If you want a piercing and live on the northwest side of town Biolab is the only place you should be hitting up. Been going here for about four years now for piercings and it is the best. The piercers are all amazing, very knowledgeable and super helpful if you need anything. Ive gone here for 5 different piercings and everytime the service is superb!

I got a double helix pierced by Aaron and it was amazing! He was super professional, calming, and explained the entire process to me while we doing the piercing. I can’t recommend this place enough. I needed to have my naval piercing redone and had a few questions about the redo and could it be done.From the start when I placed the call to my arrival (walk-in appointment) nothing but professionalism with outstanding customer care.The knowledge that the piercer has regarding skin and proper placement of jewelry makes all of the difference. WOULD GIVE 5 STARS BUT… I would give this place 5 stars for Aaron and Ben. I would not get pierced by Alexis if I were you. She put a corkscrew nose stud in my tragus(that kind of jewelry is not at all meant to go in your tragus because the shape/angle of it was basically tearing the inside of my ear)…my ear swelled up and was excruciatingly painful to touch. Thankfully I went in and Aaron fixed it and put in the right jewelry at no cost. So I love this place BUT I WILL NOT be pierced by Alexis again. I have been pierced by both Aaron and Ben several times and they are both great!!!! ***picture was taken the same day of piercing so the swelling had not happened yet.

Shout out to Aaron he is absolutely amazing. This was my first ever piercing besides my basic ears and he walked me through every step. He helped me to calm down and not be too nervous. Plus when I got a little faint afterwards he let me lay down and got me fresh cold water. Ive never had such amazing service before. I would highly recommend this place if youre trying to get some piercings, first time or not they treat you like family and thats amazing. Got pierced by Ben one day and then had to come back the next bc I knocked my earring loose and lost it. Piercing was fast and pain free, Ben is great! I love that I filed out a document and stated that I have an allergy to metals... specifically stainless steel and lower quality titanium. They also recommend an old way of taking care of piercings that has been thrown out the window a long time ago. Came in for help with a piercing done elsewhere. Left with two pieces of external threaded steel.... I had to remove the jewelry Ben put in my bridge due to it becoming more irritated, itchy and swollen. Now I get to go all the way to Houston to see a better artist to change the jewelry out of the piercing he did and get looked at to see if I could get my bridge done by someone who knows what theyre doing. I had worried my bridge was rejecting and crocked... now that its out I can see scar tissue of migration and that my entry and exit points are in fact crocked. Waste of time and money.

I went in with 3 other girls to get different piercings and the process was a breeze. I usually have allergies to certain metals but Ben assured me that they use surgical steel and my industrial piercing is healing like a DREAM and it’s only been 2 weeks! I even had my 2 year old daughter with me and everyone was super accommodating and she even got a lollipop 🥰

I came to see Aaron for a septum piercing and it was by far the best experience Ive ever had! Everything was clean and sterilized. Aaron was thorough in explaining the process and aftercare instructions. The piercing itself was painless, I only felt the discomfort of the clamp and that was it!! I was a customer first time. I was pierced by a new girl named Alexis. Not only was she very unprofessional, she should NOT be allowed to put holes in peoples bodies with such minimal experience. The front desk receptionist, Gloria was absolutely amazing. She held my hand through the process of getting my chest dermal, brought me water and had to call in the other gentleman who had to finish the job. My dermal is still not healing correctly and I called and asked to speak with Gloria on who would be in besides Alexis and I was told she was no longer worked for the company. As I sat in the lobby, the gossip and unprofessional way they spoke about their colleagues was shocking. I came here because of the reviews but I will never return. And if my dermal doesn’t heal the way it’s stated it should. I will file a complaint against the piercer and establishment. This place seems very biased and I’ll just leave that there. The wait times are BEYOND ridiculous and the pricing for the type of service I and my friends received was not worth it. I would not recommend anyone else to this establishment.

