Boat and pricing where on par with any other dealer, but dont expect a return phone call if you have a sales or service question. you will have to take time out of your day and drive up to the dealership to get them to respond to you. wait if you write a review you get a text message.

LMC was very prompt, truthful and courteous every time I was in the dealership. They were not pushy at all and took the time to answer all of my questions and even give me information I didn’t know I needed to know. Their service department is great and they go above and beyond to help. JB in service is awesome and very knowledgeable.

WOW.. Where do I start bought a DX2200 on March 3, 2021 - thoroughly inspected it and found 5 chips in the fiberglass and pin holes in some the cushions. First time on the water noticed the steering was not working right, trim gauge was broken, tachometer wasnt working right and the fresh water pump stopped working in the first seconds of use. Less than two hours of engine use and the dang outboard motor stopped working. Left us stranded in the middle of the lake!! Took the brand new boat back (3.5 hour drive again) and left it with them for nearly 2 months. Drove back to Houston again to get my boat now that it is fixed. Some of the cosmetic fiberglass problems were repaired - two they missed all together and caused 2 new ones,, scratched the paint on the motor and another upholstery tear. Saved he WORST for last....Got my boat home last night - spent the morning cleaning it (apparently it was stored out of doors and uncovered) Packed the ice chest, met my friend and family at the boat ramp for a nice Memorial Weekend outing. Backed the trailer into the water (loaded with family) and the boat DOES NOT START!! So one star is only because the survey requires a rating to leave a reply. I do not recommend LMC Marine Center, I can not recommend Bayliner, and did I mention I paid CASH and traded a perfectly functioning boat because I thought I was upgrading! Completely lost faith in this business and brand - wish I could go back in time and never walked in.

Update: Unfortunately, I need to change m review. There were a handful of issues with the boat when I took delivery. For example, the fuel gauge sensor and engine hour counter didnt work. The dealership has not returned any of my calls. I could understand that this is a warranty issue, but these things never worked when the boat was sold. It should have been LMCs responsibility to sell me a boat that was properly setup. I have since spoken with other dealerships, and they said that LMC has a reputation for selling boats quickly without doing the proper setup and customer tour. Made an appointment for Saturday May 29 in service to drop our boat off for warranty work. Drove 3 hours to get here to find the place locked and closed for memorial weekend. No call stating they would be closed. Would have thought the gentleman making this appointment would have known they would be closed or had at least called to state they would be closed.

Landon was my salesperson and was upfront and assisted in every part of the sales process gave accurate descriptions, photos and all documents asked for to make me feel comfortable. Scheduled an appointment to look at a used boat at a specific day and time. While in the office finalizing the deal, the salesman informed me that the boat had just sold in the office next to his. BS. I won’t be played. Someone in the office had called ahead to either their friend(s) and or prospects told to get there ASAP. I drove nearly two hrs in good faith to deal with what I thought was a reputable firm. Too much of a coincidence, I should say so. I don’t believe in coincidences. Too many hours in a day for someone to just show up and literally throw down a deposit 3 mins before me while still waiting on their credit report to come back. I was a cash buyer, the other buyer was to finance. Suppose financing is more lucrative thus I was told the deal was off. If LMC wants to play those kind of games, find someone else. LMC is by far the best place to get you riding in the water. Chad is the man in sales and JB is definitely the guy to go to for any service or parts related questions or needs. I bought a 2015 used Bayliner back in September and was given a phenomenal deal. During the freeze my motor ended up freezing and JB helped me get my boat fixed and back out running!! They also deliver boat if you live too far to pick up one from their location.

After his full explanation the misunderstanding may have been on my part but he took care of it anyways. Quick response with great service. I needed a replacement bow trim switch. I sent them a message through their website and quickly received a reply text on my phone. The parts department contacted me looking for some clarification. After a quick call, the part I needed was shipped to my door in 2 days.

After a few service visits since 2017, I changed service providers simply due to the condescending tone of JB. As a customer, I don’t appreciate being belittled by a service manager. The last time I was in person, I heard the tone as he dealt with another customer. This time, I called to set up an appointment and got the same attitude. After a couple of days soaking on the experience, I called a competitor and it was night and day. Hands down the only place I will buy a boat from, bought a Skeeter SX220T from Greg who was easy to deal with. In addition I moved to Florida and am not a fan of the marine dealer here so I called up to LMC and talked to JB who quickly sent me parts to fix my issue. Between sales and service their customer service is unbeatable thank you for making my boat ownership that much easier.

