So happy I found this place! I took in a pair of 20 year-old riding boots with a missing heel and not only did they fix it perfectly and quickly, but really went above and beyond and recolored and shined them, too! They look better than they did brand new! Price was extremely reasonable and the owner was very friendly and clearly takes pride in his work. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Came here to have a pair of Kenneth Cole ladies knee high boots stretched around the calf area, and also the color darkened on a pair of Bandolino booties. Came by after a week, the left boot was stretched but not the right. The right didnt need as much stretching as the left but nonetheless did need to be stretched...it was not. Owner couldnt find the Bandolino booties, so i gave him a couple days to locate and pick up both pairs. Came back a 2nd time,Owner provided me with the left boot again that had already been stretched to my satisfaction, I had to request the right one to try on and noticed a TEAR on the boot. Owner never notified me of this, nor did he say this would be a problem and said it was the quality of the leather, BS...why hide ir and not tell me what occurred? The Bandolino booties were found i just think they were not done when promised, however, the hadware on the booties were not protected. He colored the decorative side buckles same color. Went from Gold to a dark brown. Why not wrap the buckle with paper to protect it against the dye I asked. He said I have over 30 years doing this and paper would soak up the dye, i responded wrapping tape over it not an option? I dont have 30 years experience, but have common sense. Be sure to read aĺl the 3rd grade poster board wriiten signs hung around letting you know that hes not responsible for damages, theft etc. Completely ruined my boots.

This place is legit! I took my cowboy boots here and they made them look brand new! Wish I had taken a picture of the before. They did such a great job replacing the soles and cleaning and polishing my boots. I will DEFINITELY be bring all my boot repair needs to this business! Thanks again for the quality work! If your shoes are in disrepair, do yourself a favor and take them here!
