I bought 2 adult bikes from REI in the past.During the purchase, every one was helpful.Came back today to get some service/information for a my sons bike that I didnt buy here.Receive minimal attention (if any).Important to note that I wasnt looking for free stuff. I wanted to pay to get some assistance, but nah, they didnt have any interest in helping me...

Pedal was stripped on my bike. Staff was great and I was able to get it fixed quick and for a good price.

WowWhen the bike shop doesnt know the difference between a master link for an 1/8th inch chain and a quick link for an 8 speed road bike.......