These people will charge you for equipment they dont install and overcharge you 5x the price of a cheap accessory. When trying to get my problem fixed over the phone Jeff hung up on me and told me he didnt care what my problem was. I did not have the right to be a disgruntled customer. I have loan documents showing they added equipment to my loan that is not on my boat and all cash deposits were not added as down-payment money even though installation charges were on my paperwork. I basically get to pay for it twice for equipment I was not happy with. Con artist.

Dont use this dealership. From the moment we walked in the door we were pushed back out and the trailer quality they sell is not worth the price. Not a good experience ruined the boat for me every time I see it I think how terrible I was treated. Tried not to complain but here it is. DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP

I purchased a 94” angle bracket to mount a mud/stone guard to my motor home. It was supposed to be black powder coated which it was not. I contacted the company and was told that I could return it but none of their 13 warehouses had any. I asked what they could deduct from the price because now I have to paint it. I was told $8.60 was their cost to return it to their vendor and they would refund only that much. A can of rust preventative paint costs more than that! Pathetic customer service! Will never buy from again. Buyer beware.

My wife and I bought our first boat from here today at the boat show. Mike Byrd was our salesman, and one of the main reasons we gave LMC our business. Unlike the other salesmen, he wasnt pushy or condescending to the other manufacturers there. I also noticed his professionalism was top notch. He didnt use the foul language some of the other ones did.Im not a difficult customer, but I do parse every single detail of a big purchase out. I would probably get annoyed with myself if I had to sell something to me. He answered my questions without irritation. When we had all of our information, he didnt even ask for our contact information so he could hound us. Mke simply printed out the quote with his card and said to take our time discussing it.We ended up going with a boat less expensive than we showed the strong interest in, but Mike was really understanding. I know he probably missed out on more of a commission, but still supported our choice.When its time for a larger boat, this will be our place to go.

Jill Harris was my sell person I had 3 years ago and she has been helpful with any questions that I have had since my purchase. If I have to ever purchase another boat it will be back with LMC. I would never order anything ever again from lmc shop. They have the worst customer service and lie to you. Their prices are high and you can definitely find it cheaper. I was ok with the higher price because they claimed to stock it. That was not the case. They also hide behind there warehouses and make it there problem when confronted. Don’t expect a return phone call then you call them out on their lies!

Well, this is my first boat purchase. I immediately thought I would be spending all day trying to buy a boat much like I do when I go to buy a car. That - to my surprise did not take place.My salesperson Was Sean Dvorak and we hit it off from the get-go. He represents LMC well and was very helpful on my boat purchase. I told him that currently I did not have a vehicle to tow a boat but that I was looking. He said, no problem, I can deliver the boat to you. I asked him if he could go over some things with me since I knew nothing about boats. He was very helpful and even agreed to take the boat out on its first voyage. That was very cool.I never felt high pressured. I told him I had to sleep on the idea of buying a new boat because I started out not having that intention. He gave me a couple of days and did not hound me on the phone. After sleeping on it a few nights I was ready. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend you guys to others.

