: very straightforward. Great workmanship out of Mexico. I will be buying a pair of boots, after that I plan to buy a exotic skin pair of black boots.

Have purchased multiple Tecova items the past few years; boots, jeans, belts and accessories. Great quality leather. Both Rice Village in Houston and Online Customer Service are great. This company is not in it for the one time sale. Their customer service and quality, is building brand loyalty and my repeat business.

They have the worst customer service EVER! If you have had the pleasure of going to their Austin location, Do Not Go To The Houston location. No one will greet you when you enter the store. No one will ask you if you need assistance and if you get your boots shined they will not offer you a drink while you wait.

I purchased a pair of ostrich boots a year ago and still love them. I am partial to the boots because I was born in Leon, Guanajuato. I left Leon in 1966 and grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where I spent my formative years. I am currently living in Houston, Texas. I have a piece of Leon in my heart and on my feet.

Popped in today and horrible service.Not enough people working, nobody offered to assist me after I stood around holding a boot looking at employees. When I went ahead and asked a girl to help me it was as if I was bothering her and she was too busy. When she brought the boot out I had to go to her to ask For the shoe and told her I would take it out of the Box so I wouldn’t have to keep waiting. She didn’t come check to see how the boot fit or offer any other service.Another person working there was right next to me and he didn’t ask or offer to help either.And I did need another size to try.What’s the point I figured- they don’t care- they don’t want to assist.Yeah they offer drinks in the store To add to the experience but at the end of the day it’s a boot store right? Focus should be on selling boots.Walked out very disappointed. It’s Too bad because I went in ready to buy “the penny” boot. Just needed to get the right size.