I LOVE this piercing shop! I’ve been there 3 times and the lady who works in the front is so sweet. She remembered me the second time I went which I thought was cool since most places wouldn’t. Ben is AMAZING at what he does. It was so quick and he even asked if I wanted a hoop later so he could adjust the placement. The second time I went I was pierced by Alexis (my nose) and I asked if she wanted me to pull my septum down and she said not to worry about it just for the jewelry to get caught on my septum. It seriously hurt and while she was sweet it made me more frustrated she kept sweet talking me rather than just getting it uncaught. Like she just kept tugging at it and before it got caught she couldn’t put it in idk it felt like forever. And it’s a little lower than where Ben pierced the other side of nose so I don’t think a hoop would look good. The next time I came I had Alexis again to change the jewelry of my first nose piercing and get my conch and she did it with ease and the conch looks really good. I was a little worried getting pierced by her again but it was quick and she’s very kind. The wait time here is NEVER long. At other shops I’ve waited up to 3 hours and here I’ve never even waited an hour. I live in pearland but will always go to this location. I will always recommend.

The piercing i got from them broke so i needed i new one.I went there, scanned, signed in into the wait list, about 3 hr wait, i go home which is 10 min away. I keep checking my phone for my #. I see im number 3 and get on my way. As soon as i get in my car they send me a 5 min notice to be skipped and 10 min to be deleted. Im 10 min away! I get there, park and i get another notice saying i just got removed. I go in there to talk to the receptionist but she still says no, i have to scan the code again. I feel like they dont even listen, they are just ready to say their same phrase.Bad experience. I understand they way too many customers but maybe actually take care of them? have a better system? IdkHad to wait 3 hours in my car because i was 1 min past my 10 min.

She was so caring about how I was feeling before and after the piercing which made me want to come back and recommend this place to my friends. 10/10 adore this lady and the receptionist! I forgot her name but her style and how bubbly and friendly made me feel welcome and accepted. She also stayed outside in the freezing cold to wait for me after I forgot my soap and had to come back.

Aaron was super nice and courteous. Very sterile workspace. He even repierced my septum because the first one wasnt straight enough. Very thorough aftercare instructions. Call before going, the waitlist gets full (2 hrs ish was the max I waited) and they will not let you get on if the list if it’s full so you’ll drive there for nothing. Receptionist can be rude if she’s overwhelmed with the full list & that made me want to never return when I’ve gotten several piercings here. I didn’t get her name but she has blonde hair. Shame. Alexis is very personable. Aaron is super cool and chill, he’ll definitely make your experience great. However the wait list situation is ehhh.

I love this place so much. I have bounced around with piercers while I lived in another state, and was nervous to go to a new shop since moving to Texas. I came here in March to get my daith pierced. Aaron who pierced me did an amazing job, centered the piercing well, was clean and explained everything, and thoroughly explained the aftercare process to me. I have been using their suggested aftercare method and this is the first time I have had a non-lobe piercing heal so well. The girl with black hair who works the front desk is so kind and gives off such great welcoming energy. I came today to get my daith “check up” and to get two old piercings removed, and Ben the piercer was quick, thorough, and clean. He was nice and calm and both him and Aaron are the types of people to make you feel safe with the procedure about to be done. My only complaint is that it was a 4.5 hour wait to get my daith pierced, since it is on a walk-in first come first serve basis. My second time visiting I waited less than 5 minutes. Overall though, this place is fantastic and amazing - I can’t say how good they are through words. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable compared to other shops. Definitely go here!!!

