My wife and I just had an amazing experience with Laura. She helped us find his and hers boots, a matching belt for me and even a new purse for better half. She helped measure and make sure we found exactly what we wanted.. she even served us tequila while they stretched my wife’s new boots. The service was amazing. I am loyal to Luchesse but have always purchased them from other retailers. Laura’s knowledge and experience made this a phenomenal experience! Thank You!

Don’t understand…. They said handmade in Texas…. I guess that’s why they are so expensive…. But inside they said made in Mexico…. This was at their local at Dallas….. not at third party…

The store looks great and they have a pretty big assortment of mens and womens boots on display. Unfortunately they dont have a lot of sizes in stock for one to try, or maybe I was unlucky and picked all the pairs they didnt have my size in. Service was slow, but this was probably due to a lack of enough staff to handle the influx of people. Ive been to bespoke stores where Ive felt a lot more taken care of than here. Ive had better service and experience at the Lucchese store at Allens in Austin. Didnt feel as premium as I thought it should have.

Laura was wonderful and a huge help to find the perfect boots and fit for my husband and myself. Intentions were to just by him some but it got out of hand!

3 months ago I dropped off my alligator boots to be resoled and repaired because the leather was tearing for the second time. I live in CO but despite having paid to ship my boots to me, got a call that they were at the Houston store to be picked up. Luckily I was coming to Houston that week, so fine, not a big deal. When I get there the associate, Jesus Botello, went to get my boots and stood next to me as I opened to inspect. They looked terrible and were just a glued and patched mess. I’m not a confrontational person and for a lack of better words just said, “This isn’t good”. I think he was waiting for me to speak bc he instantly said, “No that’s not good at all”. He asked what happened and I explained about them being mis-sized and he said, “It’s no problem we’re going to swap them out for a new pair”. And he did which I did NOT expect. Being a life long Lucchesse customer and having a had a bad experience, THIS was the quality of service I’d expected from Lucchesse.

Great store and I really love the design. Reason for the review is that the boots I purchased literally started to fall apart within the first year. The sole on both boots detached. For the money that just isn’t acceptable. Only advise given to me by the store was to bring them in... I live about 11hrs away

I did not purchase anything from this store but the reason I am rating is that I lost my purse with all my cards when went to Pottery Barn Kids store and G (I dont know his full name), picked it up and when I came out of the store he politely asked if I lost it. He walked me through his store and gave my purse back. This deserves ten stars! Very nice of them caring about other shoppers as well.

Matt was a Huge help to me.today to find my last minute perfect Christmas presents for my husband. He was very knowledgeable and his customer was past a Ten...his accent was very charming too :) I am very pleased with my purchases and looking forward to my husbands reaction:) I always can count on great purchases at Lucchese and thier employes going out of thier way to make sure the customers are always satisfied . I had a great experience shopping at the Highland Village store. My sales person, Jesus, was patient and let me try on as many pairs as I wished in a couple of different sizes. It was a workout trying on that many pairs. LOL!Highly recommend getting some quality boots and this is the place to go!

Not intended for the Houston store but I cannot find a Lucchese.com review platform.TOTAL JUNK. 500 plus dollar, full quill Ostrich “dancin” boots. 13 months old. You can read the name on the sole. Ostrich separated at sole stitching. ONLY 250 dollars repair quote. WARRANTY ??.....ZERO.TOTAL MEXICAN JUNK with Lucchese lined pockets of cash. Just DON’T do it.

I picked up my pair of custom made Beau Pirarucu boots today. They fit like a glove and feel awesome. Thanks Lucchese and a special thanks to Mirca for her help, courteous and friendly attitude.

Just a great bootmaker, no matter the cost. I have 3 pair and they are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Spend the money, you wont be dissapointed.

I had a sizing issue with a couple boots the same size, not fitting the same. These boots were an exchange from the Lucchese repairs department and was no benefit to the store. The General Manager Joseph Shreffler went above and beyond to order extra boots in several sizes from corporate for me to try on and return. Best customer service I have experienced in years.

Not sure who pays the police standing on Westheimer but the have often made me go straight and do a u turn instead of making a left to suffolk with no oncoming traffic. Also are 2 officers or security guard nessisary to different Direct traffic?

I used to love Lucchese products until I had this recent experience. I returned a belt for a different size and the store shipped it off to the factory to have the correct size made. I was told it would take 8 weeks to have the belt made and for it to arrive. However, when I called for updates on my item, 3 months later, no one could give me a straight answer. In addition, I was not provided a tracking number, an email, or any communication whatsoever. Beyond frustrating, when you know that your very expensive item is lost somewhere. It’s easy for your customer service to blame the issue on poor management, but it would be easier for you to own up to your mistake and reconcile it immediately. I am now leaving a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer. Lucchese - you have truly dropped the ball this time.

I was referred to this amazing store by the Luchesse Customer Service. I needed to send in my Big Alligator boots for repair. I usually dont leave reviews but I think my experience at this store with Mrs. Nici Wright is worthy of it. I walked in with my toddler in one hand and my boots in the other. My curious, blind child immediately started walking around the store exploring the different textures and smells. Mrs. Wright assured me that my son was ok exploring and seemed to genuinely care about us. She helped me process my order quickly and was very patient when I had to attend to my toddler. This is a very professional establishment that truly puts the customer first!Thank you guys!

I would give them no stars but there is no option. Don’t waste your time with these products. I have bought 3 different pairs and they all have needed work done. One pair (the classics) even tore from the leather in the same exact spot in both boots. Even do I payed over $700 dlls for this pair, they still had the audacity to tell me they could not help me. So now I’m stuck with a pair of $700 torn boots. Thank you lucheese. You certainly do not live up to your reputation.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Do NOT take your Luchesse Boots here to get re-soled or worked on. They WILL NOT send your boots to El Paso on time and will LIE to you as to when you can expect them back. I brought my Handmades in on December 30, 2017 to get re-soled and this store did not send them off to El Paso until JANAURY 8, 2018! They promised Id have my boots back in 6-8 weeks - BEFORE RODEO and now I am being promised that they will be back around MARCH 16TH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL. BUYER BEWARE. Dont expect your $1000+ investment and $275 re-sole fee to get your anything more than the worst customer service!

The first pair of boots I ever bought (October 2016) were Luccheses. They are by far the most comfortable footwear I own. That said, the repair service (September 2017 for 8 weeks) has been terrible. I do wear them often, but I would expect a longer life than 10 months from the soles. And the poor quality craftsmanship in the repair is disheartening. Just a month after getting them back, the repairs are falling apart. Im having to take them back in, again, for further work. A very comfortable boot, but clearly not well made or well repaired. Sadly, I bought my 2nd pair of Luccheses when I brought the first pair in for repair - now I wish Id have shopped around for a comparable brand.The sales staff at the Houston store also lied to me about the repair error and were made to look like fools when a call was made to the repair shop, who admitted to the mistake. Now that they have to be repaired again due to poor craftsmanship, Im being told there is nothing to do other than wait 6-8 weeks to get my boots back. Thats now up to 16 weeks (almost 1/3 of a year) that Im without my ...handmade boots of unrivaled quality.. due to poor quality and craftsmanship... I have to choice but to wait for this repair to be made, but never will I have Lucchese repair my booths again, and I wont be buying another pair. On to try other brands...
