Amazing Tactical Store. Purchased boots about 5 yrs ago and they still are great. I decided to go in again and purchase another ones on black leather with a side zipper and a side pocket i am very proud of them. Guy in store is very fun customer service.

Employee help me find the perfect pack during the 20 percent of on Saturday. Helped me get some pouches and even hooked the in for me. Really helpful and would recommend going.

Always find what I need. Pricey but stuff is great quality so cant really complain. I bought some black shirts about 2 years ago, they havent discolored, stretched or shrunk or torn, you name it. They get used at least once a week. Great place

Plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help. Tactical gear was top notch and available for pick up. Purchased a pair of BDU black pants and combat ready boots. All were expertly crafted and are expected to serve well. Will be making 5.11 my tactical gear resupply for any future additional needs. Highly recommended.

The only issue is their hours are different due to covid. Would have liked to have updated hours since it would have saved me an hour to and from store.

Quick service and short wait to get helped. I went in to get some new boots and with the assistance of an employee found the ones I was looking for in 1 min and I was in and out. Would definetly recommend. They had a lot of clothing to choose from as well.

Drove an hour just to find out that the Management can not even update their store hours on google.

Great quality pants will outlast most anything else. Sometimes they wont have a size or color in stock, but they have a quite a few combos of size/color so thats understandable. Sometimes they discontinue stuff I like, which is they only reason i give 4 stars.

This is a spanking new store. Lots of items to choose from. The store is well laid out and offers self prices on specific items. If you are looking for tactical clothing and equipment this is the place to start. Fun fact, many of their tactical clothing are civilian and appearance.

The salesman there had some great insight into what I needed to protect me and keep me warm while I do a job in Washington state which includes riding dirt bikes and hiking. Professional and friendly, I will come back when I want clothes or gear that will last me years to come.

They dont have conceal carry pants for women above a size 20, but I was able to get pants for my husband and 3 brothers easily.

Great store. There always seems to be something on sale. Bought a belt here on my last visit but grabbed it a size too big. Went back a week later and they exchanged it for me with no problems. The guys working here are extremely helpful as well.

Clothes look good but they are just too expensive. As a fashion student I know how much it costs to make clothes and these prices feel like the costs for a one of a kind design. Not ready to wear prices.

Very cool place with great gear. There are some super high quality items that you wont find anywhere else. But prepare to pay a little more for them. In my opinion, it is well worth it though.

Bad customer service. I was looking for tactical pants and I took several to try out. Male staff made a comment that I was taking too long to decide and grabbing several pants is adding more work for them. I am a huge 5.11 fan and I work in law enforcement. There is no need to treat your customers like that!

I will say I should have called first, but it didnt occur to me that they wouldnt have all of the sizes that 5.11 offers in boots. We drove an hour and we were told they could order the boots for us but only for pick up. I have to say I am disappointed in the service. I expected better.

A better selection of 5.11 clothing you wont find. Its a 5.11 corporate store so they have everything 5.11 makes in pretty much every size.

Needed a new double cuff case after my old one gave out after 4 years of service. After showing them what was wrong with it, they gave me a no questions asked replacement.