It was about time to get the Medusa piercing I’ve wanted for a while. I’m surprised they still offer facial piercings during COVID since a lot of piercers stopped offering those services. I went as a walk in. Unfortunately their card machine was down but luckily there was a Chase not too far from there so I got enough cash out. I definitely recommend seeing Aaron for your piercing needs. He’s very knowledgeable and professional and will make you feel comfortable. Phenomenal work. Staff was friendly as well. I got my nose pierced in December at a different shop and ended up with an irritation bump. No matter what I did and trust me I tried almost everything there was to try it was relentless and wouldn’t go away. Well I finally decided to go get it looked at and I found Biolab with a search near me. First of all they are clean and very professional. I was greeted and asked what I needed. The lady I saw was Alexis. She look and confirmed it was an irritation bump and poor quality jewelry. I got it swapped out and was on my way. Well two days later the nose ring has sank into the hole and there was a scab coving it. I called and spoke with the receptionist and she told me to come back in and someone would take a look. I asked if I was going to have to pay and she assured me I wouldn’t. Ben took a look and confirmed my nose needed to heal more before the smaller stud was put in. He removed it and fitted me with a new bigger stud. He didn’t charge me and gave me the smaller one he had removed and told me to come back when I was healed and get it swapped out if I wanted to. He also let me know if I had anymore issues they were there to help. I bought the soap from them instead of purchasing in a store and have been following their cleaning directions every day. It’s been 4 days and the bump is almost completely gone. I would recommend their services and will use them is I decide to get anymore piercings.

Professional, helpful and good people. These people have done MOST of my piercings since I was 16. Never had anything get infected from here. They give you step by step instructions on how to deal with your piercings plus gives you free solutions to clean with.

Went for a eyebrow piercing, they follow Covid protocol, very clean and friendly staff, knowledgeable, and very good pricing. What really bought me overall was my experience with them 4 days after getting my piercing, I had to remove it due to taking a picture to renew a document, I went back to see if they could insert it back, not only did they re insert the piercing, the artist was super cool about it, didn’t make it difficult nor painful. Would suggest anyone who wants a piercing to go with them. 10/10

Ben is fantastic, however I’ve been really disappointed with my recent experiences here. They close unexpectedly and have long wait times, even to just buy jewelry. The receptionist could literally just sell the item instead of making people sit outside an hour and half to select and purchase one. Aaron has also been condescending in the past, so I’ve refused to come when he’s the piercer. I’ve been a customer a long time for multiple piercings but took my business elsewhere after multiple attempts to give them chances. Location for is me is the only convenience.

Was in the car on my way when I called them to ask if they were open & they said yes for another hour and a half told me to knock on the door when I arrived. Drove 20 minutes! I show up 20 minutes later after I called JUST TO BUY A NOSE RING because mine fell out & I didn’t want my hole to close. & the cashier is checking out another customer & tells me I need to leave due to a “safety hazard” I told her I just talked to her 20 minutes ago on the phone & I drove all the way here & she denied me a purchase of a ring when I was already standing in the building? What more of a safety hazard could I have been😂 what a joke. Don’t waste your time

Just calling to see if they were open seemed to be to much bother for them. I should have taken that as a warning when my friend went to have a piercing she left before they started the equipment was filthy she said and the staff was very rude. I dont think that your age has anything to do with what you do to your body but the person said something about being to old to make there jewelry look cool. Who says stuff like that?

I got an industrial piercing about 3 months ago and the staff was extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable. I had some issues with the piercing so I went back and they gave me a longer bar free of charge! (the bar was too short so i couldnt clean it well). I had additional problems so I went back yesterday and they helped tremendously. I started getting dizzy and they helped immediately. The staff is amazing! I have only great things to say about this place.

I also got my nose pierced and he measured my nose so he could make the jewelry piece just right for me. he also gave me tips on how to get rid of a piercing bump and told me that if it doesnt work I could just come in and he would help me out. the wait was a little long but it was worth it

I had a few questions prior to visiting the shop and they were quick to respond to email and very helpful. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. I brought my daughter in for basic lobe piercing and Aaron was great. Wed definitely recommend this shop. It was worth the drive from Katy and we will continue to use them for all future piercings.

Had a wonderful experience getting my nose pierced with Alexis (a.k.a @piercingpandahtx). She was extremely professional, clean & sterile, and personal. I felt super comfortable and trusted her to pierce my face 😂. The whole experience was only 10-15 minutes but I enjoyed every moment of it. The prices were reasonable as well. It was only 50$ to get my nose pierced. I will definitley be coming back here again.

Amazing! Alexis used a taper to get jewelry in an old piercing, and avoiding repiercing/scar tissue. Very professional, pesonable, and gentle. Highly recommend!