Best place to buy a boat saved me over four thousand over mid Kansas marine in Wichita KS. Long drive but well worth it. Save real money and friendly people as well. He gave me price on the boat I was looking at and I asked two other dealers in the area to match Landons price and they said he couldnt sell it that cheap. Will Im here to say he did. This was by far the easiest experience Ive had purchasing a boat. I was dealing with three different dealers on comparably priced boats. LMC beat one of the other dealers by $8k and the other one by $10k. Both dealers said LMC cant sell you that boat for that price. Just want to tell you about my 5* experience with lmc marine and chad myers, aka chadzilla.I researched the boat i wanted online, and filled out an inquiry. Chad called me promptly and let me know the boat was available and answered all my questions on phone calls, emails, and text. I showed up, he answered more questions, he showed me the boat, and iliied the way he sells. Chad is a straight shooter, a great deal maker, and gives advice on options, like engine choices, etc. There was absolutely zero pressure. I put down money on the boat to hold while i got my financing in order and we stayed in touch at all stages. A few days later i bought the boat, filled out ppwk, and met a nice mechanic named Ed who also answered my questions about my mercury 115 pro xs and how to break it in. Great, easy, efficient boat buying experience. The place sells boats! As i put down my deposit, the dealership sold 2 more pontoons and had two people wanting the boat i just put money down on! Highly recommend. The dealership has low prices already and its already a fair deal. Would def buy from again and looking forward to having them service my boat at their new facility soon! These two usually don’t go together! Our salesman Chad did a great job with going above and beyond with my new boat and he even helped me with getting my old boat sold. I am a first time boat buyer. I was looking for a center console boat. I walked the entire boat show talking to different vendors trying to figure out what the correct boat was for my needs. They were all trying to sell me the boat right in front of me vs. the boat I wanted. When I came across LMC Marine and Captain Sean. He spent a fair amount of time educating me on the different types of boats. He listened to my needs and gave me an out the door price on the boat I wanted in just a few minutes. I picked up my boat up this past Saturday and before I could leave the head mechanic took the time to give me the proper method to break in the new engine. I made a deal on a boat at the boat show. Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable being able to answer all of my questions. Greg told me I could pick the boat up in the following Wednesday, but actually got the boat ready a day earlier. Which was great for me. When picking up the boat, the staff was helpful and courteous. Overall it was a good experience, I would recommend these guys if you need a boat.

Went in on a Friday at 5:45. They closed at 6:00. Mike was more than happy to stay and help us decide on a boat. We didnt leave till almost 7:00. He called me on Monday to say the boat would be ready Wednesday afternoon.When I arrived Wednesday afternoon, it was ready. Mike spent all the time I needed for him to answer questions about the boat. I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend LMC to friends and family.

Wow, the definition of poor customer service. I was super excited about purchasing a new Bayliner VR5, but after the salesperson and I agreed on a negotiated price, she then sent me the invoice where the price of the boat jumped approx. $1,600. When I asked why they included dealer prep and freight to the price even though wed agreed on a final price, she told me, gee, I thought you knew that these two items were not included. I was already looking at boats at Texas Marine & Marine Max and neither one of these guys included these costs on their invoices. In addition, I pointed out to her that the LMC website had the following disclaimer on the page for the exact boat I was interested in and it said nothing about these costs, Advertised pricing excludes applicable taxes title and licensing and are subject to change without notice. Pricing may exclude any added parts, accessories or installation unless otherwise noted. Sale prices include all applicable offers. Not all options listed available on pre-owned models. Contact dealer for details. She said that if I had looked at another location on the website it did say it excludes these two items (which it does), but I pointed out that 1) she never told me about these charges when we agreed on the final price, 2) it was not included in the paperwork she shared with me at the dealership, and 3) it was not included in the disclaimer on the page which shows the boat and all of the details. She took my issue to management, and they told her, tough luck, take it or leave it, but were not changing the price. I was totally bummed as I really liked the Bayliner, and my second option was more expensive, but I just couldnt stomach working with a company which deals in what I believe is a deceptive manner. I ended up buying a beautiful Sea Ray 195SPX from Marine Max in Clear Lake.... and low and behold, they showed me an all inclusive invoice and didnt charge for either delivery or dealer prep! It was truly a night-and-day difference in which the good folks at Marine Max worked with me vs. the poor treatment I received at LMC. Lesson learned, and even though it ultimately cost me more money, I just cant reward bad behavior and I was super impressed about how open and transparent the folks at Marine Max treated me.

Love the boat I bought here. Couldnt be happier. Service was great here as well. The only small issue I had was I was told the boat had 5 gallons of gas in it, but when I got it in the water for a quick dip, it was pegged on E. Not a huge deal though.

I was on the fence about buying a boat and I finally went in and talked to someone. I must say I received the best customer service anyone could ask for. I had first arrived to look at the wrong boat. Greg helped me find the right one even if it was at a cheaper price. He also took the time to show me how everything works and answered all of my questions extensively as I am a first time boat buyer/operator. Went to the lake immediately and had no issues at all.
