Unity Book Store is by far and away the best bookstore in Houston. Great atmosphere, FANTASTIC author reading series, excellent customer service and fabulous location. The Used basement is also great. The selection is fantastic, but if they dont have something, they will order it for you.

I absolutely love this store! Great selection of books and other unique items you wont find anywhere else. There is a really quiet cozy seating area too.

Very nice facilities but the only problem with the church is its one of those all roads lead to Heaven type churches all religions are welcome the Bible is very clear and plain that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.They had books there on witchcraft Buddhism all other sorts of religions and it was not just books teach me about things to stay away from but it was books teaching you on those other religions how to use them.We went there for a conference the conference was excellent but I would not go to that kind of church for my salvation sheeps in wolves clothing

I failed to escape with my wallet intact...Walking around Harvard Square we happened upon this bookstore and my son saw a book he wanted in the window. And then my wife went in to buy it for him. And then my daughter went in. About ten minutes later I gave up and followed them in...and an hour or so later I emerged carrying heavy bags and a light wallet.Harvard Bookstore is what happens when you have people who love to read choosing the books they might like to sell. If you have the opportunity you must shop here.

Not only is this a fun place to shop, but I FEEL GOOD about shopping here. Yay for supporting independent local businesses!They have a great selection of new books, with awesome bargain displays and staff picks. They also have an amusing selection of gifts and cards.Downstairs is the used book cellar. It can be a little hard to shift through, but the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about what they have and where to find it.Unity Book Store often has book signings, past authors have included Barbara Walters and John Krasinki, although Im pretty sure he hasnt written a book.
