Such a liar, crooked, and lazy the staff is. I placed my order on 17 Sep and it was available when I ordered but a week later, they emailed me which says it is out of stock. I did talk with Dana Kennamore about it and Dana said that they can see the order. just wasted time. Do not order here.

Most of the time they look as if they hated their job. Sometimes they are polite but most of the time they are rude and have no customer service skills. Or people skills. I hate coming to this bookstore because the vibe their is just so awful. The employees need be helpful and understanding because the students their are stressed enough as it is having to buy their books their. Especially being very expensive and yet they want to give the students attitude because they ask for the books they need and the prices.

Horrible, Saturday there suppose to be open until 1. Never do they stay open until there time and if it’s slow and you have to close the school should change the hours officially.This is just like any other store if those are your hours you should apply to them and stay open.Suggestion, change the times if your not going to stay open until the time it shows.

In January, I bought a book in the morning, i came back in the afternoon to refund. They said:”NO”, they told me come back in next semester (fall semester) for returning.I came back in this semester and they still say :”NO” because I bought that book in the last semester.How could they treat a student like that?My book is sealed, has receipt, unopened.

I bought a computer from the school and it was defective. I want to return it but they said no returns after it is opened ( which was not posted anywhere or mentioned at the time of purchase). Everything is over priced . Save your money and go somewhere else you will get better quality and much cheaper prices. (the laptop I purchased was around $800.00 I found the same one with the same specs new from Dell for $400.00)

Small but helpful staff, call before go to see if they have what you are looking for.

The most awesome HCC bookstore. If the store was larger it would be even more awesome. It is way better than all other NW HCC bookstores and is much cooler than central because of the awesome staff.

It may have good customer service, but it is not accessible to students who work full time and take night classes.
