They changed my 2016 Specialized Diverges crank set and everything related to it. In the last minute they also recommended a life saving new brakes that they changed in no time.Even now with the supply chain issues making it harder to order parts, EDBC got everything covered and I felt that my bicycle was prioritized since its my main commuting vehicle.If you can fix your own bike and have the time to do it, great. But if you need help I recommend EaDo Bike Co.

I brought my bike after having visited another because I didnt feel like they wanted to help me. But I was greeted with an amazing vibe friendly. They did a great service job on a bike I was lucky to get that had been sitting for years outside. More work needs to be done but was informed Im good to ride it now. Then they also let me know about classes and rides to join. Thanks guys going back once I can save more for the next set of repairs.

Well, given how uncomfortable he made me, I wanted to get out as quickly as possible and not buy from someone who looks at me with a barely concealed grimace. Ive brought some bikes here to be built up. Theyve done great work adjusting wheels and parts as needed. Theyve also worked on a complete teardown of a bike I had in a houston flood a few months back.Here they replaced every component that was under water including bearings and crankset. Some parts were basically cemented onto the frame and were difficult to remove.Afterwards, I bought through them some high end parts, including high end drive train components, with Phil wood bottom bracket, Sugino 75 crankarms, phil wood wheel bearings, and dialed the chainline when reassembled to be exactly where it needed to be. Other shops pass up that step along the way, but they addressed that concern. Overall far and beyond as this once beater bike now is the smoothest ride I own.I have other builds going om at eado as we speak and looking forward to working with them more down the road.Thanks again Eado and company!

Local, knowledgeable, and nice. Got a new tube and a quick checkup for just $15. He even suggested adjusting my seat height for more joint comfort. (I’m not a huge cyclist with a fancy bike but didn’t feel judged or up-sold) definitely will be back.

Great Find !! Store was recommended by other big chained stores as a goto for needed a high end or sought after parts. But may not have the bandwidth to service your bike right away like but they exceeded my expectations in the end.

EaDo performed a miracle today. When my locked bike was recently stolen, I desperately bought a Craigslist bike, which cost much $ and time to repair. Lastly, I found stripped bottom-bracket threads, which other bike shops said were unrepairable. Deeply depressed, I was somehow guided to EaDo, which has awesome bike expertise, including recreating stripped threads. Now I can magically bike 4000 miles/year to work, supermarkets, and zumba all over Houston. EaDo is simply amazing.

This bike shop is great. Nothing better than buying local. I in went for a lock for my bike on Monday. They were extremely helpful in the lock buying process and had so much knowledge of all types of bike security. They also let me know about their spring cleaning bike sale (selling their rental fleet). They have kept them in great condition. I came back and bought one of them today. They fully serviced the bike upon my arrival! Also got some great accessories. Thanks so much guys!

Hi, I love my bike! Had some minor work done and Mike & the guys were very helpful! Mike (Michael) even came to my car and showed me where I had installed my bike rack upside down and was a safety hazard. He fixed it for me too!!!! I’m truly happy and grateful.

I was really impressed with the level of professionalism at this shop. I initially had questions about a bike I was hoping to purchase. Nathan was detailed and candid with his recommendation. I then decided to get my bike tuned and got new parts. Desmond helped with this. First of all, they are super courteous. Second, they knew their stuff. They knew exactly how to effectively communicate issues with my bike in a clear and concise manner. They were also very good at answer questions without being overly technical. I am happy with my service and the replacements/upgrades are definitely noticeable on my rides. Bonus points for the resident feline and being located directly along a bike path.

Renting a bike is a tight way to ride around the city and check out new stuff. Most importantly though, the guys at EaDo Bike Co are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. For real, ask these guys how to get anywhere in Houston on a bike and they can probably tell you. Also, theres a cat that hangs out in there, and Im pretty sure thats always a good sign.

I recently got my bike serviced here and they knocked it out the park!! I had issues w mechanical noise and another reputable local shop couldnt get it right. Eado knocked it right out and at a great price, with great communication. Im very pleased and will use them again.

My first experience, at Eado bike co, I wanted too see what the place was about. I was considering getting a bike or even getting a custom bike order. Only to be greeted by, a young gentleman not so friendly to my family and I. When we walked up he stated oh it’s appointment only. I asked we can’t walk in and look he said no. He stated next appointment was at 4:30. He asked what where you interested in? I said I seen a bike that was on your Instagram page and describe it. He said very rudely, oh that a custom bike and stated the price of it. It doesn’t matter what the price is or why anyone would feel the need to say this. Needless to say I didn’t have the great friendly experience like others have stated. Even my child notice the horrible service.

Out-of-towner here... came to Houston to ride the bike trails and paths. Had some issues 25 miles into my ride so I walked my bike to these guys to get a fix. Super courteous and understanding people. They bent over backwards to try and get me back on the road. Will definitely be visiting them next time Im in Houston.

They have always been very helpful and Johnny-on-the-spot for me. I’ve have stopped in numerous times on some pretty beaten up bikes that required near immediate attention when I didn’t have the parts or any my of my tools. They have always fixed me up and had me out the door in a reasonable time. They have even dropped what they were doing to complete some quick fixes and had me on my way in no time. Good location (especially for me, on my way to work and back) in Eado right on the bike path across from the soccer stadium, friendly but more importantly knowledgeable staff, with good to reasonable prices.

During this crisis, consumers have increased their desire to be active. Bike riding is now the new norm, and I had to jump in. These gentlemen were extremely professional, very informative, and down right NICE! I love supporting businesses to offer me exactly what I need in a timely manner. They also asked if I could return another day, but then allowed me to enter in TODAY and shop (5/8/2020)! I found what I needed and they fixed me right up in a matter of hours so that I can join a ride tomorrow morning. Im excited and would send all of my family and friends to EADO Bike Co.Thank you for everything!

