DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE. THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU INTO SWIIING YOUR CARD TWICE..!!!! USE CASH ONLY.! There are some good items here but for the most part all non brand names items are ordered off eBay and are junk. Con artist not very good at their job. Especially the sketchy Asian guy... id advice STRONGLY to go somewhere else..!!

Why is the website fake ? why not make sure that your listed website actually leads to a website that is YOUR store? I would love very much to see and know what i want before i get there. Mainly because the customer service tends to be rude and very short with people when you walk in and shop. Its the usual hurry up and buy attitude. I understand its a thing ... With that being said, should you not want a WORKING website?

Plesently surprised. The prices are great and the staff was great. Really paid attention to my questions and got exactly what i needed and all in stock.

Staff was friendly and attentive, the food was very disappointing but tasty..good flavor but lacking in quantity and presentation for the price. Im not sure Ill go back being that the price was to much for what you get.

Its a good place to go if you ran out of supplies unexpectedly.... Great deals on stuff that they need out. Staff not always so friendly.

Not to theral with customers. But the prices are good. The only problem I had was they dont carry all acceseries for the products the sell.

Place is cool in a pinch. But dont fall for their BS. They will try to sell you professional machines but they are junk. I really only go here for the tubes. Needles are hit or miss at this place. Usually not very sharp or poorly crafted liners. The dont carry curved mags and they dont carry any name brand needles only the ones they get from China. I use their needles on my fake skin but never in clients. Their hours kind of suck too. My shop opens at noon so I almost never have a chance to go their.

Only buy certain things here personally I was really impressed with their disposable cartidge tubes the all black ones are of quality and only 13 bucks for a pack of 20 none of then were defected they also have cases of latex gloves, ointment, chair drapes, and bibs, very convenient

I can get the same chintzy stuff on Amazon or Ebay for a fraction of the cost. And please please do not buy ink from these people. I had a client that had a horrible reaction to a fresh bottle of eternal white knight, some people are unaware of allergies they might have to certain pigments so I tested it on myself and I had the same reaction. I have no allergies whatsoever. I got the same brand and color from a reputable distributor(my normal supplier) and tested again on myself everything is fine. Lucky for me my client was a personal friend and allowed me to fix it with good, clean, AUTHENTICALLY BRANDED ink. Sorry dragonfart...i mean art...I no go no mo.

They have good quality tattoo supplies but they fail at opening at a good time for the early birds. They claim to open at 10 am Mon-Fri but I’ve been there at 10 till about 10:30 and it’s still closed.

Not at all what I expected. From having worked at and been around smoke/music/novelty shops around Houston and the surrounding suburbs, this place was different..and not in a good way. I dont like putting bad reviews on places of business, so for me to do this review speaks volumes. Its ran by people of Asian decent (if I am incorrect, I apologise in advance). But yeah, it was in an old suite building, yet the actual shop was alarmingly small, there wasnt many supplies out in the display case, the people that were working, acted as if we were ghosts upon walking through the door. Basically not lively AT ALL and they are overpriced for cheaply made guns that are made in China. Theres a lot of hype about this place, but Id much rather just get on Amazon and get brand new stuff (specifically a rotary gun; the initial reason I went to Dragoart) at cheap prices for my boyfriend who does great tattoo work! Well Dragoart, thanks for nothing!

They used to care about customers. Now its no refunds, no returns, no exchanges. Also the price went up a lot. Its not worth it to buy needles there anymore. They are 10 dollars cheaper on amazon and delivered right to my door.
