Great little shop!, they did a fantastic job adding sole protection on my wife’s Louis Vuitton shoes and handled the product with care, we will bring other names to there shop for sure... not sure why we never thought about adding this item protection in the past- if you have Reds or LV I recommend this shop - the rep onsite was friendly and a shoe expert - one request though bring back a clear option sole guard for those one offs - Thanks!

We’ve been using the location in Webster for years and have always had amazing service. So sad that Lance is no longer there - he is awesome and always greeted me by name and with a smile. But the new guy was great too!

These guys did a bang up job for a very reasonable price. They made my 15 year old crocodile square toe dress shoes like brand new. A little over a bill to save a $2,400 pair of shoes. They resoled, replaced the elastic that holds the buckle, reconditioned the crocodile skin, and polished them to a brilliant finish. If I can trust them with these shoes you can surely count on them with yours.

I have been using Houston Shoe Hospital on NASA 1 for years. The workmanship is excellent. The store attendants are courteous and knowledgeable The price is right.

My Coach Willis needed to be sewed on top and needed a touch up on the pipping. The sewing could have been just a tab bit better but the end results were amazing on the entire bag. Second bag taking to this location.

I have gone there several times for suggestions for leather conditioner, laces ect. I have always received great service. The staff if friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a pair of hiking boots to see if it was possible to repair and they were honest with me that if they did fix them they wouldnt hold very long due to the type or damage. I would highly recommend them!

The location near El Camino Real & NASA 1 is very convenient for me. The craftsmanship on my shoes is always amazing. The person who receives my shoes at the desk is consistently polite and explains options for what I want done. My shoes are always ready on the day and time promised.

My husband wanted to change the type of heel on a pair of cowboy boots. I brought an example and they matched it perfectly. I think they are beautiful and my husband was very pleased with the workmanship. Will go nowhere else.

(For Basketball Shoes)This service was absolutely horrible. I gave them my white Nike air integrates to be cleaned on Friday. They were not done till the next Saturday, which would be alright if the service was great (which it wasnt). Shoes, which after I clean them are bright white, was a poorly hydrated urine color, and there was still dog hair inside of them. They smelled of rotting fruit and bleach, even after letting them sit for a week and a half. Eventually I ran water over them and scrubbed them with my finger, which after I saw a marked difference. I will never use them again for any tennis of basketball shoes cleaning. BELOW you can see obvious stains and discoloration in the front of the show and on all the white, they are much more bruised in real life.

I recently took in the second pair of boots to be re-soled. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and knew his stuff. He was upfront about how long it was going to take and how much is was. I appreciate that. The boots came back when he said they would and looked great. I was very pleased and will definitely be taking back more shoes to be worked on.

Nice service. However Im not too excited that I paid $150 on a rough zipper that was supposedly brand new for my purse. I had to find ways to make it smoother but no luck. I expected better quality for what I paid for.

Lance is amazing! He was very honest and straight forward about what he could or could not do regarding my purse repair. He did fix the zipper just as he said and even offered the service of me returning it later for leather conditioning.I appreciate the great service and courtesy.

I do not like this new technician. He closes for lunch. When I asked when he closes for lunch,He responded: “whenever I get a chance, I have to eat like you”. I told him that I understand. I just want to know what time to avoid. “Whenever!”

I am over joyed with the professional service recently received. I brought in a pair of (Emu Ridge) boots that were ruined by northern winter salt. The boots have sat in a hanging shoe tote for the last 10 years. Hoping they could be revived was my goal. Wow, was I surprised at how great they looked after being cleaned. They look brand new! Fantastic job done, I couldnt be happier. My only regret is, I didnt do a before and after picture, so I could show why Im bragging! Once again, thank you for all you did to revive my boots; thank you for such a professional associate at the desk taking care of business, he is awesome!

I had some very nice, expensive shoes that were all but torn apart. I thought it was a lost cause, but brought them to the Houston Shoe Hospital to see if they could help me out. I was amazed at the initial service I got. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helped me understand a little more about how to care for my shoes. When I picked them up, they looked virtually brand new. It was money well spent. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that has shoe problems.

Took pair of loafers that needed new leather soles and heels. Took about a week, but they looked very good when I picked them up. I just wish they had reattached the insoles, they are rolled up at the edges and can easily be removed from the shoe, This might not be a fixable issue, but I would have least liked them to address the issue. I feel that they could have been re-glued or something. I will take any other shoe repairs to them, as they did do a good job on the soles.

I recently purchased a gun belt. I guess vanity got the better part of me and when I ordered it, I used my regular belt size and neglected to compensate for the holster itself. I could wear it for OWB no problem. I couldnt wear it for IWB, my bad.I called and spoke with Wess at the Store on NASA PARKWAY and asked if they could actually add more length to the belt rather than send it back and wait weeks and go through the hassle.Wess said to bring it in and lets have a look.I picked up my belt today and was totally amazed. They matched the leather, color, along with the thickness as well as the stitching and added the extra length to a T !Youd never know that it had been spliced. I cant say enough about how well they handled the job and the quick turn around.These guys really worked their magic! I highly recommend them 👍👍👍

My police motorcycle boots were a gift from my Aunt in 1998. I kept them in my closet until last month when I decided to bring them in. I still run police escorts and I will proudly wear my first non hand me down boots! They look better than new.