Right before the pandemic: I went in for a tune-up. I purchased The Complete for a hundred bucks and a few parts....It was priced on a work order for about $140 and ready in about 3 days. On the 3rd day, it wasnt ready...it wasnt ready until about 1 and 1/2 weeks after I brought it in. They were courteous enough to call me twice and inform me of the delay.When I went to pick it up, i ended up paying about $30 more for an extra needed service. The work was fine, but still not fkn cool. I asked Des what gives on the inflated price...I did not get an answer...take your bike to another place!

These guys are the best. Great bike shop, very knowledgeable and willing to make a deal. They sold us and service our fleet of bikes for Tour de Brewery and its always perfect. They have a great selection and you can even rent bikes. GO CHECK THEM OUT!!! (say hi to spliff when you get there)

Only went in for a moment to get air for tire but the two guys were very friendly and the shop was very well organized. They even recommended other repairs needed for my bike. Their prices were low and reasonable. I like the artwork on the building. I will absolutely recommend this bike shop to anyone who appreciates courtesy.

This place is awesome! Bike shop in a cool old warehouse with a mascot cat. Low overhead makes for great prices. Mike gave my bike a tune-up for just $15.00. There is enough room in the place to do a test ride around. All kinds of bike gear and they sell new and used bikes. I highly recommend this shop.

You guys quoted me about $60-80, had the bike for a week, then contacted me saying the work couldnt be done for that price. That it would likely cost about $150, very steep for repairs on a basic mountain bike (no specialized parts). So I took my bike to a different shop after I picked it up from you guys, which no one bothered to explain anything further, and the other shop actually fixed it the same day for $35. Hence your 1 star rating...

If you dont go here for bike stuff, youre making a mistake.

The owner is super knowledgeable and honest. I brought in my used bike bought from Craigslist. It rode fine but it needed a tune up for sure. I was originally quoted 110 bucks for the tune and to replace a cable he thought needed replacing. When he called me to tell me it was ready he said it the cable didn’t actually need replacing and the bike upon taking it apart wasn’t in as bad shape and didn’t need as much work. So instead of paying 110 he charged me 75. He could have charged me the 110 but instead was honest and explained all that he did to the bike. Rode it that following day and it was like having a whole new bike, completely different feeling than before. They have a Great selection of bikes there as well. When I’m ready to upgrade I’ll surely visit them for a new bike.

There was some work that was unanticipated and not included in the initial work order, so they covered the additional labor without charge. Good folks here doing good work at good prices. In this time of pandemonium & uncertainty i rarely have time to write a review, but i have to give thanks to the staff at eado bikes.I am new to the bike world and new in the area. I rode to walmart and realized i didnt bring my bike lock so i decided to remove my front tire and carry it inside for safety measures. Im at Walmart ok 👍. After grabbing my items i walked up to my bike and realized i was in trouble. I loosed the quick release screw too much and it aswell as other important componants fell off my wheel inside the store, as i thought i could back track my steps, i noticed 5 employess pushing brooms & sweepers throughout the store. Almost 6pm i needed a Hail Marry and googled nearest bike shop and found these guys. Long story short Chuck answered the . asked one of the guys in service if there had any extra parts in the shop. These guys saved the day. Never met me or even spoken to me before. Keep in mind they close at 6, so getting there to buy the parts wasnt even an option. They placed the parts i need outside for me.i will recommend eado bikes to everyone i see on a bike. Thanks for the help

I came here when I was preparing to ride my new bike, which was my first bike as an adult. The staff were welcoming and took time to explain what I would need to get started. They offered me a range of price options, telling me the pros and cons of each, and not trying to upsell me on something I didnt need.Ive gone back for some help on my brakes, and they were quick, reasonable, and trustworthy in that transaction, as well. I like that theyre right on the bike trail, so I can ride directly to the shop!

This shop opened about a year ago. In that time its gone from incredibly bare bones to a real bike shop. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to take the time out and talk to you about anything and explain about biking. Theyre all very knowledgeable about the Houston biking scene and weekly social rides. They also offer great discounts to riders who want to enjoy critical mass but need to rent a bike. I personally have sent many friends there for both rentals and business. Hands down my favorite shop in the city.

Another nearby bike rental shop did not have what I was looking for. I stopped by Eados and the guys helped me out. Fitted me to a nice bike and I was on my way. Quick, easy service. Great people! A while back a friend rented from them a bike for Critical Mass and their bike rental and fee was good, when loading the rental bike I noticed my personal bike seat was broken. I got my bike down and took it to them and although they couldnt find a permanent solution they did the best they could to fix it to be rideable for Critical Mass, since it wasnt fix they didnt charge me yet it still shows how much they like bikes and care for the new riders coming up. I would definitely keep them in mind and recommend them for their bike repairs and bike rentals!

Don’t get a flat on your rental! I rented 2 bikes for a week and got a flat in San Antonio. The nice people at Bike World in San Antonio replaced the tire and tube because there was a hole in the tire. I saved the receipt, the tire and the tube foolishly thinking that the EADO staff would offer to credit. I knew that probably wasn’t going to happen when they asked me why I didn’t bring the bike to them for repairs. San Antonio is 3 hours away! I even asked if they would share the cost (about $40) and they argued that I’d would have to pay for a flat on a rental car. I guess they never rented a car. You do get a flat kit when you rent at EADO but they’ll probably charge you if you use the tube and CO2 cartridge. Here’s the really weird part. They said they’d remove the tire and tube so I could take them back to Boston (on a plane) instead of giving me a $20 credit. At that point I realized it just made sense to walk away.