Outstanding craftsmanship and customer service. I’m a first-time exotic boot owner, and he took the time to walk me through the different heel and soul options. He ended up replacing the heels but he went above and beyond by re-staining the leather sole and the wood part of the heel. They look brand new and it was only $25! I will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely the best place to go get shoes repaired! Resoled, conditioned and polished. My husbands favorite motorcycle boots look brand new and he is thrilled to be wearing them again.

It took about a month and a half but am very pleased with the results. Also I must say that Lance was great! He was very helpful and personable.

Terrible shoe repair. Took two pairs of Allen Edmonds ($400/pair) to get a simple sole saver installed. Both pairs came back damaged. The upper was cut when the cobbler was sanding the edges of the sole protector around the sole. They never informed me of this damaged until I saw it during pick up. They also went out of their way by trying to hide the damage and “fixing” the issue by putting some leather filler. The repair looks terrible and the shoe is no longer the same color. If you have expensive pairs of shoes or leather goods, I suggest you take them elsewhere. Btw, I’m still trying to get in touch with the general manager so we can discuss terms of my restitution.Edit 02/05/2020Mr. Robinson reached out to me and was willing to work and repair the damage on the shoes plus offered additional concessions. I was pleased in the way the he handled the follow up service and made my experience better after the initial issue.

Took my purse in that was really worn outside and inside. Leather was stretched and worn outside. the inside is beige so all the dirt over the years showed. They did a great job, looks new outside and they did the best they could with on the inside. Looks so much better. Lance was very professional and friendly. A very pleasant experience.

I took in a pair of Cole Haan dress shoes that were very scuffed and the soles had separated. The gentleman who helped me suggested new soles and refinishing the uppers. Im so happy I found a place to get my leather purse straps repaired. The service is impeccable and I was so impressed with the young man who took care of me the day I dropped it off. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Ill pick up my repaired purse on Saturday. I feel confident they did a good job, and I know I will be fully satisfied. I dropped my sons tennis shoes off to be repaired. He had only wore them 2 times before the piece popped off. They repaired them and you cant even really tell. They were ready when they said they would be. Clerk was polite & honestly, that they might look repaired. I would recommend, 5 stars !

The lady at Macys and 2 random customers at Macys suggested Houston Shoe Hospital on NASA Parkway and gave high ratings.Lance was very friendly and courteous. He took the shoe measurements. Boots with 11 high and needing 2 off on the bottom and top costs $125 plus tax. When writing a review, you can get a $20 discount.The line was long, so I assume these guys have a reputation in the area and keep in reeling in the customers.I thought this was my first visit, but then I remembered using them over a decade ago on some heel repairs. Im still wearing those heels to this day without any further repairs.Nice folks, high prices...but you do want a good job done on your shoes. If you know of anyone cheaper, please send me a message! :)

Not sure if I would use this place again. To me it was over priced for the job done however i do understand that bills has to get paid. Also I was told that heels would be left just like new and they weren’t :(. However very nice people.

The owner was pretty rude while disseminating information. He essentially said he didnt care about my experience with my shoes and disregarded my concerns and stated that what only mattered was what he saw everyday.Consider rewording how you speak to potential clients. I for one will not return.

Took 2 pair of men’s dress shoes that need new soles. The nice man said they could be ready in a little over a week. I told him my husband needed them for a business trip and without hesitation he said ok we can do it. They look amazing. Great job!!!

I had a pair of boots cleaned that my mother gave me years ago. They did a great job. I wont know about the other pair until Spring. Ive been taking my shoes to this location for years and years. Im always pleased with the staff and the service. Its like they care about my shoes almost as much as I do! It does take about a week, so plan ahead. Its worth it for the quality of work!!

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They did a great job on my motorcycle boots. The boots cost $250 and Ive had them for two years. It cost me $110 to re-sole them, saved me $140I dropped of another pair for full treatment, re-sole and conditioning. Ill let ya know how they turned out

The Shoe Hospital did a great job on my dress shoes. Its hard for me to find shoes that fit, so putting on new heels was cheaper and easier than finding new shoes. I added a shine and polish to be sure they looked brand new. Ill be taking more shoes to them when needed.

Great place and extremely helpful. I took 2 pair shoes in and showed them what needed to be done. Both pair couldnt be fixed inexpensively. The man told me the prices and gave me alternative solutions I could do on my own to alleviate the problems. I was so impressed and left very happy. Ill continue to take other projects to them. Theyre honest!!

Quick, quality service. I live in Dallas but was in Houston back to back weekends. I dropped my favorite Vince Camutos by for rehab, and picked them up 1 week later. Brand new and I couldnt be happier. Thank you!

I own 12 pair of boots and at least 9 of them have been resoled and glazed at least once. Several pair have been serviced at least 3-4 times. Each time the job was excellent and fit even better that before. I ONLY take my boots to my local Houston Shoe Hospital and recommend that all my friends do the same.

Had a designer wallet with a broken zipper. The young man who waited on me was very helpful and told me exactly what they would do to repair it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The repair was done on time and works perfectly. I want to emphasize how pleasant the staff was and how helpful he was in answering my questions about another repair I was considering bringing in.

I have 18 month old Ariat boots. Took in to have re-healed after 1 year. This place put on second rate product and the replaced heals only lasted 6 months. When confronted the kid told me it was my problem and to keep wearing them. I see in other ratings they do tend to use second rate materials. Find another store with reputable people to take your valuable garments to.
